Wednesday July 13, 2011. Roswell Cancer Hospital
Buffalo NY called me this morning. Giving me the biopsy on my mothers operation, the lump on her forehead.
It is squamous carcinoma cancer - frequently attributed to overexposure to sun. And there are other causes. Usually
this type of cancer is curable. The surgeon believes the operation a success and the cancer will not return. However
this is not always a certainty. Roswell will send a letter for a followup checkup appointment for September 2011.
I did not think at the time to mention she does not receive mail at her address and has a P.O. box and do they have this?
I will take care of it at the P.O.
Thursday June 25 2011 my mother age 99 in Roswell cancer center, Buffalo NY June 23 to have a mass removed from her
right forehead and a skin graft. She has to go back for followup June 30. Five days ago I purchased a year 2000 S10 six cillinder
Chevrolet pick up truck, weight 4,000 pounds. It is time now with the truck to get working on the house. It is for sale (at
$67,500.00) if the buyer has the cash, $10,000.00 more if not. Banks are more interested right now on making new car loans
which yield big profets for shareholders rather than mortgages on houses. It is becoming expensive to sell homes to people
that need to go to the bank. I will have open house between July 20 and October 20 and I will sell it and purchase somewhere
along the Copan river Honduras in the high rain forest a strip of coffee finca land running down to the river on Honduras
land then up the opposite hill to the Guatemala line. I will not be working much, or at all, on the internet untill the house
is sold. The truck is already on down time as a light came on on the pannel yesterday SERVICE ENGINE and I think the fuel
pump went. June 15 2011 (anywhere from page one to page eight my site listed Google search engine specific general category
MEDICAL RESEARCHER. Morning of June 15 2011 on page one, afternoon June 15 2011 on page five. Mexico City is a good place
to begin applying all the exceptional work done by scientists in the laboratory of the RNA study and capability of the "living
dead" in the earth to recombinate to form new strains of Avian H1N1. West Sptisbergen is actually a getting off of the
Trolly and Mexico City offers conveniently many dynamics to study of the phenomena of the "living dead". As long
as we have nesting ducks and geese and gulls and lakes and ponds that gas bubble up time to time and Spitsbergen sea shore
nesting area that is an eternal freeze. The "living dead" RNA resting below is H1N1 comparative to DNA. Of the fissioning
of flu on the spot observation is also very important. The spread of flu is integrative and part of a unit process in Mexico
City. Flu will never go away. It will bubble up in the Adrondack Mountains of New York State and Mexico City. Deep drilling
in Mexico City down into the old lake area near where Hernan Cortez permitted Monctezuma under captured supervision to travel
to the Mexico City Lake islands to hunt ducks and geese without properly hauling the dirt away and spreading it out for sun
treatment is also a potential for a Mexico City flu epedemic. Amd as I give below if you want to take your girl friend by
the wrists as I have observed and swing her around and around and fling her at the open Mexico CIty subway door and then get
on the car with her in the dent she has created when the flu is active then you may catch it. I notice my page on Avian H1N1
(hp-high pathogenic 1918 lethal Spanish-Swine Flu strain and ordinary non lethal Avian H1N1 lp-low paghogenic annual flu has
moved to page one on Google Search Engine specific very general category "medical researcher" in the usual typed
in lower case m and r and/or upper case M and R. An Avian H1N1 lp example is the recent flu epedemic in Mexico City that contained
itself to Mexico City - where did it come from? It came from nowheres and it went to nowheres. That is what I though would
happen. It could have gone farther. Mexico City can be a cool city at times at 10,000 foot altitude. I have been snowed on
in the 1990's there in August. There has been of very recent much brillian biomedical science RNA research work on Flu
strain genetics it can be termed, else I could have not done my research without these brilliant researchers. This RNA material
in particles can recombinate creating a new strain of Avian H1N1 lp (or hp the case in the Avian H1N1 lethal hp-high pathogenic
Spanish-Swine Flu of 1918) infecting geese, ducks and gulls. domestic chickens and other birds as well as pigs and other animals.
The earth Mexico City is built on is a puzzle. One must read Bernal Diaz Del Castillo THE CONQUEST OF MEXICO to help unravel
Mexico City. He fought in that conquest with Hernan Cortez. Mexico City was principally a lake at that time with the central
gleaming city of cut stone of Mexico built in the center of that lake, an island city. There were built up causeways on the
lake to reach the city itself over the lake. The lake was full of fish and plentiful with ducks and geese. The conqustadores
hunted with Monctezuma the ruler of Mexico City who loved to hunt with bow and arrow for ducks and geese on islands in the
lake of Mexico. Actually Monctezuma was their captive but they were on good terms. The lake is drained now and a huge sprawling
city built where it was, the largest in the world. The deep part of the Mexico City subway is built down under the lake that
preexisted, that was there during the time of Monctezuma and Hernan Cortez. And to reiterate at times Mexico City can be cool
in August. How long these bird flu recombinant particles that create the particular strain of flu can survive outside of their
host geese ducks gulls is contingent on many variables, to mention sunshine, temperature, moisture, nurture of the soil examples.
There are conditions they can survive for a long time and the ultima high arctic where geese and ducks and gulls nest in abundance
will have the longest survival rates. There is digging in Mexico City and ponds and lakes anyway some years bubble up from
gas build up on the bottom bringing these flu recombinant particles up to where geese and ducks become infected with new strains
of Avain H1N1 lp and hp, most non lethal. Nature is at work. Mexico City is an enigima. Additionally the subway did not used
to be so crowded. I have been on the Mexico City subway in the 1990's and I would not call it badly crowded. But in the
mid past decade near Bellas Artes it was so crowded or packed I watched a youn man young man swing his girlfriend round and
around and release her at the packed open subway car door where she made a dent by the impact big enough for him also to jump
on with her. There is no question these packed subways caused fissioning of the H1N1 Mexico City Flu of the past decade of
the 21st century. I was that Mexico City trip visiting the Mexico City Biblioteca Nacional which are right up to date on their
osteoporosis statistics (which approximate the U.S. statistics). Ten years earlier when I was in Mexico City in the mid 1990's
the osteoporosis rates were lower. Many Mexico City people are highly dependent on their street food breakfast, lunch and
dinner entering and coming out of work and for lunch. In the 1990's it would have been difficult for persons to have the
medical condition osteoporosis the street food was so nourishing. The middle of this past decade 21st century street food
nourishment had declined. Nourishment and non nourishment is also a contributor negatively and positively to Flu. At the same
time there is plenty of cheap nourishing food to purchase through the grocery counter and take home at WallMart supermarket
(WallMart was not there at the hotel I use in the 20th century but during the years I was using that hotel built a couple
of blocks from the hotel in the past decade of the 21st century. A can of blackberries in the U.S. $4.00, at Mexico City WallMart
$1.00. June 9 2011 I turned 70 years of age today................June 5 2011 Emailing to Obama today related to the Google
Search Engine specific category MEDICAL RESEARCHER my site is on page 5 and/or 6, or 6 and/or 7, ten sites to a page(on Google
Search Engine specific category FLU HYPOTHESIS OIGIN I am on page one top of page one where I have been several months, of
1,000,000 pages, ten sites to a page that more defined category FLU ORIGIN HYPOTHESIS). There are 9,000,000 pages, for general
category MEDICAL RESEARCHER, which commands an enormous amount of respect in that position of page 5 and/ or 6, or 6 and/or
7 I am on. From year 1999 to year 2004 generally I was on page 1 of Google search engine under the same specific category
MEDICAL RESEARCHER along with Dr. James Watson also on page one. Today to reiterate I am on page 5 and/or 6, or 6 and/or 7
category MEDICAL RESEARCHER. The medical subject of mine has changed. It is about WW1 naval munitions for four years exploding
in the Atlantic to the south pumping a stream of warmer water north to the lands of Scandinavia (west Spitsbergen) and east
Greenland where from a mountain the polar ice cap can be viewed ane where the geese, ducks and gulls nest, and where there
is an eternal shore freeze. Where ancient bird flu recombinant particles leached out of the freeze when the waters in 1918
red lined infecting nesting ducks geese and gulls with bird flu recombinant particles going back to the mastondon hunters
with much of the world population 1918 having lost immunity due to the age of this flu. A land such as Spitsbergen becomes
extremely cold early and thus the nesting geese ducks and gulls begin there journey to the south lands early as was the case
with the lethal 1918 Spanish-Swine flu they spread. There are new medical researchers in the Google search engine relevancy
rankings and there are more sites total. Google is regarded in the world as number one ranking medical relevancy sites. I
remain in the top one hundred of millions of MEDICAL RESEARCHER sites that general category MEDICAL RESEARCHER of searching
for the most relevant in the nation by Google. The medical subject I am relevancy ranked for today is Avian H1N1 Flu lp low
pathogenic yearly common non lethal Avian H1N1 and Avian H1N1 hp - high pathogenic 1918 Spanish-Swine Flu. The year 1918 the
lethal year of a terrible killer flu strain of AH1N1. It was devistating deaths at least 50 million in the world with only
1/10 the world population then compared to today. This means 500 million deaths today or one out of 20 people in the world
without the annual vaccine dead from this 1918 strain. I have developed beginning in Mexico City a decade and one half ago
the correct hypothesis on when to administer the annual flu vaccine to save tens of million of lives, hundreds of millions
of lives to prevent Avian H1B1 hp of 1918 strain from fissioning. It necessitates an earlier administration than presently
and may necessitate two administrations of annual flu vaccine summer and then fall. This two administrations is not dangerous
but it is a cost problem. I am a licensed NYS social worker registered with the State University of New York and my medical
research presentations are of the highest quality. Most are the presentation of science and medicine of others as they fit
social work. Not original but exceptionally valuable none the less presented for the general public with the quality correctness
needed. This hypothesis of mine on AH1N1 (hp) however is an original science hypothesis developed by me. Generally social
workers do not develope science hypothesis but I have. My NYS license gives me this authority. And I have succeeded. It is
a great achievement and the greatest achievement of my lifetime. These lead pages on Google search engine on medical subjects
given the standing of Google search engine are enormous in their contribution of GDP to the U.S. My contributions to the U.S.
GDP thus in dollar value on Google Search Engine front pages amounts to tens of millions of dollars over the past decade.
I anticipate a $150,000.00 world cash reward for my hypothesis on Flu in the next two years. Money does talk this contribution
of mine should be looked at now in all fairness. That is a great amount of GDP contribution by me. I feel very fortunate in
having been able to contribute like this.......................... June 3, 2011 Elizabeth the Roswell social worker in charge
of lodging who my mother will be working with for a period of time if necessary has made credit card reservations at the Doubletree
Hotel connected to Roswell Cancer Hospital by corridor. My mother will arrive at the Doubletree Hotel the late afternoon of
June 15 and will leave the Doubletree Hotel late morning of June 17. Her initial medical appointment at Roswell Cancer Hospital
is for June 16. She has a suspected cancerous growth on her right forehead. It is not known if Roswell will send her home
for a time following the initial evaluation or keep her in the hospital. And it is also possible for her to stay at the Doubletree
Hotel a week or more following the morning of June 17 for a subsequent appointment. She will have $2,000.00 of American Express
Travelers Checks from her NetBank. Also Hotels cost more than expected sometimes due to extra services. The Double Tree Hotel
is $99.00 per day. She will have Elizabeth put the travelers checks in a safe for her. The growth was throughly gone over
by a cancer specialist at Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville, N.Y. It is not judged an emergerncy melanoma the feared
form of skin cancer that often leads to death. It is judged to be one of the the common types that not frequently lead to
death spreading through the body. Thus no emergency operation and there is some time to get to it in surgury at Roswell. May
29, 2011 My oldest son is letting his one acre deerstand go to auction in southern Fulton County NY. It is no good for a deerstand
any longer anyway and he now lives in the Adirondack mountains. It borders near the NYS Hale Creek Prison. I had land there
and the Prison had called the Sheriffs Office and I was instructed I would have to move my Winchester 30-30 rifle 1,000 feet
down our back field north from the prison line. I was not shooting in the direction of the prison and was shooting into a
safe wood pulp pile. The Prison caused me to remove with the gun to an area that sometimes sees individuals and families abouts.
Probably the NYS trooper Fank J Lizzio will buy the acre as it is set into land I recently sold him and will balance his parcel
out. My 99 year old mothers Doctor, Dr. Glen, suspects she has a malignant tumor on her right forehead. He has scheduled an
appointment at Roswell Hospital in Buffalo in mid June. I am trying to move it up because of her age. I will call Roswell
again Tuesday two days away to see if there has been a cancellation the hospital can move her into. I will drive her up there.
I am certain I will win a $150,000.00 world cash prize award on my hypothesis on the origin of the 1918 Spanish-Swine world
deadly flu Avian H1N1 (hp). I am the race horse who has crossed the finish line with the other horses only half way there.
This has an origin in Mexico City a decade and one half ago with information I gained from Mexican people. Other researchers
have veered off on tangents as to what month and what part of the month to give the annual flu vaccine to guard against the
1918 flu, but my course has been correct. My hypothesis will save tens of millions of lives. Even half a billion. May 11 2011
I received yesterday an evacuation plan good for a foreign nation for a very reasonable amount per year for a medical illness.
I am in good health but will be turning age 70 in 30 days and will be a farmer and medical researcher in Honduras. I get a
$1,500.00 bank deposit per month Social Security check but the U.S. Social Security insurance package does not cover foreign
nations except along remote border areas with Mexico and Canada. Thus if I get ill I will have to evacuate to Miami to a private,
veterans or public hospital. This insurance comes in very convenient at this time. Sale of my home is coming along well. I
am on Realtor.com and Mother Earth News, Lands of New York. For my home an authentic Georgian Colonial one block from the
hospital and two blocks from the golf course on the edge of the country Mother Earth News is by far the most productive. I
am setting a trend in fathers from north east New York State looking to buy a home for their soon to graduate medical school
MD children. They all seem to fall on the $70,000.00 figure. They will have to go $77,500.00. I will not sell below that.
That is a very low price for an authentic Georgian Colonial these being built to last 350 years. I am not going to get the
$130,000.00 I want for it and it is worth. Gloversville is the poorest city in New York State and homes half priced. April
30 2011 Those reading not much distance down scrolling will note I have the world leading hypothesis (mine and scientifically
original and cogent - see the two top photos on this page concerning my ranking on Google search engine on the subjects of
flu hypothesis and origin on page one the lead page of Google (Google numbers its search engine pages on subject from 2 to
10,000 but page 1 it does not number which is why you do not see page 1). I nailed my sign to a horse on the front of my street
here that it is a genuine 1845 Georgian Colonial built to last 350 years and there is nothing wrong with it the they buying
party can not do with elegant wallpaper and expensive paint on interior woodwork and elegant doors. Sand and varnish up the
oak floors and pine floors and the mahogany bannister in the up and down hallways. The house is unbelievably strong. No showing
untill June 1. The three car also strong garage had the only major repair needing a roof which most I did myself 2010 and
just had $250.00 roofing delivered from HOME DEPOT yesterday to improve the garage roof. I put on my for sale street sign
I am buying a coffee finca somewhere along the Honduras Guatemala line on the Copan River and they are getting a real good
deal on a $130,000.00 home for 77,500.00. I want to buy a coffee finca while they are going at a reasonable price. Coffee
land in Guatemala is becoming expensive and where there is money to be made in Guatemala there are concentrations of Zetas.
I am familiar with Guatemala every year for 18 years which includes when the war there was in full swing. I took my first
spanish lesson in Antigua, Guatemala in 1993. And have been in the nation near every year since. December 2010 first day of
an intermediate spanish cultural lesson there five gunmen walked into a well known Chinese Restaurant where Doctor R Torres
Casenova was dining with friends celebrating a birthday and shot him in the leg and side putting him into surgery. Dr Casenova
is the brother of Rita Torres Casenova Colum wife of President Colum and ran for the presidency being beat by his brother
in law. At the same time there were massive Zeta problems independent from the assassination attempt. And additionally someone
got ahold of my KEY BANk Debit card pin unknown how and using a batch of stolen plastic cards ran my card down to a $1,200.00
negative figure. Key Bank made up the sum. Apparantly it would seem the best time to counterfiet these bank cards is when
Guatemala law enforcement is overburdened. There is none of this I know of on the Honduras side. Wherever I purchase on the
Honduras side my Finca my strip of coffee growing land will run down to the Copan river on the Honduras side and up the hill
to the Guatemala side. My continuation of my social worker license untill 2014 for the every three year now $190.00 fee came
through the mail a few days ago. Soon it will be James Franklin Lawton lic master social worker registered with the State
University in the state of New York but residing farmer in Honduras - also a researcher in new Chagas Disease medicines. .......
April 24 2011 The evening before I left for my American Airlines flight back to the U.S. I am still thinking about the screaming
young sounding womman somewheres in the cuadra of the hotel I was staying at in the Hotel Mar Jennie in Copan Ruinas, Honduras.
It went on for about ten minutes waking me up and she could not catch a breath it seemed between agonizing screams. I spent
two months in Tegucigalpa the months immediately following Hurricane Mitch more than a decade earlier and have heard women
giving birth not in the hospital but usually there are other voices and this none. I wondered if a Zeta woman had been captured
by the police. However it stopped after about 10 minutes and I heard some male say "still birth" and some young
woman castigate him for saying that. The screaming did not seem to come from a part of the hotel but behind it and they may
have been part of the hotel listening like myself. Before this I had hollered down to stop loud carpentry noise after 9:00
P.M. somewheres in the cuadra with a response to "go home" by someone. Usually the only loud noise after 9:00 P.M.
in Honduras is about a half hour befor day spring when they have loud parades as they did during my stay. They may have been
building a crib bed for the birth and the woman was giving birth apparantly alone. In any case I went back to sleep so as
to get up early to catch the 5;30 A.M. chicken bus to catch my flight out of San Pedro Sula on time. Things went well. Copan
Ruinas is right on the Guatemala line. There were no zeta problems. In December 2010 crossing from Honduras into Guatemala
I was immersed in a Zeta problem in Guatemala. Flying out of Aurora airpoet Guatemala City it appeared at least Guatemala
had borrowed a number of helicoptors from other nations and organizations to combat the Zetas. It is not good with the Zetas
active to walk down the street at dayspring not alert. One can sleep with voices and auto noise which is ordinary after 9:00
P.M. but not carpentry noise although I do not know if it was Hotel Jennie noise or elsewhere on the cuadra. Going out to
trace noise earlier days but before 9:00 P.M. it was not in the Hotel Jennie although it sounded it was. I decided woke up
I would take the hour later in the morning chicken bus for better early morning light to San Pedro Sula to catch my airplane
to Miami although that is more risky of a chicken bus breakdown and not catching the flight, which is expensive. I waited
for good dayspring light on the streets, walked down the hill, and was in luck my early chicken bus was delayed some thus
I managed to get the early bus out. The Guatemala line and the Zetas are only a few miles away. Western Honduras is not a
place for Zetas and it is remarkable the difference in wealth across the Honduras-Guatemala line Guatemala much wealthier.
The greatest danger in Honduras part in jest I give on my site http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id400.html which is
flying to Berne in a bottle. Not much danger of that either. I have been in Bolivia a number of times including the gas-petrol
riots and I suspect this is what happened to a U.S. Peace Corp member who disappeare from the face of the earth this past
decade. Not certain of that. However to reiterate all went well flying out of Honduras from San Pedro Sula in April 2011.
Down the hill from the Hotel Mar Jennie where the chicken busses leave from only the locals out and no Zetas. However Copan
ruinas must take cognizance of the Zetas. It rains a lot and for the slippery cobblestone 45 degree angle streets I purchase
the local codine tablets which are proprietary drugs there. I thought some might have been missing in my room but they went
into the laundry packaged and recovered. The reason I though this is I had paid a dollar a tablet. But then later not having
them any more, in another drug store I paid $.20 cents a tablet, realizing no one would take them. I did not report it as
I was not certain what happened to them and also thought I was overcharged and they are cheap tablets no one would take. It
pays to shop around. There is also another part of Copan Ruinas most people do not see which is non tourist with big agricultural
outlets and other stores. The visitor may want to shop there. As to the codiene tablets in December Guatemala 2010 I paid
$1.00 each tablet for them told it was a la ganga. Selling them one drug store $1.00 per tablet in Copan ruinas but you can
also get them for $.20 per tablet. They are preferred over Tylanol. Copan ruinas has got to keep its people alert at peak
alertness day spring hours for the Zetas should they cross. Perhas they will go back to Mexico. .......................April
15 2011 Self scheduled day I have for beginning working on my house I have for sale at $140,000.00. I am buying a coffee finca
in Honduras. I have my Rutgers University Alumni Directory now for 2011. Graduate School of Social Work 1969, Medical Researcher,
graduate James F Lawton 73 E State Street Gloversville N.Y. 12078 ....................... April 12 2011 I am the brigadier
as called in Central America because of my work on the origin of Avian H1N1 (hp-high pathogenic flu). In South America earlier
I was called the el capitan of social work because of my brilliant and accurate medical research presentations of areas of
medicine. Brigadier is a much higher rank and it is as high as I will go. Someone will have to take it from here. Many thanks
to the research of Warwick Hughs in presentation of the west coast Ireland Armagh studies of temperatures. Their well kept
records for 200 years show clearly there is no general overheating by mankind in terms of the overall world globe. There is
a very gradual incremental increase each year for two hundred years that is linear mathmatically. That means that over 200
years each increment of the next year is about the same as the year before, this for 200 years. I have had at Syracuse University
a very elementary course in calculus. There was more than that to the course but I do not recall Ms Birdie the instructor
teaching much else but calculus. It was required. If it were not I would not have taken it. The instructor was Ms Birdie to
reiterate and she reduced me from an A to a B+ because peripherally I multiplied 1 x 1 and got 2. I have enough calculus to
see there is no function in the Armagh records that increases at an increasing rate over a 200 year span of time. If it were
industrial heat up this would be the case. Many thanks to that record provided by Warwick Hughes. That does not mean however
that in limited spots in the world overheating by man can not cause disaster. The ultima high Arctic is such a limited spot
and about 90 years ago man did it a great damage and it produced an extrordinary world disaster as a result. I am the brigadier
who has presented to the world my original and the correct hpothesis of the origin of the Spanish-Swine Flu of the particular
lethal strain that hit the world beginning late August of 1918. My hypothesis may save more than one billion people. In South
America high in the Andes and low in the back Amazon I was el capitan presenting the best studies of areas of medical research
for social work. Now I have developed my own hypothesis over fifteen years beginning in Mexico City on flu origin at the brigadier
level. It is accepted in the world as the correct hypothesis - which it is. That is as high as I can go. Someone must take
it from here. Although I am much higher now than el capitan. Still my work lends to necessity the administration of the flu
vaccine early August. Which may mean because of the early administration later in the Fall another vaccine must be administered
as the early vaccine will have worn off. This means money. Now you need four stars. I am your brigadier and my hypothesis
will be implimented for the future as long as the world lasts. Who your four stars will be who will impliment this I do not
know. April 7 2011 I am now ranked on Google search engine (English) world web on page one, top of page one under subject
categories HYPOTHESIS FLU and FLU HYPOTHESIS ORIGIN. My hypothesus thus will be used and principal in moving the Flu vaccine
up to early August - which may bring with it a second vaccination later in the Fall However the two billion has been spent
to find a way to counter the lethal stain of Avian H1N1 (hp - high pathogenic) when and if it comes. Common Avian H1N1 (lp
- low pathogenic) Flu we understand and have for many years but the routine of early Fall administratine of vaccine must be
changed from what is adequate for the common Spanish-Swine flu Avian H1N1 (lp) to what is adequate for the lethal strain Avian
H1N1 (hp) which demands with absoluteness administration of the vaccine in early August. Geese and ducks and gulls arrive
earlier on the lethal flu potential from nesting in the very fagile ultima high artic where from a mountain top the polar
ice cap can be viewed. It will arive again some day either from a man made catastophy or from a natural catastrophy from this
fragile region. Most are familiar with Vice President Al Gores work in fragility of the enviroment with excess warming. I
follow basically Warwick Hughes, in terms of most of the Globe, that there is no on a grand scale global warming. Using the
well kept records of two hundred years of Armagh, Ireland that discount large scale global warming. There may be however here
and there on all parts of the globe local disease catastrophies from overwarming. To reiterate anywhere on the globe. Still
most of the overall globe remains healthy. The ultima high arctic however can cave in quickly with overwarming as was seen
in late August 1918 when the lethal Spanish-Swine Flu Avian H1N1 (hp) came down with the ultima high arctic nesting birds.
I began on Flue loosely fifteen years ago when wandering across and down the avenue from the Mexico City Museum of Anthropology
I stopped in the park rowboat duck pond and thee was some digging and Mexicans told me they were digging up the Flu. It can
be very cold in Mexico City at 10,000 feet elevation. In August I have been snowed on. I kept what I was told in mind. I mention
this as what I have achieved is an accomplishment over one decade and one half and I now warrant an office on the street where
my home is, as it is residentially zoned - a surgical dentist, Catholic Charity outpatient clinic and a Florist allowed near
the main entrance of the Hospital. The warranted office is not a great achievement but the Flu hypothesis is a great achievement.
March 30 2011 This is Honduras but the San Pedro Sula Bus terminal is one of the largest and most modern in the world. Serviced
mainly by chicken busses. Things to come.
March 20 2011 In a few days I am flying home to Gloversville NY. I called home and my mother is o.k. and all is
well. I will be seventy years of age June 9, 2011 and this venture took a serious look at some coffee land back
in the mountains near Copan Ruins along both sides of a small river. Twenty five acres and two very basic dwellings
on it for $55,000.00. Some good coffee land as well as acreage for growing a couple of beef some corn, a milk cow or
goat. There is no barning, for the livestock only eating, resting, sleeping, copulating and drinking and socializing. And
that is very cheap. When I sell the house I will come back to see if it still for sale and buy it or something else
in that area if it is gone.
March 5 2011 I have changed my mind and will spend the remaining ten days in Central America before returning
to the states here at Copan Ruinas, Honduras. I have paid the Hotel Jennie the ten days. There is good land around
here on the Honduras side not as expensive as the Guatemala side - which is less than ten miles distance.
March 4 2011 (afternoon) I will be leaving Ceiba, Honduras early tomorrow morning and have
changed my mind again. I am instead of going to the Honduras state of Paraizo going to Antigua, Guatemala and will take another
learning session at the Dalton coffee plantation. I will use that, a refresher or second course and there is more to be learned
formally in Antigua about coffee. The area produces the worlds finest coffee. And cut down on the Manzanas of the coffee finca
I will soon purchase. I have ample money to get by on not including the profits of the coffee finca. I will not
take my usual Spanish lesson course this visit but educate myself in coffee growing. There is some profit even not having
a large number of manzanas in coffee growing. Not much in beef unless you get the land very cheap. I will grow a beef
or two. I think that is the best option for me as I have reached age 70. I will bring down my Husvarna 350
and go to work. I want to get the farm.
March 4 2011 I want to buy a coffee Finca. Cost of land is too high in Guatemala. I will skip Guatemala entirely
but will not go down to Gracias A Dios. Rather I will go to El Paraiso in the Honduran state of Paraiso. It is volcanic soil and
good coffee growing land and prima faci from current reports in that state there remains good uncultivated coffee
growing land there. Although favorable reports do not always present the correct case. The state of Paraiso was
the first Honduras state coffee crop was grown commercially in meaning it has the best soil, altitude and climate for
coffee growing of premium coffee. Meaning I have to go there and study the price of an uncultivated manzana of coffee
land. Paraiso is on the west side of Honduras bordering Nicaragua. Honduras, Guatemala and Mexico more than one
hundred years ago sold United States citizens very very cheaply coffee land much of which was not good coffee
growing land. Coffee beans the size of tree cherry fruit were according to the advertising of those nations supposed to grow
right down from the mountains to the beach. It was not the case however and U.S. farmers had to be Adam of the Old Testament
to make a living on the land. They became very depressed over their investments. Then in a decade came ship refrigeration.
Much of the land they had at the beginning purchased was excellent banana land. Perfect for growing bananas. The
problem was bananas spoiled on the way to market. A banana was regarded as a rare fruit and one banana in Philidelphia,
Pennsylvania in the United States went by todays dollar at $4.00 for one banana. Then a decade later with ship refrigeration the
same banana cost $.10 per banana, and all city workers included a banana in their lunch box. And mothers could
get their children to eat cerial by chopping up a banana in it. Now the entire world had bananas. United States citizens
and Hondurans who had invested ten years earlier in the large blocks of very cheap land now became millionaires rapidly.
The big companies bought up as much land as they could.
The point being however I do not think the Government of Honduras sold much land cheaply for coffee growing in the
Honduras state that grew the best coffee, which is el Paraiso. Not many Hondurans bought up the cheap blocks
of land throughout Honduras for coffee growing knowing it was not prime coffee land and bananas spoiled. Bananas were
only good for growing for people of Honduras. United State citizens bought these big blocks of cheap land not
being knowledgeble. Then after a decade with the advent of ships refrigeration the angel appeared and fortune did shine on
them and they profited, those that did not sell out to the big companies who knew more about refrigeration earlier than themselves
or most of themselves.
Two years ago I took a coffee course at the famous Dalton coffee plantation outside of Antigua, Guatemala. I was
told by a staff member of Dalton that a reasonable manzana of uncultivated coffee land should go about $3,000.00 to make
a profit. I am not willing to go over that. The problem with Guatemala is that the price of land has become extravagant.
I will find out what it is in the state of Paraiso Honduras.
March 1 2011 I have decided to skip Guatemala entirely and head down south in Honduras towards Gracias A
Dios and Puerto Limpera located in Gracias A Dios, near the Nicaragua border. I have $100,000.00 plus
or minus to invest in a small farm and am going to purchase in Honduras. Land is too expensive in Guatemala. Land
is cheap nowhere but southern Honduras would be the least expensive and it is relaxed, on the remoter
side as Central America goes. That is what I am looking for.
February 28 2011 I am staying at the Grenada Hotel in Ceiba, Honduras the same hotel I stayed at 12 years
ago for a week the months 1998-99 immediately following Hurricane Mitch. The Lowlands farmers of Europe have a right
idea. Firstly my pages of research on the lethal strain of Avian H1N1 flu are the correct research. Secondly in
this first decade of the 21st century to put them in proper place. Flu in the cities of Europe is now ``human flu``.
The only person to put up on the gallows platform is the farmer himself who brings the flu into the cities in his lungs
coughing and sneezing, as caught from his barnyard fowl who the wild geese and ducks drop in on for feed and the pigs
who catch it from the fowl. The doctor must be listened to in terms of bedrest, medicine and hospitalization as well as getting
the yearly flu vaccine. And the fissioning of the flue in confined spaces dense with people put to an end until the flu
epidemic ends.
Flu has become human. There are no ducks, chickens, geese and turkeys on the subways and trains. Mexico doctors would agree
with the Lowlands farmers of Europe. At one time things were very different. In the early to late mid 1990`s I used to
take the old Mexico passenger train no longer operational from the United States border down to Tapachula, Mexico on
the Guatemala border. Often I sat next to geese and turkeys, sometimes behind and in front of me. Sometimes they would
come back and visit. They are good natural immunization but they also spread flu through coughing and sneezing and defication.
That is part of the immunization process. Today we have the vaccine replacing fowl. That will spread flu sometimes also
but it is not a lethal strain. Overall it is a very good vaccine. We also had chickens living on the back porch. And
sometimes in the house also. Biographers of Fidel Castro record that visitors to the Castro home when sitting at the
dinner table had to look at their chair seat first not to sit on an egg. February
12, 2011 I will be traveling to Guatemala-Honduras flying out February 24 2011 to
San Pedro Sula Honduras American Airlines and returning March 17 2011 visiting Omoa, Honduras and Livingston, Guatemala.
.(February 1, 2011. I charge $140.00 per hour expenses included. Costs are going up for research as with
my to the top subpages on the attemped assassination December 7, 2010 of Dr. Rolando Torres Casanova by the five gunmen
at the popular Guatemala City Chinese restaurant down the hill from where I was staying that day in Antigua, Guatemala
- below the three volcanos seen in the distance from Guatemala City. Dr Torres formerly water czarr (and who
may disturbed some with privatization of water) had run against his brother in law president Colum who won. Sandra Torres
Casanova Colum wife of the president is the sister of Dr. Casanova. And on the day of the attempted assassination the
robbing of U.S. banks over the wire by the spreading about Guatemala of freshly made fake copied bank cards to earn a couple
of hundred thousand dollars to pay the five gunmen. Key Bank had to assume the loss on that portion that was drawn
from my bank account.). This is simply the stealing of batches of plastic cards with a forger putting in the raised letter
from someones rememberance (some people are very good at it and remembering the pin buttons pushed).
January 29 2011. I have the leading world hypothesis on origin of Avian H1N1 (hp) lethal Spanish-Swine flu 1918-19 from overwarming
of the ultra high Arctic which killed approximately 100 million people on the globe those early years of the
20th century, and this early 21st century with an 800 percent world population increase will kill one billion persons. We
still had many chickens-ducks kept in back yards then which provided natural immunity in terms of an analogy as cows
provide cowpox (smallpox vaccine - all smallpox vaccine year 2011 is cowpox). Avian H1N1 is a bird flu. It is a disaster to
say it is a pig flu although pigs catch it repidly like humans. Next to monkeys and apes pigs are the closest to humans. Today
in absence of chickens and ducks kept in the back yard (some had pigs too) the annual flu vaccine replaces chickens
ducks in the back yard and the natural immunity they provided. Also non smokers only catch half the amount of Avian H1N1 as
do smokers as proven by Israel soldiers. And a diet of fresh meat and poultry, eggs, and fresh vegetables with exercise and
a good life style will reduce it again by half. Still it is not enough. You must have the flu vaccine or rent yourself
a patch and raise your own chickens and ducks or have an agreement with some poultry farmer to go in the coups and collect
your own very fresh eggs. I have ten pages on this flu hypothesis which leads in the world year 2011 as pertains
to my subpages to the left on this my main page you are reading. and I recently introduced a part folk medicine
page which should prove relevant to the lethal flu epidemic issue. Http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id376.html
In the past few days I also have combined my SURGEONS HIV subpage with my new page ( top subpages left)
on the true to life movie DARFUR which shows why we have so much HIV in the world today when it was not well paid
black Africans from that continents west coast that found the most superior medical way to prevent it. Nice
things cost money. The United States went right around these black Africans ignoring them trying to get extra dollars
for Gulf War 1 and 2 and the war in Afghanistan, which is where it still stands today. It is a movie of total excellence. Nothing
has appeared as good recently.
January 23 2011 I got my $1200 back but how does Key Bank get its $1200 back from the dozen or so Guatemala
cash machines dispensing cash to a plastic copied card of mine Key Bank tells me, on the the day of the attempted assassination
of the Guatemala presidents brother in law Dr Rolando Torres Casanova, December 7 2010 by the five gunmen at the popular
Chinese restaurant in Guatemala City (I was in Antigua Guatemala up the hill from Guatemala City - where you see from Guatemala
City the three big volcanos) .
January 20 2011 I have checked with The Key Bank department that investigates the incident in Guatemala that occurred
December 2010. My first hunch was correct. I was the victim of a sublimated Guatemala assassination on the same day by
the organization network of the five gunmen who attempted to assassinate Dr Roland Torres Casanova in Guatemala City, brother
of Guatemala president Alvaro Coloms wife, on that day. The few days preceeding this day of the five
gunmen I had set things loose by my publishing my scientific report in Antigua, Guatemala to general bulletin
board posting I had developed from Prensa Libra newspaper of Guatemala City two years earlier of the water
problem in Guatemala City. With half of the hospital beds of the city occupied by young babies because of polluted
water (which set loose that Dr Casanova the water Czarr at that time because of his excellent work correcting that
water problem is unbeatable if he chooses to run for president of Guatemala in the election coming up. I did not even
mention Dr Casanova but he is none the less unbeatable if he runs deductable from the posting, which some persons suddenly
realized. He lost to President Colom his sisters husband last election. My summary of this is my top subpage to the left showing
on this my main page. I will return to Guatemala this summer. Farmland has become exceptionally expensive
there around areas better protected with security but now there are no areas protected by security so it may become affordable
even in the rich volcano soil areas. And land prices may rise in Hudspeth Texas by Mexicans letting there farms set below
the Rio Grande and buying land above the Rio Grande because of crime in Mexico. I have the leading world hypothesis
on origin of Avian H1N1 (hp) lethal flu.
January 13 2011 I got my letter back from Key Bank investigations that the dozen or so withdrawels on my Master
debit card amounting to $1,200.00 were not mine and that case is closed. Cash machines with many numbers and some may have
been located all over the world. I have not called them to see what it was all about yet but will. I suspect when they
loaded the machines at dawn in the murkey light they forgot to calibrate them and left quickly for fear of lurking Zetas.
The Zetas are all over Guatemala. The Zetas are not the only problem. The water is not as good. It used to be pure and ice
cold from a lake high up on the volcanos. Now I am told they mix it in with with water from a large lake at much lower elevation
near Guatemala City. How this works out is a water with much lesser quality. In terms of the coli. The old colis from the
volcano were much like our Adirondack mountain water. The adjustment upon return was no problem. Now it is. I am just getting
my strength back after a month. Also the lomotil is old and worthless and other medicines the same. Guatemala is in a bad
trend.
January 5 2011. I am now recognized on a world basis as a nys licensed master social worker-scientist whose hypothesis
theory of lethal Spanish (Swine) flu AH1N1 (hp) is now holding up the lives of more than a billion people up in terms of the
hypothesis and its origin. How this happened at its own personal origin is 15 years ago I was walking down the avenue by the
Mexico City Museum of Anthropology and a couple of blocks down turned into the large recreational park with a row boat duck
pond. Mexican people pointed out to me a flu epedemic would soon hit Mexico as some digging about the pond was being done.
It did not make a great impression at that time but I remembered it. I advanced it and it has now made me one
of the most important people in the world in terms of social work and science and living out ones life not dying of Flu
epidemic. The Lawton hypothesis on Flu is today the most advanced hypothesis on lethal Flu epedemic origin and is
guarding the life of one to two billion world people.
January 5 2011 I am home and settled for the winter. No more Guatemala during the winter months 2011. The nation is
being run over by Mexico Zetas (the average Guatemala businessman believes they work for the U.S. Senate and House and Obama).
By the time I had finished my Spanish lesson in Antigua, Guatemala up the hill under the three volcanos from Guatemala
City I had $1,400.00 worth of charges I did not make on my Key Bank debit Master Card. These were to numerous cash
machines who could have been many places in the world with various numbers. It is doubtful cash came out of the machines but
I requested cameras on those machines be secured in case cash did come out. My guess is the persons loading and callibrating
the machines at daybreak on the dark zocalo rushed what they were doing given the Zetas about robbing and killing. Also
the first day I began my Spanish lessons Dr. Rolando Torres Casanova brother in law of Guatemala president Alvaro
Colom was shot in Guatemala City in a Chinese restaurant at a birthday celebration when five gunmen walked in. He is the brother
of Sandra Torres Casenova Colom wife of the president. Dr Casenova has run without success for the presidency of Guatemala
but may do much better on the next presidential election a year away. Also Guatemala has had a water polution problem
due to its frequent earthquakes and president Colum has privatized the water system. Dr. Casanova may be seen by virtue
of privatized water as a traitor, a Benedict Arnold. Many Guatemalans favor localized handling of water. A friend at the birthday
celebration was killed by the gunmen and Dr. Torres was hit in the leg and on his left side and taken to surgery, thereafter
being in stable condition. This is getting very close to the Presidency. Closer than I have ever seen and I have been in Guatemala
seventeen times in the past two decades. For right now, at home, I am going to move the horses into the dining
room of the unused east side of my house I own and begin making storm windows and do some fix up - not much needed
- on the mahogany bannister hallway, The upstairs hallway and one large bedroom has very old real linolium. I have decided
not to put down new as I am selling the house - I will probably sell it May or June - and it will likely not
be what the new owners want. They will discard it and it will be a waste of money. Basically the house does not need much
fix up. I have no idea what the new owners will want on the walls. It remains the sturdiest house in Fulton County, N.Y.
a 1845 colonial georgian, georgians built to last 350 years. It is in much better shape than the $400,000.00 homes built
after 15 years.
Fulton County has become rich suddenly. I myself began noticing it July-August 2010 with a plethoria of big
new cars on the streets and avenues suddenly appearing. As it turns out the county had an exceptional year in tourism (see
my photo scrolling down of the boat marina). People are taking vacations but at cheaper places and Fulton County New York
is a cheaper place. People all the way from Russia. The trend should continue into future years. In any case the gold
coins are spilling over and the recession is over in Fulton County.
December 15 2010 I flew home from Guatemala mid afternoon December 10 after finishing my five day
Spanish lesson. I flew out five days early to attend to a potential furnace problem of one of my two furnaces in my large
house. Everything is functioning fine presently. I have encountered a real problem with the Credomatic cash machines of Antigua,
Guatemala. Right now my Key Bank debit card is going wild, even since my returning home. I have had my card
on my person at all times. I actually have about $500.00 in the checking account left over but owe Key Bank
$1,500.00 I do not owe them (plus owe them the $500.00 which is mine not theres) on withdrawels none I never made.
All of this from the day I arrived in Guatemala from Honduras which was December 3, 2010. My actual withdrawels were on the
Credomatic CAJER 06 and Credomatic CAJER 179 both located in the same room on the Antigua Guatemala zocalo and these
I made the others no. The other Credomatic numbers are not CAJER machines and where in the 24,000 mile world they are
located I do not know nor does Key Bank as they can not locate them. They should make a request to secure the cameras but
say they do not do this, at least immediately? Even if they can locate the cash machine immediately they do not secure
the cameras immediately. The day before coming home calling Key Bank I found out my account was being depleted to almost
nothing. However my overdraw was turned on and I withdrew the standard for U.S. persons Q2,000 which is about $250.00.
I have noticed in the non CAJER withdrawels standard withdrawels U.S. Q2000 ($250.00) plus some $20.00 and $30.00 withdrawels
which U.S. persons never make but are the common withdrawel amounts of Guatemala natives. However although it looks suspicious
primafaci, it is more probable no cash is coming out of these non CAJER machines. Key Bank is running it down. I
had this happen some years earlier on a cash machine by the Aduana gate of Brownsville, Texas on the U.S. side. Where
I got three provisions on the paper electronic account of cash - that never came out of the machine. However this was
corrected. The second day in a spanisl lesson, later that evening of that day five gunmen walked in on Dr Rolando
Torres Casenova at a well known Guatemala City Chinese restaurant with friends celebrating a birthday. Dr. Casenova was
shot once in the leg and once in the left side of his body. A friend in the group was killed. Dr. Casenova is the brother
in law of Guatemala president Alvaro Colum, the brother of the presidents wife Sandra Torres Casenova Colum. He
serves as the Minister of water for the president and has probably saved more babies of breast milk infection than any
person living from the earthquake fractured drinking water pipes and sewage pipes. Two years ago more than half the
beds in Guatemala hospitals were occupied by babies sick from their mothers breast milk, botulism the most dangerous,
their mothers drinking the city water. This situation is being remedied. Dr. Casenova has thrown his hat in the
presidential election ring before. He would be a hard man to beat, if even possible.
December 7, 2010 I am in Antigua, Guatemala taking five days four hours a day of individual Spanish instruction.
I will fly back to New York State December 10, 2010.
November 29, 2010. I am staying at the Hotel Mar Jennie Copan Ruinas, Honduras. I am not here to see the ruinas as I viewed
them nearly 12 years ago. I went to the Department of Health here in Copan Ruinas this morning to plan a trip of a few
day to Tegucigalpa, Honduras to visit the Biblioteca de Salud Publica located in he Government Department
of Salud building the capital Honduras to be told it has been closed down". Thus that pursuit is
no longer in question. In a few days I will head on to Antigua, Guatemala and take my usual individual instruction 7
hour a day 5 day a week Spanish lesson. I will return to Miami flying American Airlines from Guatemala City and from
there to New York State. But you ask yourself the question has not Johnsown, N.Y. the twin city of Gloversville, N.Y.
my home city had its bus route to the only Hospital in Fulton County N.Y. next to my home cut off because Johnstown refused
to pay a few thousand dollars more and now it will cost the old people $15.00 a trip by taxi or more, some three times
a week paying that rate of $15.00 to $20.00 each trip whereas before it cost them $1.20 each trip. They would have gladly paid
increased increased difference in rate but it was too far to think for either Gloversville or Johnstown.
They are ranked together as the poorist cities in New York State. I will fly home from Guatemala December 15.
It is November 25 2001. I arrived in San Pedro Sula, Honduras yesterday night. I am staying at the Hotel Gran Marina
Emperador in Tegucigalpa for three days then to Copan and Tegucigalpa for one day to see if the Department of Heath has anything
recent on chagas disease. Then on to Antigua, Guatemala for a week long individual instruction in Spanish, then return to
the U.S. from San Pedro Sula. I was here in Sula in May of this year same hotel and traveled to the west hill country to look
at a small amount of land to grow a few beef. I did not see any coffey land on the order of the land around Antigua, Guatemala.
I want to retire here in Honduras or Guatemala with a small farm. I will be age 70 in one half year. I need to sell my house
in New York State. It is assessed at $96,000.00. It is good property one block from the hospital by the country and three
blocks from the golf course in a crime free area. There is a recession in the U.S. right now and buyers expect to pay 15%
to 20% less than assessment for taxes. A sale of a beautifull infirmary for old people has just been made on that basis. The
city of Gloversville sold it to a private concern for 15% under assessment. They wanted their 15% lop off due to the recession......
Something to avoid: at the same time the infirmary was sold another beautiful business office building was auctioned off.
It had an assessment of $230,000.00 being worth much more but the final bid was $48,000.00. It sold thus at $48,000.00 the
owners taking a huge loss. That is the way it goes at auction. It is a gamble. The reason the owners auctioned it is nobody
wanted to buy it in the area. So they went afar. But Gloversville, New York is the poorest city in New York State. There are
no businesses to rent business office space. The new owner will insulate the offices better but without unforseen events it
will be years before they will be able to rent the offices at a profitable rental. Untill then it will be a loss to them even
at the low augtion price they paid for it. However the infirmary business is boombing because people are getting older and
there is Federal Social Security health insurance paying the infirmaries. However still the new owner wanted 15% taken off
the $4,000,000.00 assessment because of the recession.
Things did not go well the evening before the plane. I could not get the furnace started on the
east side of the house. That is the first that has happened. A new furnace. I left the big door of the divider open in the
cellar so that the furnace in the west side could heat the east side of the house and the down to cellar door of the east
side open so some heat could come up into it. I hope that will do untill December 15 when I fly home.
October 19, 2010 I have purchased my American Airlines ticket
to Guatemala leaving October 3, 2010 and returning October 24, 2010. I will settle permanently in the Antigua, Guatemala area as
soon as I sell my house. I want to grow a few beef there on farm land. Buy a small home and get a pretty young wife.
The price of my home in April will be $108,000. Right now it can be in vew that no houses are selling purchased
for $78,000 but I am certain by April houses will be moving again at their fair prices. Mine is assessed for taxes at $97,000.
Normally houses sell at ten percent over their assessment but not this year. They are selling for less but the tax assessments
will not change any. Land is doing o.k. There was a devistating article in the capital district Albany N.Y. Times Union three
weeks ago on the poor housing sale market. Everyone is packing their money away in banks waiting for the great financial
depression of 1929 to happen when people on Wall St in NYC jumped out windows. It is psychological. But maybe not.
Meanwhile I have sold quite an amount of my country land and will sell more. People are buying their acre for their future
new house if they are not buying a used house, but they are not buying the house yet, new or used. I have a
new page on line at the top of my sub pages on the Madeleine McCann disappearance. I had a page on two years ago but deleted
it with the official Portugal policia judiciaria report on the disappearance. The news media was not trustable. Now if Prensa
Libre newspaper of Guatemala had covered the disappearance on site in Portugal it would have been. But all those hundreds
of reporters in Praia Da Luz did was fake it. Besides sin of whiskey sours at the beach taking a free vacation one other reason
is nobody can speak Portuguese. They can speak Spanish well enough to get their news feature but no one can speak Portuguese.
I have been in Antigua Guatemala more than a dozen times beginning when the war there was in full swing. A year
and one half ago walking down an Antigua back street coming my way was a horse carriage wagon, horse and driver and a
little girl alone taking in the sights that was the perfection in looks of Madeleine McCann. I would guess her mother
had put her on the wagon alone for a ride to emphasize she was not Madeleine McCann taken but her own daughter.
It is unusual to see a five year old girl riding sight seeing alone. Per square mile there are more north Americans and
Europeans in Antigua than any other place in the world. It is the second oldest city in the Americas.
September 29 Late last week a devistating front page article in the Albany NY Times Union. Home sales are down more
than 40 percent and that means actual sold at prices are down also. Gloversville N.Y. is part of the greater Albany
area a 37.5 mile commute from the center of one to the center or the other, using the NYS Thruway. All Gloversville inner
city factories are closed down presently making it the second largest recipient of welfare in terms of Fulton County the city
it is located in in New York State. At the same time Gloversville unemployment rates are slightly below national
average. My home is full assessed at $97,000 and most homes here in the $100,000 category are going currently 15-20 percent
below their full assessment in actual sold at price. So I lowered my asking price from $102,000 to $78,000 yesterday.
The only bright star near is Saratoga N.Y. and my home would go there in a month or two at $225,000. All
other stars are cities showing a temporary fade. I questioned whether to take it off the market until May 2011 but in view there
is in the eastern NYS news various articles that so many people with a loved one with speial needare in desperate
need to purchase a home next to a hospital I decided to leave it for sale as I am relocating to Guatemala for good and land
to grow a few beef on is on parity with the decline of value in the U.S. I will not be making any gains or loses likely
if I sell it for $102,000 or more in May 2011 given a positive trend. Perhaps lose a few dollars. So I am going to finish
up on the house exterior in October-November and December-March do painting of woodwork, wallpapering, sanding of floors
and a few other things that need to be done in the interior. And put it back on the market at $102,000 or more
beginning April or May 2011 and see what happens.
It will not be on the market January-April 2011 but out of consideration of the exceptional demand for homes next
to a hospital I will sell it for $78,000 untill the day before Christmas to those in special need or to anyone else. Do
not say I did not do anything for you. I think that is fair. It will not be for rent at any time. It is fix up and redecoration
time. It is also an economical 2 family home as the east side with the mahogany banister can rent for $950
- $1050 per month. Assessment is $97,000 and yearly taxes $4,600. Rents in Gloversville are not cheap. A 48 apartment project
is being built for the low income and these will rent for $600 - $800 per month dependent on family size. My home is at 73
E State St and the Nathan Litauer Hospital, the only county hospital, at 99 E State St. I would like to go to Guatemala for
the winter but that would mean cutting out an artfully closed off door from living room on the west side to mahogany
banister hallway on the east side done by carpentry in the 1840's and I will never get it back if I do. This in case
one of the two furnaces should go so there will not be pipe freeze up. I may go down to Guatemala for a month before
the freeze up weather comes. .
September 27 2010 I put on line yesterday a photo of a marina in a cove of the Great Sacandaga Lake. The marina is
3 1/2 miles east out the Gloversville N.Y. E State Street extension. My home is in the city at 73 E State St. Also I
put on a photo of the Nathan Litauer Hospital, the only hospital in Fulton County and serving the county and a wide area
of the Adirondack mountains beyond the county. In the background can be seen the first abrupt outcroping of
the cold granite Adirondack mountains the greatest wilderness area in the United States. The hospital is located at 99
E State St one block east of my home. A secondary entrance is directly north of my home on Easterly St.
My home is located at the corner of E State St and Easterly St.
I am in the process of tearing up the west side of my house bathroom floor. It has nice floorboards under it in
fine shape dating bact to 1840. What I may do is sand them and put a couple coats of shellac over them for the rustic
appearance and use floor rugs. Doing it that way every year the floor should be shellaced as a preservative. It
will look nice. The wood will last forever.
It is going towards elections. It all adds up to good future medical research and outcome. I have some political pages on. On
my medical research pages one area of medicine that has been at the top of page one Google search engine
for five years is FLU SOCIAL WORK and that category contains ten million sites of which mine occupies
page one, top of page one, and has so reiterating five years. It is a hypothesis on the origin of the lethal strain of Spanish
Flu called also Swine Flu, seen 1918-19. A hypothesis is a hypothesis. Should a billion people in the world die because my
hypothesis is incorrect I hold no responsibility for it. This is not the case however as my hypothesis is correct. And
the correct hypothesis - which I have developed - will save a billion lives. It should be remembered that
the atomic bomb before it went off was a hypothesis. My hypothesis is a cautiously constructed along thos lines.
Functional and accurate.
September 23 2010 Yesterday I contacted Fulton County Office For The Aging to get more help for my mother now 98 years
and 3 months to reaching age 99. She has had a lapse into a feeble state in the last week. The nurses came
over and decided to go from a helper two hours one day per week to a helper seven days a week, two hours per
day Monday through Friday, and one hour on Saturday and one hour on Sunday. Three weeks ago at a check up her doctor,
Dr. Glen, told her she might be in her last year. However she may still surge to a better state of health as many
very old people do.
I have not had as much time to work on the house as I want but I just put the cap on the garage roof. All else now will
take only a day as far as the garage is concerned. I have to sell the house before I purchase some land to
grow a few beef in Guatemala. How better Guatamala is than here. Of my last 20 years I have spent two full years of it in
Guatemala cumulatively beginning when the war was in full swing and love it there. As for here in Gloversville, N.Y.
I do not know who it is for. It is not for me. My health is good. I have not seen a doctor in two decades. I still feel
young, although age 69 and still have my brown hair although I do not know for how long. I have some land I own in the country
nearby Gloversville and it has a public water and sewer line running along the road it is on to a New York State Prison, increasing
its value. I think I will keep it. What I want most in life is to grow a few beef in the Guatemala high rain forest. My life
is there. On every medical research subject I have undertaken, which is many within the past 11 years, I have arrived
at page one on the Google general search engine and stayed on page one, which is the current picture. To get there I have
done much that is dangerous outside of the Nation to get what I have and have it accurate. I am without question one
of the United States ten thousand most valuable individuals. Medical research is a natural for me but not for most social
workers. As far as other social work is concerned I know parole and related rehabilitative in-institution work and
not much more. My house which you see in the photo is assessed for taxes at $97,000 and I am asking $102,000 which is not
far out of line and just about right. It is located one block from the hospital at 99 E State St., my home being at 73
E State St. People have been much in the news lately as not being able to find a home for a special need for a loved
one next to a hospital where crime is not a problem. My home on the north east side of the Kingsboro avenue at the
edge of the country is in a very safe area. For ten years I have been well known, and even adored in some nations. It
has not gone to my head.
September 13 2010 I mowed the lawn today and am going to begin to secure the garage roof this
afternoon with caps. I will be in Guatemala November 10 through December 10, return then and keep on fix up inside
of the house while at the same time it is for sale at $102,000, right now. Real estate is soaring in Gloversville N.Y. here
on the edge of the Adirondack mountains and banks are spilling over with money harder to cap than the oil well spill in
the Gulf of Mexico. An estimate is the average home sold at price will be over $110,000 by mid Fall 2010. The
sold at price average October 2009 was $107,000. Then the anticipation for a number of years of a gold room and
raising of hopes with lack of substantiality caused a psychological depression which lowered average sold at home
prices to $42,000 by spring of 2010, a preposterous selling price with no reason behind it except that people wanted to sell
their homes on a months notice and were willing to accept the price of a new 48 foot 10 foot wide mobile trailer
in another state with better employment. They wanted out as there was no end to the tunnel in sight. This year 2010 the
waited for came true in the real dimension of loading peoples bank accounts with money. And the new trend is going to last,
or for a long time. Reason a summer of excellent weather. And New York City people, Long Island people and New Jersey
people have changed their routine and are here in the Adirondack mountains. Not on the French Rivera.
It is cool now good for working on my garage roof free of bees. If I left for Guatemala after Christmas staying
untill April the snow that falls on my sidewalk the longest in the city, and snowfall unpredictability,
presents a definet problem. Also the fact that my home is two family easily convertable into one family with cutting
of a living room door artfully closed off before the Civil War with carpentry and removal of a second level petition.
I do not want to do that as I could never get the carpentry back artfully to where it was, cutting to open the
door. The petition second floor presents much less concern. I would have to do this in case one of my two
furnaces failed preventing freeze up while I was in Guatemala. Instead I will stay with my home selling it during the
winter
September 12 2010. It is on to Guatemala soon permanently and grow a few beef as well as continue my medical
research in Latin America. I had disked to copy my New York State Master Social Work License, in view of my move to Guatemala,
today, but Post Net did not get it in jpeg and in trying to put it on line at the top of my
my home page to set it up for Guatemala non jpeg has knocked off inadvertantly a number of my web page photos. I
will see if I can get Earth Link to correct this problem this evening. Probably they will be able to. My license
will from now on appear at the top of my home page when I manage to get it on line. Post Net is holding my
license to see if they can get it disked to jpeg tomorrow. My license expires May 31, 2011 and I will renew
it from Guatemala. As well as my colonial home here in Gloversville, N.Y. which will be sold by then probably I own
rural land here in Fulton County N.Y. I will not sell.
August 31 2010 I have raised the price of my home back to $102,000.00. It is one block from the
hospital out here near the Gloversville N.Y. country and one block from a large dairy barn, not functioning, but
on which there is good upkeep on. My home is located at 73 East State Street Gloversville N.Y. and the Hospital at 99 East
State Street Gloversville N.Y. East of my home on the E State St extension exactly 3 miles is a boat works on the huge
Great Sacandaga Lake holder of the world record northern pike. Big sturdy Georgian features Colonial homes are in demand
and particularly those next to a hospital but you have to range way out advertising to find a buyer. I am told at auction
advertizing way out to the 50 mile perimeter radius 360 degrees from the Albany N.Y. capital commuting district
a lot of people will relocate for my home. It will go somewhere between $100,000.00 and $115,000.00, more than that
sold privately, not auctioned. I am new to the real estate business and know nothing about it. The average sold at home in
Gloversville N.Y. now goes for about $50,000.00 in actual selling price. It is no different than the average NYS
home in the area surrounding which sells for about $100,000.00 these figures from the national U.S. realitors association
MLS portal. The average Gloversville home was climbing towards the national average and was above $100,000 Fall of 2009 and
then dropped in terms of its sold at value to half and has remained there. This despite the unemployment rate in Gloversville
is slightly under the national average. It makes no sense. There is no reason for the drop. The Tri sister of Gloversville
Amsterdam N.Y. has not dropped at all. No one is seeing any city in this abnormal drop in New York State but Gloversville
N.Y. There is a possible scandal surfacing in Gloversville and Fulton County New York (Amsterdam is in Montgomery
County) being consultants for Fulton County have received four million in bonuses and no one can account
as to who approved them. The area Rooney report on Gloversville late February 2010 also took the city and
Fulton County down to the bottom. Where it remains. Thus my home is in good demand because it is one block from Fulton Counties
only hospital plus is a Colonial. For no other reason. I have decided not to put it on the market untill November 1 2010.
And not at auction. After Christmas I will go to Guatemala for the winter leaving it in the hands of a realitor at $132,000.00
if it is not sold untill I return in April 2011. I want to buy a small farm in Guatemala right now and grow beef.
To sell the house in November or December 2010 would be most opportune. To reiterate it will not be for sale before November
1 2010. I don't like to be mean but housing here is in an extrordinary glut. And homes are being bought up as
presents. That is no good.
August 20 2010 My oldest son Mark was over again a few weeks ago. He has learned he has inherited a house along
with his two younger brothers that sits about a mile above Seneca Lake in western New York State. My two younger
sons live in the western U.S. and want to sell the house fast for $50,000.00. However it is worth more than
$50,000.00. He has a different price in mind. Not much goes in terms of homes at that low a price around Seneca Lake.
The Fulton County employment rate is 9.3% and the Senaca County N.Y. unemployment rate is 7.2%. These County unemployment
rates greatly influence home prices. 7.1% unemployment will not call for home price reduction rates nearly as much as
a 9.3% unemployment rate in Fulton County, N.Y. A chicken coup with a Seneca Lake water frontage goes for
$300,000.00. Being a mile from the like on the hill it has no such water frontage. However it is very scenic, peaceful and
crime free being in the country. In terms of my own house for sale Gloversville N.Y. in Fulton County I dropped
my price on it from $112,000.00 to $88,000.00 a few days ago. I went intensively into the National Realitors MLS Portal - I
have a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University - and factoring out skewness found the sold at price
for Gloversville, N.Y. for a home the last spring month year 2010 with significant figures available, was average
$47,000.00. Compare this to October 2009 when the average sold at price was $107,000.00 for Gloversville, N.Y. In addition
to 9.2% unemployment Gloversville has the additional problem that its factories are closed down necessitating commuting
by very many to the Albany N.Y. capital capital district 40 miles distance for work at average commute cost of $725.00
per month. It is a double burden. Summer figures are not available for Gloversville but using the portal chart projecting
a Gloversville downward trend I came up, using scientific business management, of a average sold at home figure
Gloversville, N.Y. for August 2010 of 10% under assessment versus spring figures for 2010 available, at right on the
line at assessment value. Thus I reduced my home from $112,000.00 a few days ago to $88,000.00 which is 10% below its
assessment value of $97,000.00 to stay with real Gloversville sold at prices. It will not go any lower than 10% below assessment
here in Gloversville, N.Y. Gloversville is on the 2 mile line of the northern Adirondack mountains lake lands of N.Y.S.
Example the huge Great Sacandaga Lake holder of the world record Northern Pike and a boat works is eactly a three
mile drive from my home at 73 E State St and the hospital at 99 E State St, going east down State St extension. Additionally
Gloversville being that near to the mountains has choice timbers not picked over. However its industrial position is only
D+. $88,000.00 is the absolue sale price of my house. I will not sell it one dollar less than $88,000.00, nor come
spring year 2011 sell it at $112,000.00 or more should the trend go bact to where it was October 2009.
Nice things cost money. My house is a nice thing. When December 2010 comes and I have not sold it at $88,000.00 I wil
put it to sleep and go for the winter to Guatemala with a peaceful feeling my stratagy is the right strategy.
It is July 22, 2010 I have been working on and off on the garage roof. Now in four days I will finish it and get on something
else. I have a life in Guatemala. My life is not here. I want to sell my home rapidly at $97.000.00. I will not
sell it for less. That is the assessment which here is full valuation. In better economic years homes go 15-40% over
their assessment here. But at assessment during recessions. July
8, 2010 My oldest son Mark did not call back and come over to replace two spark plugs difficult to remove in
my Plymouth Mitsubishi engine V6. The car needs a lot of work but it just keeps running. The weather here today
is so hot it causes fatigue and I still have much to do on the garage with attic roof in back of my home. I have
to compensate some on the attic roof (not much), as I was damaged to a degree I now realize with x-radiation in
the towers of long range search radar to detect long range Russian bombers when I was in the Air Force.
Soon this licensed new york state master social worker will be on his farm in Guatemala. As soon as I sell the house.
And it appears it will go for $104,000.00 even with the recession. It is a good price. I continue to be a number
one figure, or am number one, in the world in medical social work research. Research in the field of medicine
comes naturally with me. And I am totally myself. I am not dependent on any organization for a pay check. That is the
big defining difference as medicine today is crookedly attached to the political arena. It is not only the U.S.. In England
the past two years nurses have been allowed to pull the plug. You will find none but doctors pulling the plug in expensive
English hospitals. On what the world owes to me, which is immense, I do not want any of it repaid. It
is gratis. De nada.
I just finished developing my home for sale site - getting started a little late - on the leading real estate web site LANDS
OF AMERICA.com. I have a full description of my house and 20 photos of inside and outside. It has been on line only a few
days but a lot of people accessing the site have clicked it on to read about it and look at it. LANDS OF AMERICA.com is
a sophisticated real estate site. You can look at all homes for sale $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 range in the U.S. listed, or
limited to New York State, or limited to Fulton County in New York State. And there is a page that presents
cumulatively how many times persons have read down your page and how many times they have taken interest specifically
in your home and clicked it on to read about and look at. I have had to add one and one half acres on
to my home in Gloversville, N.Y. located in the Town of Johnstown, Fulton County N.Y.. A contractor who buys the home is
going to want an acre of vacant land he can store on not zoned off to trailers and storage sheds. I own a 5 acre parcel
out in the Town of Johnstown, N.Y. bordering the New York State Department of Correction Hale Creek prison. You
can talk with the staff across my sheep fence. It is across from a huge dirt quarry. It is not zoned off to trailers
and storage. And it is highly secure for stored equipment. Patrolled by the prison. I have cut off 1 1/2 acres along
the road for storage included as part of the house. That leaves me with 3 1/2 acres of the rural parcel and maintains
the integrety as I still own 100 feet running along the road and acreage farther back. This I will never sell. As to the 1
1/2 acres cut off the pressing needs are a contractor if he purchases the home is going to need it for secure and legal
storage and this is very good acreage for storage. It is difficult to find acreage this good.
On this day July 8 I am signing off. You will find nothing additional on this my main page untill I am settled
in Guatemala.
June 17 2010 The house is for sale at $137,000.00 and I am about gone Guatemala for good. It will be a few
months, no more, before I purchase.
That is a fair price. Georgian homes are in great demand. They last 300-400 years those that are true Georgians. This one
was built about 1845. The attic is a marvel. The rafter boards terminate flat on the house side boards. They are
not notched, as some rafter boards are, extending down to create the overhang and support the gable. Rather wood angle
blocks continue on nailed into the side of the house on the east side on which the roofing sheathing sits. The
elegant but sloppy gable was added on to the house years after it was built and as stated it is elegant. But the angle support
blocks nailed onto the side of the house to support the overhang to keep the rain away are not long enough to prevent a slump
in the overhang. The perfect Attic ends at the sides of the house and the attic rafters lie flat on the side boards of the
home. The attic is entirely seperate from the overhang. A diferent animal. On some houses the attic rafters are notched to
fit over the side boards of the house and then continue on down as the overhang to support the overhang sheathing. But that
carries with it a problem that sometimes the thinness caused by the notch causes the notch area to snap and collapse the attic.
That can not happen on my home but if you do not have this type of carpentry engineering your angle support boards that nail
into the side of the house and do the work of what the atic rafters would do must be of sufficient lenth. Thus later
in the home history an elegant overhang gable was built but with insufficient length angle blocks to support the roof sheathing
from an end slump. It also does also not appear the angle blocks angle matches exactly the angle of the roof. A lot of money
was put into the roof overhang gable, about $4,500.00 at todays dollar, for elegance but then the very cheaply created angled wood
block supports for the roof gable part that nail into the side of the house, the simplest part of the operation,
were not done correctly. It is an elegant house and a new gable must be built that will cost $4,500.00 if elegance is
desired. A more practical gable of insulated aluminum only $1,500.00. But it is not elegant although I have noticed the old
elegant gables have been dropped to the ground and disposed of in favor of these on many house. In any case it has to be replaced. Originally the
house had an open overhang supported by decorative angle blocks. The ten inch window overhang ledges were protected by
tents atop them supported by 10 inch angle blocks. These angle blocks were cannibalized to use for the new 20 inch gable.
They are too short and cause the gable independent of the attic to slump. The slump is worse with the use of chip board. Reiterating
many of the old gables around here have been dropped to the ground and replaced by insulated aluminum gables. They
are not elegant but are practical and keep the cold and dampness out of the attic and home. The east side needs a new gable
which can cost from $1,500 to $4,500 depending on elegance desired. It is an elegant home. The attic has two head
high hand hewn 8" by 8" forty foot long mid way rafter support beams supported by 8" by 8" hand hewn legs
wood pegged. This is a protection from the every 500 years wind the equivalent more than a decade ago of the every
500 year flood that took the NYS Thruway bridge out over the Schohari River killing a number of people. This
is the old Easterly farm house and farmers remember these. The huge cellar is perfect after 165 years mortar not coming
out and not a stone out of place. There is a 8' by 12' add on at the back of the house which was originally a halway
and wash up room to get off the grease and dirt and is on 8' by 12' modern block and cement. It is the only imperfection
in the cellar and is in no way up to the quality of the old building materials and mortar and craftmanship. Georgians like
this last 300-400 years. Other than this all the house needs is beautiful wall paper and superior paint. There is
a full mahogany banister with oak strip flooring and the largest rooms are oak strip flooring. The yard is huge with a two
car garage and there are two beautiful huge maple trees and a beautiful huge walnut tree. Plus another big maple that was
lightning struck and should come down. Banks do not finance Georgians and they are usually purchased out of the bank account
of the purchaser. The unemployment figure means little. There is a lot of money still tucked away for a Georgian There
is a great demand for them. Presently it has been advertized by a street sign in Gloversville. When I put it across the
50 mile commuting radius to Albany north south east and west it will go in a few weeks for the price asked bank not a
factor. It is that much in demand. For a few weeks I will leave it local.
I made a few dollars from the U.S. Federal Census but the samples were smaller than expected for checking on phase
one enumerators and I was told the work had not come in. That is what I was told but I think it was the fact that in
Census school my score was 70% on the final exam and everyone else scored 85%-90%. Many had just done the first phase of the
census 2010 and it was nothing very new. But what is is and 70% is the score I received on the past decade New York State
Professional Careers Exam on that part business english and format that would apply to the Census. On all other areas,
Math, Reading Comprehension and Abstract Reasoning I scored from 95% to 100% giving me a very high standing rank of 43 out
of more than 4,700 passing given 5 additional points of veterans credits.
I am getting ready to retire permanently to the Antigua, Guatemala area. My pages on Flu are on page one top of page on the
Google search engine under type in category FLU SOCIAL WORK. It has been on page one at the top five years. My
oldest son came over last week for a few hours. His work is computers and mechanics. He lives in Saratoga County NY in
a trailer on the Great Sacandaga Lake. He said nothing about moving from there and needing a place. I thought afterwards
perhaps the landlord is trying to rent it as a camp for the summer on the lake. I have a back room upstairs and
there is a kitchen and bathroom. He could stay there until the house is sold. However the population at the Great Sacandaga Lake
beginnin late June will increase by 170,000 and there is going to be a lot of work in his line of work there in
a week or two. In Gloversville, NY there is next to nothing. I told him when I am gone (I have not been
to a doctor in twenty years) if I do not marry I will leave what I have in Guatemala to him and his two younger brothers,
and if I do marry I will leave my land here to them and not to my wife. I do not expect much property appreciation on the land
here. It is only five acres in the country but it has a public water and sewer pipe running along the west border
of it as it borders next to a New York State prison. This gives it extra value. However there should be much property appreciation
in the area of Antigua, Guatemala where I will retire. He diagnosed something wrong with the car and said he will call
late this week to come over and fix it.
April 30 2010 I returned to my home today from Honduras flying out of San Pedro Sula yesterday April 29 flying
Honduras April 20. I see in the mail a canvass for a Civil Service grade 20 ($55,000.00 yr) from Comstock
Prison. I will send it in. It is interesting as I interviewed there two years ago and they ended up declining to appoint anyone
to the position in terms of those interviews of the candidates on the basis that according to Civil Service
Law they did not get enough interested candidates to interview.
In terms of farmland (range land) for retirement Hudspeth County at Sierra Blanca is the best spot presently to raise
beef cattle in North America and make a profit and the most opportune place for me to purchase a ranch. Sierra Blanca
is not many miles east of El Paso Texas and its sister city Juarez, Mexico, and is located on the Rio Grand on the U.S. side
in the Chihuahua desert. Monday April 3rd I begin U.S. Census 2010 School (follow up evaluation work) over
at Saratoga. I have been at the top on page one of Google Search Engine, type in category FLU SOCIAL WORK, going on four
years on the lethal strain of bird flu H1N1 which is H1N1 (hp) given the names Spanish Flu and Swine Flu (whichever you
choose). With the warming of the waters by Iceland volcanic activity should these warmed waters reach Spitsbergen the potential
for the lethal Swine Flu (Spanish Flu) will be much increased beginning late August 2010 a duplication of that
lethal flu we have not seen since 1918 when U.S. university classrooms and lecture rooms became makeshift morgues
late September early October. With my standing on Google search engine going on four years now a person would
do well to read all my sub pages on flu.
April 21 2010 I see I am on page one Google search (ten sites on pg one) world web in English type in categories
FLU SOCIAL WORK; HIV RESEARCH SOCIAL WORK; GULF WAR SYNDROME SOCIAL WORK; MALARIA SOCIAL WORK; OSTEOPOROSIS SOCIAL WORK; SURGEONS
HIV CURE and many more. I am nylicsocialworkeramazonas. I arrived in San Pedro Sula last night and am staying at the
Hotel Marina. It is one of $18.00 hotels in Sula more numerous than a person can count. Private bathroom, air conditioned,
100 channel plus television, balcony. Across the street is an economical Chinese restaurant. No luck today on getting statistics
from government offices on average price of a hectacre (I want 20) in the Sula valley. To make a profit on dairy to cheese one
would have to be located near San Pedro Sula to take advantage of the mecardo. I can not find out the average price of
a manzana of agricultural land for dairy in terms of government compiled statistics. Although I am certain they exist. Tomorrow
I will concentrate on what I can get from the cheese sellers at the big mercado a relatively few blocks from my hotel.
Then a few bus trips to not far agricultural communities. The base line is one must be near Sula to make a profit here in
dairy cheese production. I have about $150,000.00 to spend. April
15 2010 I have American Airlines ticket for San Pedro Sula, Honduras arriving April 20 2010, return to New
York State April 29 2010. Looking for farm to purchase in terms of prices in the hill side creek valley farms of northern
Honduras. I will purchase a small dairy farm I find to my liking (cheese making - 40 acres) in late
2010. Have U.S. 2010 Census School beginning May 3. I have interviewed for a number of New York State
Civil Service grade 22 positions over the last three years of the exam list which is is still active. I ranked number
one on to be interviewed for grade 22 jobs in parole and social work casework and interviewed in such as Dannemora and Rome
State Prison and others but did not get a job. With half after interviewing a crew of people the NYS Department of budget
disapproved the items. No one was hired. So it is now price farms and then buy a farm likely. I will renew
my New York State master if social worker license when it expires a year from now. I have renewed my NYS National
Association of Social Worker membership for this year. I will use the New York State licencse to do research from in Honduras.
I rose to prominance in social work medical research 11 years ago from a small Honduras research study they had
in their library of the National Honduras Department of Health in Tegucigalpa the capital that did not seem to get
a lift. I lifted it. It is a classic. And I have been on top since. The study is a study of the early 1980s of HIV
distribution and amount. At that time there was very very little HIV in Honduras and it was not connected to anything.
Honduras had just come out of an age when burros were hitched in Tegucigalpa at the Government offices and a man when
he went to a prostitute half the time went to sleep. It was sleepy Honduras. Then following the study it was half a decade
before the sexual revolution was in full swing with HIV becoming a big problem and connected to sex. The study gives a world
picture of HIV, always with the world, before the sexual revolution. ´The month was two months following Hurricain
Mitch and I was in Honduras three months that period. I had came down from Guatemala where I had earlier been in during two
years when the war there was in full swing. As with Honduras no one goes there and especially with the aftermath of Hurricane
Mitch with the regular regular bus lines declining Honduras, and the bus driver was going to take me to Nicaragua. But
I got off the bus at the crossing to Nicaragua in El Salvador and made my way via very local buses to Tegucigalpa
the capital of Honduras. It was fortunate as there was not a study at the time as valuable in Latin America or even the
United States and I as a social work medical researcher had it all to myself. I was fortunate. I stuck it out for
one month during which the bibliotecaria was absent and the office closed. The study was not indexed but she remembered it
in her hear. My experience is as a New York State parole officer-social worker. And my background in social work
is casework (not research) gaining my Master of Social Work degree at Rutgers University. I have not
done badly in medical research and in fact am at a top in the workd today. Very much defined however my research education
is from the undergraduate college of Business Administration at Syracuse University. Research methodology is generic.
March 29 2010 The Maples in my yard are taken down. Down to Sierra Blanca Texas on the Rio Grand river returning end
of April. I have a new email which is JamesLawton@Frontier.com
March 24 2010 To U.S. Census 2010 school May 3 for one week. Between now and then I am going to go down to
Sierra Blanca, Texas on the Rio Grand to look at some small ranches. I took Census 2000 in the Adirondack mountains in
more than three feet of fresh snow. The biggest snow fall we in recent time have had. Going to many lake camps
that had not seen their owners since Fall and were not plowed. A census co worker barely five feet tall, in the snow with
a big gust of wind made a desperate hold on to the book and tore a page. Later I lost the page on a mountain highway
when I had the book on the car hood and another big gust of wind came up. I am up to another three plus feet of
snow and wind but it will not happen late spring. The big maple you see in the photo on the side yard of
my home has to come down immediately. The woodpeckers have been at it above and it is rotting out quickly at base
from heavy equipment damage years ago. Additionally a young but sizable maple on the corner next to the drains has road salt
poisoning and will not come back to life. It has to be taken down also. I will before August 2011 fly down to Ecuador
to continue my unfinished study in osteoporosis which I undertook there the spring of 2007. I will also head down to the Ecuador
petrol amazon, Lago Agrio community, south basin Putamayo river to develope my Malaria statistics. The ride down from
14,000 feet in the Andes along a solitary road is scenic (see movie PROOF OF LIFE). I did a study also spring 2007 in Lago
Agrio on malaria medicines available in pharmacias in the community of Lago Agrio. I like the area. A good place for
a cattle ranch land not overly expensive but I do not know much about oil options on the lands. March
19 2010 Rodeo Reality a large real estate company is selling about 80 acres of high grazing land in Cochise
County, Portal, Arizona area, a beautiful temperate area. It needs a road to it. I am interested and will buy if the
road will cost me no more than $10,000.00 and will be serviceable for a water tank. And if they will take a $4,000.00 deposit
which they will keep should I not pay the full price of $38,500.00 less the $4,000.00 deposit by October 31, 2010. As
well as Sierra Blanca Texas I have a great interest in Cochise County, Arizona. I will go down now to Cochise County and tentative
close this sale for this 80 acres with the $4,000.00 within the next five days and fly back from Phoenix to
New York if they agree.
March 18 2010 I have the world leading HIV prevention and understanding of HIV medicine and how
it works, on line scrolling far down this page to the lengthy red print, should you want to go to it. I am not HIV infected
and am in very good health with no health problems one year from age 70. I am not a homosexual and the practices
of it scratches my mind like a cat scratching with bacteria infected claws. I was born normal and completely heterosexual
and have always been so. My pages on HIV reached page one on Google search engine world web in english under categories MEDICAL
RESEARCHER and SOCIAL WORK RESEARCH in 1999 and were for heterosexuals although homosexuals could apply them
also, using the sophisticated and exaustively brilliant HIV West Africa Studies 1981-1984. They were much more than had
come before, or ever come after. President Ronald Regan was enthusiastic about them but following him the U.S. did not
use them and the rest of the world followed the U.S. The West Africa HIV studies were entirely heterosexual. in scope. They
never mention homosexuals. But as heterosexuals rarely caught HIV without an unhealed venereal sore or tissue
debility, dirty needles or infected blood transfusion, the writing was clear that God did not protect by nature the homosexual
route. The probability of catching HIV via the anal route (this applies to heterosexual intercourse also) is the same as using
dirty needles with drugs. Homosexuality is a freak condition of a body wiring glitch, a dyslexia, on the level
of reading dyslexia, neading a treatment, and it is incredible with HIV research that instead of decline in
this abnormal and not moot behavior, it increased. God did not as is frequently heard make homosexuals intentionally
that way. God makes mistakes.
My home you see is property tax assessed at a base of approximately $100,000.00. It will go quickly for $115,000.00 with
a new garage roof, new paint, and a few other less costly improvements. The home is one block from the Nathan
Littauer Hospital on the edge of the country. It is a historic farm house. A copy of my home two blocks west same
street that has been richly improved in terms of a face lift and more, by a doctor, has recently been
for sale for $400,000.00. My house is worth more than $115,000.00 but this is a real estate glut time. It will
make a good home for a doctor. It is the most strongly built home in the north part of the city of Gloversville.
March 15 2010 It was time to put a site on line on the existing parity of 200kt plutonium thermonuclear weapons
presently existing in fleets both Israel and Iran possess, at parity given square mileage of each nation (1 to 80 ratio)
the skewness removed. I have done so. With assurance 200kt is a nuclear warhed with ten times greater explosive force than
FAT MAN over Nagasaki, Japan as measured in TNT. Access http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id277.html.
I have never been in a nuclear explosion. I was four year old when the plutonium bomb went off over Nagasaki, Japan. I was
age 21 attending final phase long range electronics radar school on a Mississippi coast radar training site between
Biloxi and Gulfport, Mississippi near the nuclear submarine building yard at Pasagoula, when the Cuban missle crisis
aroze. I am moving October this year 2010 to Sierra Blanca, Texas on the Rio Grande RIver. I am selling my
house assessed for property taxes on over $100,000.00 tax base you see on my main page, and purchasing
a small Long Horn cattle ranch in Sierra Blanca, Texas. My rural lands I am also selling. You can not imagine how good
raising longhorns seems to me. I will continue on with my unfinished medical research in Ecuador flying down to
Quito out of Dallas. I a few days ago put a good page on which presents many questions on a potential nuclear war
between Israel and Iran. My own point of view is every nation except under supervision for starting a war (Germany an example) should
be permitted nuclear weapons. Iran has not started a war. Iran was the selected site for the critical big three meeting
WW2..
I am moving to Sierra Blanca, Texas in Hudspeth County. As some may be aware Sierra Blanca fought off a low level
nuclear dump. Mexico across the Rio Grand helped fight it off. A war between Israel and Iran will send into the atmosphere
from 6-10 times the amount of nuclear fallout material as thermonuclear IVY MIKE on the atoll in the south pacific. I
am going to do a scholastic scientific technical research paper, partly with a social work orientation, on world
fallout conditions following a nuclear volly between Iran and Israel, both who are thermonuclear equally matched this
year 2010 and the state of medicine necessary to cope with this fallout phenomena. It is not going to be an
interactive page with the rest of the world as the first thing the world will do in this day and age, (including the U.S.
if the world becomes involved), is spend all the money on conferences in Cairo. Words will not heal the nuclear
situation. The U.S. will heal the nuclear situation, or do its part in healing it, and the U.S. has not been a nation
historically given to an excess of words. No more than the WW2 conferences is needed. The farther it can stay away from
words the better the U.S. does. It is not perfect.
March 10 2010 A nice sunny day out today. I did a check and on these three subject categories FLU SOCIAL
WORK; HIV RESEARCH SOCIAL WORK; GULF WAR SYNDROME SOCIAL WORK. I am on page one of Google world search engine english
language on all three. That means if you access the subjects as above exactly you will find me on page one. I have occupied
these page ones many years on many medical research subjects, and other research subjects non medical. I am worth
$150,000.00 approximately which is a small amount but it is enough to purchase a small 200 acre longhorn ranch in
Sierra Blanca area, Texas on the Rio Grand, and I am at 68 young enough and healthy enough to put in fence and the other work
that needs to be done. It is a dream for me, ranching. However I realize I am very superior at medical research (the
best in the world) - as capable as the most superior doctor and even more capable. And should be considered along
this light although I am a social worker - but seem to be more so considered in Latin America. Which is a fault not
considered so in the United States - as most doctors in the U.S. do not function on my level of expertise and have a
gross function of debility in research. The pressure in research is extrordinary. There is no room for error in
medical research. Thus I always work under great pressure to produce the very best. In medicine there is only the very
best and the very worst to be presented. As to what is the definition of the very worst in medicine - that which
is not the very best. This should answer something. Thus I strive under great pressure to produce the very best. That
is the way it must be. And in the end The Word Is Mine Sayeth The Lord Jesus Christ. That is who I work for, and for myself,
and individuals and nation and world. I am a patriot. The Nation Association of Social Workers phoned me yesterday
and I will renew my membership. I have also decided to renew my New York State Master Social Worker License when it expires
in May of 2011 and use it in Latin America, ranching and owning a ranch in Texas on the Rio Grand. I see no
reason not to continue, to fly out of El Paso, Texas or Mexico City, with my osteoporosis research still unfinished
in Ecuador. When I was in Bolivia 2004 the first of my four visits in that nation I returned late 2004 to the
United States one month before the U.S. Surgeon General downsized HIV and raised Osteoporosis to the greatest medical problem
the United States was facing. It is relatively dangerous work. I am still alive. I am a patriot. If I am of
the United States and the very best in the world then I must continue. Not to do so would be not to be a patriot. I
expect the greatest of respect for my endeavors. I am the only one doing it. Ipso facto.
March 8 2010 Last week I went to a grade 22 social worker NYS Civ Ser interview at Sunmount center Tupper Lake NY near Saranac
NY. I probably will not get the job as I have no experience working with this type of disabled. My experience with New
York State is in rehabilitation-correction. I have got to get out of this overhead and thus will be purchasing this year
2010 a 200 acre longhorn cattle ranch south east of El Passo Texas on the Rio Grand. I can not think of anything
I think I would like better than rainsing longhorns.
March 2 2010 I retook the U.S. census exam today. I passed it last week but
did not like my score. Today was better getting 23 out of 28 questions correct. A different exam and a different
system of time balancing and methodology not spending 3 minutes on the alphabetization list names questions (you only get
an average of a minute a question). Last exam I did not budget time drifting and when the exam giver announced 5 minutes
left I had eight questions I had not looked at - already spending 3 minutes on one names list alphabetization question
and the like.
Today whith the system I used I could probably have gotten 25 questions out of 28 correct as I finished the exam
three minutes early and should have noted three questions already read and answered I had questions on I could use the extra
three minutes on going back over, but I neglected to list them on my scrap paper. A tip for you.
I am trying to sell my 22 acres of rural land now, and a lengthy newspaper article appeared Sunday February
28, 2010 in the Gloversville Leader Herald on economic problems in Fulton County, N.Y. year 2010 dwarfting other
N.Y. counties. Many buyers of property also spend time and interest reading the bad economic news as well as the good,
for cost savings that will put them ahead when the good times roll in. So I have played this up, as well as the nearby
golf course.
(I have had for a decade on my homepage, which you are reading, the best site in the world
for the run of mill individual for understanding HIV prevention, and special need for HIV Inhibitor medicines
if you become infected by it. It is not what you are taught on the news media generally or most public or private
sources. My subpages to the left additionally enhance understanding. For HIV on this homepage scroll far down
to the red print.)
Soon after the first of my four visits to Bolivia, 2004 this past decade, the United
States Surgeon General raised Osteoporosis above HIV as the nation's number one medical problem.
I have a good study and page on Malaria I did in the Ecuador petrol amazon, the land of the shuar and jivaro, in 2007 traveling
from Quito Ecuador down into this amazon basin land, still the most remote and where the movie PROOF OF LIFE was filmed.
I began at Quito Ecuador traveling bus down the slopes of the east Andes mountains through the PROOF OF LIFE corridor
until reaching my destination. Unfortunately I did not see any action. But I did do a humble Malaria study on malaria
medicines available in Lago Agrio the petrol amazon capitol. There was only one malaria medicine year 2007 Farmacias
in Lago Agrio carried (I sampled 15 farmacias) and that medicine was Fansidar. Lariam, the favorite of the medical profession
in the United States, and 300% more expensive than Fansidar, was not sold in the farmacias. You should bring it with
you from the United States if you want Lariam and only if you are going to be in the amazon basin during the breeding months
of the mosquito. Do not take it otherwise. In non breeding months the chances are minimal you will catch malaria. What was
interesting was how I came to be in the Petrol Amazon as it was not on my agenda but osteoporosis was. However the
Quito Ecuador National biblioteca which I needed to study Osteoporosis, being redecorated, never opened. And a malaria
study gave me something to accomplish. You can read this on my sub page on a malaria study 2007 in the petrol amazon.
What is interesting is that in Ecuador rural areas where the diet is more optimal than anywhere on earth and there are
no chemicals, minerals or vitamins added to the food, people have no osteoporosis yet their bones are less dense than United
States bones, but stronger. The reason is the additives to food creates bones more dense than they should be. In
Ecuador some of the less dense bones would be called in the United States on the osteoporosis border. But they are not. They
are stronger than dense United States bones. Peoples bones do not break easily in Ecuador rural areas where nutrition is optimal.
I received February 10, 2010 a NYLS Civil Service grade 20 position canvass from Claverick rehabilitation
center for those having problems with the law. I sent it in. I do not know if the budget office will approve the item for
one of the candidates. They seem to be disallowing most of the new openings. New York State is out of money.
A few days ago towards midnight I was using my Earth Link editor and clicking the done button suddenly a long page of
html was spilliing out of a title page (twelve average words only) . It had been a page of thousands of words in
plain english and now it was spilling out of the title box which allows only an average of 12 words. My subpages accessed
on line had converted to html. lt did not look like it would ever be correctable but in the morning Earth Link managed
to do the impossible. I wonder if our security system in the United States can go on the blink as such. I have two good
security sub pages. One is THE OLMEC ALPHABET AN ALPHABET BIN LADEN CAN USE and the other is a discovery by explorer Josh
Bernstein of a plant that enables people to see in the dark. a driver of Osama Bin Laden shortly following Toro
Boro in the Afghan war taking Osama Bin Laden's biographer Hamid Mir up into the high cold Hindu Kush mountains to
see him, and finding him in high spirits announcing he had a nuclear bomb purchased from the Russians, drove 35 miles
per hour natural sight only all at night. The first United States colonial explorer Harmen Meyndertsz van den Bogaert in the
spring of 1649 on his privateer six cannon ship the La Garce also I believed used this plant herb and it enabled the La Garce
to fend off and take as a prize a Mexico 12 cannon bark that snuck up on it around midnight in the bay of Campeche, Mexico
which they had run from. All did not go as well however with the prize the bark Tobasco, as the La Garce had
been anchoring for a year in jungle coves and did not know a half year earlier of the finaly signing of the peace treaty
of Munster-Westphalia creating peace between Spain and Holland and leaving open only Portuguese ships to be taken
for prize. This cost Governor Peter Styvesant a great deal of money in peaceful trade when attempt was made to sell the Tobasco
at Newport Rhode Island as a legal prize. Neither did the bark Tobasco coming from Africa with cargo and slaves know
of the treaty.
February 4 2010 It will be a small ranch in Hudspeth County Texas. I will purchase this summer 2010 relocate
to this late October 2010. When I returned from Guatemala two weeks ago I had a couple of Grade 20 NYS Civil
Service social work job canvasses in my mail box and I returned them as interested, but it is most probably the items will
not be approved in the year 2010 budget. This has been the case.
Money is a big problem. Taxes are high here. Far beyond average income for this county, which uses the
money up in service costs. The tenants will be out May 31 and the house beginning June 1 for sale and showable
at $110,000.00 with an aluminum roof added on the garage and a few other improvements. Take hours to look around the big place.
I am giving them the months of April and May free of any rent to make the move. Also $200.00 off the rent for January,
February and March to do the snow while I am away. Since I went to Guatemala four weeks ago it has not snowed only a
dusting. I am heading down to Hudspeth County Texas in a week or two for two weeks. I paid for a new clutch on the
snow thrower and gave that to them also. I do not want to see it again. The house is is worth a great deal
more than $110,000.00, even up in this area, and is a bargain. The house will sell quickly. It is in an excellent
section, structurally very well built and in good condition, and one block from the only area hospital which in
turn bordering a rural area. On my agricultural percels for sale in another township not far I intend to keep one parcel.
I want 80 acres in Hudspeth. Some of the best grazing land buys in the United States are
in Hudspeth County, Texas on the Rio Grand (Rio Bravo) River which borders on the state of Chihuahua, Mexico, at
average $650.00 per acre. It is not prime ranching land but it will do. Taxes are very low. It is relatively warm year round.
Average 60 degrees mid day during the coldest months and 85 degrees during the hottest months. About ten inches of rain per
year average and soil is clayish loam. Eighty acres is a lot of fence to put in. It takes a while and some work. Sheep
fence is cheaper, easier to put in than cattle fence, and a small truck is all that is necessary for many farm functions for
sheep. But I may go Longhorns. In fact there is more chance I will graze a few longhorn cattle and not sheep.
Join the crowd. I will move down from New York State the end of October when the weather is cooler for putting in fence.
But I will buy the 80 acres earlier than that. Also my mother in December will be 99 years of age and needs help
this summer as she is still in her home in the country.
I have a lot of good medical sub pages. My newest medical subpage (at top) is on bear grease as a medicinal remedy. Without
question it works.
Go also http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id256.html . BOGAERT PART 2 by Tobias Simon Albany New York newspaperman is a Fifth Frame of Communism
imaginary fiction premeditative towards of one of the objectives destroying medicine and health in the United States to usher
in the communist state. Lenin never believed communism would be permanent but hoped before the winds came that would
carry it away it would get rid of a greedy royalty and administration standing in the way of Russia progress. We do not need
the Fifth Frame of Communism. We have a constitution. The Fifth Frame of Communism does answer the question if the road guard
held onto his flashlight untill he untangled himself from under the truck (movie THE DANCER UPSTAIRS)
I am going to start looking for a small ranch near the Arizona border on the Arizona side that I can purchase Federal
grazing rights bordering. I have to look into how many acres I need purchase to get Federal grazing land rights on the perimiter.
It is best for a U.S. citizen now to stay on the U.S. side. That goes not only for Guatemala (see below) but also for
Mexico. This with the execution of more than twenty persons in a north Mexico drug rehabilitation center to get
at three people who were in the Gangs. A message to keep mouths shut. Eventuall they are going to kill U.S. people
but they believe Obama will consider it "a world problem for discussion". Probably they are right that that
is what he will do. And the U.S. will die.
Obama should have shut off Guatemala one year ago when the continuing process of stopping and pulling country bus drivers
out of their buses, towards 70 per month, and shooting them in the head. The Guatemala government story is all it is is that
these bus drivers owed $200.00 or $300.00 dollars to their murderers. It is more like $20,000.00 or $30,000.00 (or none) and
it is a message that drivers will move drugs when requested. In Guatemala I am told guns are building up in the countryside
in quantities.
A new frame towards the pure communist state is beginning. I have in Guatema for years experienced them trying to spark
plug it. But not successfully untill Obama. The most stupid thing I have ever seen is giving recent murders to an out of Guatemala
independent organization to investigate. They are perfectly capable of doing their own investigation or they were with
the Beverly Sandoval murder. I was in Guatemala weeks after that murder. Guatemala drug lords, bandits and communists
understand only one thing. Guns and U.S. military strike. Americans will soon be killed. Obama must use military. If not Guatemala
will collapse like Cuba. These persons fear only the operation against Manuel Noriega. That the greatest sin is
to mess with Americans. Forget the communist oriented Obama hocus pocus about world people as it means nothing to criminal
Guatemalans. Only the fear of the U.S. military means anything. If they are any good and ours are military they
know is no longer very good relying on heavy military armaments. Guatemala is densely populated which negates heavy military
armaments and the rebels will escape easily our military with their protective gear pinning them down. Flexibility is competency. Our
military must be ready to get rid of their burdening gear and to die. There is no other way. That is what they are
paid to do. It is just a job. There are a lot of other jobs more dangerous. Military is way down the line. There are
no heroes. Only Jesus.

I have it what those one gallon bottles of Coca Cola with Coca Cola lables sold here in Antigua, Guatemala are.
They are Coca Cola. The taste is different as there is nearly pure cola root in the soda. Coca Cola is half cola root flavoring
and half coca plant flavoring. Coca plant I am familiar with from the mercado in Cochabamba, Bolivia and bushels of coca
plant are sold at the big mercado not far from the central bus station very very cheap. I have bought it to
chew like gum and boiled as Mata tea which is a light relaxant like Ceylon tea. Coca plant is sold as a herb tea
throughout the world. It is cheap in Bolivia. I know the flavor of Coca plant anywhere and realized it is not in the large
bottles of Coca Cola sold here in Bolivia. What I did not conclude is coca plant is shipped to the Coca Cola plants here
in Central America and it is snitched leaving only cola root for the Coca Cola flavor and there is no mata tea thus in
the Coca Cola. I am tasting only cola root.
Your guess is as good as mine. It takes the cake.
I have read in the newspapers many times I have been in Bolivia fractional national business reports of coca plant
shipped to Coca Cola at various world plant areas. Coca Cola consumes most of the worlds coca plant as natural mata tea, a
flavoring and tea.
Guatemala has become a nation of murder in the last few years. It is not mostly murder for drugs. There is no great
amount of money in drugs. Selling drugs is an addiction.
To retire to with a farm Mexico is a far more intelligent choice. The women here in Antigua, Guatemala have
come to care nothing about the thousands of deaths of babies in Guatemala City from botulism a result of water pipes
fractured by earthquakes - from lack of a $70.00 pressure cooker to bring water to 121 celsius which is the temperature
botulism is killed at, not ordinary boiling at 100 degrees celsius. They were concerned women when I was first here eighteen
years ago. Obama is on the wrong path. One step at a time Lord Jesus. He does not know much aout medicine, he never has
and has never been much concerned, and refuses to learn. That is bad. On schedule I fly back to the United States
tomorrow January 20, 2010. From now on Tamaulipis, Mexico. I know the state already.
Here is the good news go http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id150.html the United States has 26,342 thermonuclear warheads the majority of which are on the shelf stored ready
for missile or bomber plane and fighter plane action. Those not stored on the shelf in special buildings are
presently ready for instant action on the tips of missiles, bombays of bombers, and under the wings of our fighter aircraft. Not
all our 26,342 nuclear bombs can be deployed in one day as once our many thousand missiles with nuclear warheads
are sent to their targets, and we have no more missiles in our arsenal, our bombers and fighters will
have to return to base from designated targets over and over to deliver to targets the remainder of our nuclear
warheads. At some point before they are all dropped on the world there will be no world. The average of the 26,342
United States nuclear warhead contains 5.7 pounds of plutonium pu239 ninety five percent pure and each of the 26,342
nublear bombs of the United States can deliver on an average 200,000 tons of TNT in comparison to our nuclear warhead we
dropped on Nagasaki, Japan which delivered 20,000 tons of TNT. That is the only good news the United States has had for a
long time, the only good news it has right now. More charitable future news is much dependent on nations being better
and being more devoid of greed. It is a truth the United States has no need of greed. We are Christian.

January 18 2010 ( Go to http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id231.html which is my new page article gift to Guatemala City - not meant for Antigua, Guatemala. It is about for a few
dollars saving three thousand babies each year in Guatemala City and not remotely connected to Antigua, Guatemala. )
A dimension six earthquake here this morning causing me to spill egg on my shirt. I was in a stronger one eighteen years ago.
I do not see the three immediate surrounding volcanos smoking. Antigua is on the same earthquate zone fault Puerto Prince,
Hati is on. But the buildings are constructed much more securely against eqrthquakes. On the surface thus Guatemal hardly
notices earthquakes. Under the ground with water pipes it is a different story although it is my understanding Antigua, Guatemal
has changed the pipes to very modern types not affected by earthquakes. There is no botulism in Antigua, Guatemala. With Guatemala
City they are improving the water pipes but this is still very much in process while it has been completed by Antigua,
Guatemala. The Antigua water is very drinkable and safe and it is foolish to purchase bottled water. In Guatemala City
a few miles distance frequent earthquakes have fractured many water pipes and there is botulism in the Guatemala City
water. There is enough of a Load of botulism to infect many young babies through mother's milk or formula feeding water,
both equally when the mother is drinking tap water or using tap water in formula. Frequently the teaching is stupid that
boiling the water at 100 degrees celsius destroys botulism bacteria. That is not true for botulism bacteria. For botulism
bacteria and breast feeding and formula feeding the water must be heated to 121 degrees celsius. This is an absolute requirement.
About 3,000 young babies die each year in Guatemala City of botulism and not one should die of botulism. The problem is easily
corrected by use of a cooking stove pressure cooker costing about $70.00. The pressure cooker operates at 121 degrees celsius
and kills all botulism. It is botulism that kills most babies in Guatemala City. With very young babies 2 months old much
of the time they are killed by botulism before they can reach the hospital. As babies get older they have better immunity
to botulism and many babies have a good natural immunity to botulism even when young. There is not enough of a load of botulism
in the Guatemala City water to kill adults and few adults even become very sick from it. In the United States in the past
half of the botulism has been in the state of California with its many earthquakes. The pipes are improved now and it is a
matter of waiting to see how well they will work following earthquakes. Another state with considerable botulism has
been Pennsylvania where the water pipes have not been changed since Benjamin Franklin. Other than California and Pennsylvania
there is not much botulism in the United States. Guatemala is much different that the United States. Although Guatema City
is only fifteen miles distance from Antigua, Guatemala people of Antigua, Guatemala do not care if spending only a few
dollars will save thousands of lives of babies in Guatemala City and vice versa. That is the Guatemala situation. I was
here during the war years and this was not the case. But it is a new world now.
Something interesting and new pointed out to me proudly. The horses of Antigua that cart tourists and locals around the
city now have canvas and burlap poop bags to keep Antigua more sanitary. The real reason is the horse manure was excellent
fertilizer for private gardens and stores and the mercado did less business. A quart of milk in Antigua, Guatemala still
costs $.40 - $.50 more per quart than in the United States. This despite the fact that the milk cattle do nothing but eat
and drink and sleep in the excellent open climate, copulate, have calves and give milk no hay, corn or barning necessary.
It is written that this high price of milk is a result of diseases in the cattle but you will not see healthier cattle anywhere.
Put your money on Banco Agricola. Rosenberg, the Jefe of Textiies and his daughter are probably proof.
I was in Guatemala (and Honduras) summer of 2009 and this 2010 stuff if it may be called stuff is all new to me. Where
did it come from? In the summer of 2009 Television had the Rosenberg audio and video tapes and all Rosenberg said and
wrote was that his textile employer who served at the pleasure of President Colom to oversee the Guatemala banking
system and other syetems had come upon corruption he thought and he believed that President Colom or some people near President
Colom (he did not know which) had killed his tertile employer and the employer's daughter to create a complete
silence of fear, and since he the lawyer knew things also the silence of fear would be made more complete by killing him, Rosenberg.
That the president's office would not give him any help and if Television would publish what he was giving them then the
president's office would take note and help him and he would not be killed.
However Television decided Rosenberg's imagination might possibly be overactive and decided not to make
public what Rosenberg was giving them. It was a logical decision on the part of Television as most of these cases do
not lead to assissinations of the people who believe they are going to be assassinated. However, within a week
Rosenberg lay dead on the sidewalk with a bullet through his head shot off of his bycicle. The famous newspaper of Guatemala
City, Prensa Libra, now writes that Rosenberg wired a check for $40,000.00 to the people he wanted to assassinate
him unclear why he wanted to live but but wanted to die - the day after he was assassinated. That the check was
wired to the assassins by Rosenberg a day after Rosenberg was dead with a bullet through his head on the streets of Guatemala
City. The check has never been cashed and the whereabouts of the assassins and the check is not known.
The case has hardly even begun to be worked on the results preliminary. It was J Edgar Hoover, famous head of the United
States Federal Bureau of Investigation, of who when questioned said publically that "he would never put his men
on a Costra Nostra investigation as he had no men who would not be corrupted by them".
January 14, 2010 There is a new Coca Cola one gallon plastic bottle, with Coca Cola lable, sold in Antigua,
Guatemala, called unofficially cosa nostra coca cola. No one knows what it is. That could be a clue.
If a Governor of New York State appointed someone from the garment district of New York City before it moved to
Guatemala City, to head a general New York State Banking Commission, it would have caused a war. Antigua
cosa nostra coca cola could be the clue.
January 14 2010 The writer has been the number one social work medical researcher, the world
web, a decade, providing needed accuracy. Access http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id231.html This page will immediately save thousands of babies from death in Guatemala City by reason of bad water. Based on what
has appeared in the newspaper of Guatemala City the Prensa Libra in the approximate past year I wrote it in honor of
Pope Adrian whose Vatican Mint coin along with Charlemagne 774 A.D. I had fortune to purchase July 2009 at the Antigua,
Guatemala Zocalo and donated the following day to the Antigua San Francisco church mission, and to my mother's grandfather
many many generations back, Captain Abraham Bleauvelt, who explored and founded three communities in Guatemala.

January 13, 2010 This is a situation of the cheapest case of flea bite. No one suspects president Colom
of the three murders ending with the lawyer Rosenberg. President Colom is not a murderer but a surgeon and his wife is
a debutant not a murderess. Neither of them are murderers of any kind. However it did not take long for it to dawn on
president Colom and his administration that persons near to him in his administration murdered the el Jefe de los
factorias de las camesas y els hija, para la razon de obtenger silencia completo y por mas que 100% silencia
ha matado el abagado Rosenberg tambien. When the daughter is murdered there is silence of all and silence in the court when
the lawyer is killed. And the field for making money is much advanced. It is all a lot of money and this new bunch of murderers
are not the conservador group of the past, but these are new isquierdas that do not yet have the money and the money is not
only personal wealth which they are dedicated to but Guatemala as a total communist institution which will forever guarantee
their permanancy and their childrens permanency, as communists. The communists have been at work on this for years
in Guatemala and they have won with this European investigation by their brother and sister communists and crooks in
Europe.
A communist can tell no truths as he or she has no competency, and a truth presents that he or she has no competency. And
a communist is Godless. The Godless tell no truths, the communist lies. The conservadors tell truths. It is complicated
by fact that the European organization chosen to undertake the investigation of this case is loaded with communists
and the corrupt and the Godless. The epitome of scum. They have created a story for president Colom thus it will not
be known how near the murderers of these three people are to president Colom and his top. And a story that makes him more
comfortable. President Colom who has no political savy and is a surgeon, an M.D. Our United States Federal Bureau of
Investigation would have solved this in one month. You can only trust the communists to be communists. As Herbert
Hoover said. For several years I have been writing that the nation of Guatemala has become communist. Now the proof is
in this European investigation of no logic. It is communist logical.
And a reminder that the communist party in the western world has its headquarters in Italy and controls all of western world
communism and as well has taken over the Nazis and Fascists and controls them. Nazia and Fascists do not exist. They are communists.
It is January 12, 2010 and I am in Guatemala. A most phenomenal thing today, the Prensa Libra is full of articles where
it is claimed Rosenberg the lawyer who was recently assassinated was mentally unstable and paid for his own
assassination so dedicated in his unbalanced mind to a different more productive Guatemala than the nation presents
itself as now. His self requested assassination he wanted to keep secret and blame on President Colom, and made
a video to that effect that if he were found assassinated it would be at the order of President Colum. Rosenberg was
assassinated soon after making the video. It is not clear yet who the assassins are. President Colom confirmed
today that Rosenberg had his own self assassinated, wanting death to be a martyr for Guatemala. President
Colom has been cleared by a world organization.
The writer is an E Rios Montt man far away from this, and the writer has warned in the recent past that
he has seen a downfall towards communism in Guatemala. The nation has nothing of the beauty it had when he was here the
four years before the peace accord by president Carpio. It is time to get back to the old way when every other person
in Guatemala was on the CIA payroll. This to augment the great help our new United States president Barack Obama has already
given president Colom.
That is the only message of all of this. Guatemala is a critical nation. With the George Bush Sr. nation of Panama
approach, to any communist, and any people communists have taken under their wing, for ideology or money, in Guatemala,
in the United States or anywhere in the world, infringments must be looked at, not meaning Manuel Noriega was a
communist. And in terms of infringments on United States citizens singled out there must be swift action of impactive
correction. As indeed Guatemala is the most dangerous nation on earth. And it is a mandate on the United States to keep the
Americas solid and well functioning for our national security. Taking what it takes. Panama an example. Our
new president Barack Obama is highly inexperienced believing incorrectly there can be a world of national security
in the Americas without United States strong influence in the Americas. It is not possible. Where the president gets
his information from remains? It appears to be a psychological wish fulfullment. Guatemala and Bolivia are particularly
critical to the United States.
The writer descends from a father of Guatemala his own blood, Abraham Blaeuvelt, who loved to explore and spent much
of his money exploring and creating settlements in Guatemala.
(I am looking now for a small beef ranch in Guatemala as coffee land is very high in price and beef is more stabile and productive.
And it is familiar. Coffee is not). I have about $150,000.00 to spend.)
(January 7 2010 I arrived Antigua Guatemala today, staying at the Posada Dona Angelina. For something productive
until I begin a new medical research project (I am searching for a coffee farm to buy here in the Antigua area) see
again the coin I purchased at the Antigua Zocalo July of last year 2009. It is a 774 bronze coin of the Vatican mint
showing in his youth the Mongol capitan Adrian later the pope. It was struck the first year of the Vatican mint,
protected successfully by Charlemagne, the good friend of Pope Adrian. I donated it to the Antigua San Francisco
mission at the altar the following day.)
Dec 16, 2009 My home will be vacant and for sale beginning June 1 and will be showable then. Purchase price is
$110,000.00. By June it will have an aluminum roof on the garage. And I want some work done on the far back foundation
and a stone tile bathroom floor. The home is exceptionally well built and in good condition with new shingles
put on two years ago by Correll of Fulton County, N.Y. I will give the last two months of April and May free
to the tenants plus their security deposite returned end of May which is the way to do it. A house is difficult
to sell privately or by a realator if not vacant. It will probably not be the case that the economy will come back to
soundness by then or even that the state will pay its bond interest, but here is hoping.
Dec 15 2009 I will be in Guatelmala from January 6, 2009 until January 20, 2009 looking for a
coffee farm to purchase and raise a few cattle on the part of the farm that does not work out for coffee. And to take
a Spanish lesson. This makes me cash. I will move to Guatemala permanently in July 2010.
Since November 19 I went to an interview for a grade 20 Civil Service position at NYS Marcy Prison and received a letter back
about one week ago NYS would not give them the item in the budget for selecting those that interviewed. I have gotten
two more canvassas within the past week or two, one for NYS Dannemora Prison and the second for Comstock
Prison, both G 18's which means as it is a lower grade than I qualify for they will have many more interviewees
to select from as the number increases going down the line. And it is probable NYS will disapprove into
the budget both items. The Governor a few days ago announced publlically NYS had run out of money. He
was speaking on a level that now NYS bonds were in danger of default or strongly perceived as bordering on that
line if the State spends more and does not cut expenses. I do not know.
November 19 2009 I notified the NYS Hale Creek prison today (view my border with it at the far
south end of my field of which power poles run down to the Hale Creek north west corner - they cost $500.00 each. Some
noise evenings)) that I will sell them presently 17 acres of my rural lands running from my border with
them along my lands 670 feet north along Maloney Rd the rough pasture field you view and the road to the right Maloney
Rd named after the distaff side of my mothers family and 1,300 feet east running much of that distance along their border. They
are a cramped institution and their soflball field outfield built on a slope is 5' 4" in altitude
lower than home plate with the running track circling the softball field outer perimeter. At $13,700.00 total
they if they are intelligent they should buy it for a sports playing fields as they are lacking.
I am keeping if I sell to them, five acres on the north side, or anyone I sell to. I am selling my home you view
for $110,000.00 in June 2010 at which time it will be vacant.
I do not have any kind of lease with the Reeds the tenants on the east side of the home as they did not want one
and I did not want one. There are a lot of people moving south from here and the economy can not be judged as seen in the
economic glut that followed. However I will give them April and May free of rent plus return at the end of May their security
deposit to help. I am buying a coffee farm in Antigua, Guatemala. I should get that price easily enough. The house
is well built of heavy materials and in good shape.
November 17, 2009 I am an an individual who has never committed a crime and never been questioned
about a crime, have never been in a civil court except for a short divorce nor questioned on a civil case, and I am very smart
being one of the highest ranked social worker medical reseaarchers in the world. I have a new sub page which has nothing to
do with medical research. The title is OBAMA IS ELECTION HIRED BY NINJA MUTANT ULTIMA NAZI JEWS-HOMOSEXUALS-HARD HATS TO DO
THE "GRUNGY" JOBS. This page number is http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id242.html . It is important to the security of New York State and the United States. On more down to
earth matters I will begin selling my rural lands locally. I am putting 17 acres up for sale and will keep forever my 5 acres
bordering on the NYS Hale Creek Prison and NYS Tryon Rehabilitation Center which crosses a spring fed creek with no habitations
on it.
November 10, 2009. I leave for Antigua Guatemala around December 15 2009 if I do not get on of the NYS grade 20
social work jobs I have been interviewing for and continue to be interviewing for. I had an interview a few weeks ago for
a grade 20 at Dannemora prison (far north NYS near Plattsburg, N.Y. not far from Montreal home of Lucky Luciano before he
was deported to Italy, called Siberia). I have not heard from that. I have another grade 20 interview Friday at
New York State Marcy prison.
I am number one civil service ranked to be interviewed. But jobs are scarce and after December 15th I will not
look for another from New York State but will rather return from Guatemala late March and sell my house you see and
my rural lands and purchase a coffee finca in Antigua, Guatemala. That will make me good profit. I need money
for the house and lands here in New York State but if there is no money then that is an impossibility. Money
makes the world go around. I am page one ranked on the principal world search engines on the subjects you see on this
my main page when typed in ahead of SOCIAL WORK (that is SUBJECT + SOCIAL WORK). The world has been good to
me. Antigua Guatemala is an excellent place to gain private social work medical research assignments being the entire
world is there from Vladisvlock to Bejing to South Africa to New York City. I like to call Antigua, Guatemala
those who know but are not listened. Verses a place like Cairo of tose who are listened to but do not know. I
will continue my medical research for private money. Privately if I pursued it full time I would make over
the $55,000.00 per year a NYS civil service job offers. I will not pursue it full time and will concentrate on the coffee
finca. Antigua Guatemala has the finest coffee growing land in the world.
November 14 2009. I went to the NYS Marcy Prison interview yesterday. I almost did not get there as I got hung up in
looking for the interview at their sister prison directly across the road the old Marcy. But not Marcy now. It
made it in time to Marcy 2:55 P.M. I had an interview at the old Marcy for a social worker grade 20 a
year ago a position for serious sex offenders. Very low caseload which is desireable.
It is also an impossibility working in New York State as a social worker if the State passes homosexual marriage. That
is out. They are working on it in a special session today Nov 10, 2009 called by Governor Patterson. I think they delayed
the vote this afternoon. It should never come to a vote. It is a freak world that is not part of a vote. They have
homosexual union marriage and that is right for them. Marriage is between a man and a woman. You say "do you think
we homosexuals are freaks"? And I respond "absolutely". Like reading dyslectics. You have a wiring
glitch. Definetly you are not meant for marriage in terms of the singular use of the word but for unions. Call them
homosexual union marriage if you want legality. But differentiate from marriage in the singular use of the word. Then everybody
has freedom. No one is in anybody elses way. No one hurt.
We have incidentally a U.S. jewish Senator from New York State who began a few years ago saying homosexuality
was a sin but now spends half his time going about to this and that homosexuality rally confirming to them they should have
marriage. From 90 degrees to 270 degrees. Following 270 degrees there is the number if it amounts to a number "Schumer
0". For
the title "the undead" go to my subpage http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id39.html . In my memory some of this credit for this page which may gain me the Nobel prise in medicine
and health (originally my Warwick Hughes page - critique and approval and that part of the page still remains)
belongs to the Antigua, Guatemala catholic group (in the sense of worldly) that collects from all the nations of the
world and cities, from London, Moscow, Bejing, New York, Sidney, New Delhi and the many others. Antigua, Guatemala is
the central tourist visiting and gathering place from all over the world of those who know but are not listened to -
in contrast to those who are listened to but do not know. Or in short the Antigua, Guatemala group are in need of economy. The
reader will do well to contemplate in depth this page about the singing undead of the high artic. And
to any in Antigua, Guatemala who have helped over the past two decades my gratitude.
I have considered many Central America and South America nations and areas within for a coffee finca (coffee farm).
I have come back to the Antigua, Guatemala area as where to purchase a coffee finca as it has the finest coffee growing
volcanic soil and coffee growing climate in the world for high grade coffee. And I have spent about a
year and one half to two years in Antigua, Guatemala cumulatively during the past two decades. Coffee
growing Hectares around Antigua are on the pricy side. They were not cheap when I was in Guatemala with
the war in full swing. However this July 2009 I took a tour of the famous Dalton coffee finca bordering Antigua and learned
I should be able to get the finest coffee growing land for aribica per hectare locally for as much as half the price
I am seeing on paper. I have about $150,000.00 to spend for a coffee finca. It will be spent in Guatemala.
A few weeks ago I interviewed for a Grade 20 NYS Civil Service Social Work job at NYS Dannemora prison and I am awaiting
a reply (I am ranked number one on the NYS Civil Service list first to be interviewed). There will be a few more NYS Civil
Service Grade 20 job intrviews in different social work fields. My expertise is as a parole officer social worker with
NYS. If I do not have a grade 20 New York State Civil Service Social Worker job by December 2009 I will sell my
Gloversville house you see on my main page, $110,000.00, and my 22 acres of rural land in the town of Johnstown
NY you see, $30,000.00, and move permanently to Antigua, Guatemala purchasing a small coffee finca (farm). I want a business
that with certainty will earn money for me. I will retain my New York State Licensed Master Social Worker license
and continue in medical research in Antigua, Guatemala along with the coffee finca. The decision has been made.
I have a second new page (top of my subpages on the left edge of this my main page) which is a medical
issue in Guatemala City currently. It is Baby Botulism in the city water supply resulting from fractures of the underground
pipes from earthquake activity. Enormous amounts of baby botulism also has occured in the U.S. state of California
which sits on an earthquake fault line and the state of Pennsylvania - which I have heard is building a museum for currently recovered
antique water and sewer pipes. Including Pennsylvania with the remaining U.S. stated other than California prima faci California
at first glance will look like it has more baby botulism than all the other states combined (including Pennsylvania).
It is near the truth. The problem with the botulism bacteria spore is pasteurization does not kill it nor does 100 degrees
centigrade (point of boiling water). Celcius 121 degrees is what kills the botulism spore bacteria and Pressure Cookers
are made for that temperature Celcius. Thus using the pressure cooker no botulism problem exists. Significantly higher
rates of baby botulism occurs with breast feeding because mothers drink city tap water running through fractured pipes. However
the mothers breast milk has qualities protective of the baby untill he or shee reaches age 3-4 months and few of these babies
die immediate crib deaths for botulism and are able to reach hospitals to be cured. Formula fed babies suffer less botulism
as the water generally used is safe commercially bottled water already put at the plant through pressure cooker
heat of 121 celcius. Formula babies most ofter come down with botulism on average at 1 1/2 months to 2 and many
die immediate crib deaths before they can be gotten into a hospital. Honey contains a small amount of natural botulism
in load per milliliter not harmrfull to humans but which can infect babies if they consume a lot of it and mothers who consume
huge quantities of honey can pass the botulism bacteria in a load of botulism bacteria (milliliter) that
will infect babies. Most botulism in babies is passed through the mothers milk by the public city water she drinks
and what she eats although there are other sources. See my new subpage concerning Guatemala City top left THE RETURN MARCH
OF THE PRESSURE COOKER SOLDIERS - BABY BOTULISM IN GUATAMALA CITY WATER SUPPLY http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id231.html

(Photos on my main page not relevant to medical research will be deleted within the next two weeks thus approximately a
reduction to a half dozen photos on my main page. Fill in photos will still be able to be accessed on my sub
pages to the left of this my main page. On all these medical subjects in the title above I have a great
deal on each on both my main page and and sub pages of my main page. These pages are page one, two and three presented
under specific subjects accessed (example FLU SOCIAL WORK) on the world major search engines when typed in. The
most sophisticated social work HIV prevention and treatment site in the world is mine and scrolling far down this the main
page you are reading much of this site appears in red print. Farther up the page and additionally in the sub pages
there is more in black print. In late 2004 the U.S. Surgeon General raised Osteoporosis as a national problem above HIV and information
about Osteoporosis can be found directly above HIV.)
July 17 2009 I returned eleven days ago from Guatemala-Honduras spending a month mostly in Guatemala looking for
a six hectare or more coffee farm to purchase. I have about $150,000.00 to invest into one. Land price range varies.
The simplist way is to purchase volcanic soil rain forest and cut it down artfully for shade for the coffee plants. I am experienced
with all kinds of trees with a chain saw. All wood is utilized in Guatemala, lumber and 80% of cooking and heating
fuel is wood. And the more expensive purchase per hectare is to buy a coffee finca already in production with plants
not that old in years remaining of production. I stay in Antigua, Guatemala which sets beneath three active volcanoes and
has been plagued with volcanic activity and major earthquakes ever since the Spanish arrived their in the late 16th century
each century. This caused the capitol to be moved to Guatemala City about 15 miles distance and a safer area. On
the 772 A.D. Vatican minted coin I purchased for $13.00 at the Antigua Guatemal zocalo flea market in a big
dish of old coins of Central America, Mexico and the U.S., many silver, coin collectors are an ancient group and
they arrived in north America with Hernan Cortes. The coin was minted by the Vatican the first year the Vatican
had a mint and is a hot strike Byzantine type minted coin the Byzantine mintage being replaced by a more modern mint shortly
following Adrian. The Vatican mint which began 772 the year Pope Adrian the 1st Vatican pope under the
protection of Charlemaigne. Traditionally first year mint coins are taken out of circulation by collectors
and do not see much circulation and this one is AU to mint condition. A scenario could be that a coin collector in Antigua
Guatemala buried the coin in his yard as a protection against the volcanoes and earthquakes. or it was buried in the
wall of a church or building for the same purpose which earthquakes shook down. When I got home
from Guatemala there was one NYS Civil Service Grade 20 canvass social worker job in my mail bundle for the local Albany
NY area. It is the first one I have seen in three months. And as it was sent midway of my month in Guatemala it was too late
to return it. The job situation is not good in NYS. I consider myself semi retired reaching age 68 June 9, 2009. My NYS
Dept of Education master social worker license does not expire untill mid 2011 and I will keep that. I need the
4 wheel drive new Ford truck and here in NYS property taxes have to be paid. A research assignment as example to Borneo on
Leporsy for an affiliate group moving there would be desireable, $30,000.00 for three months expenses out of that. Coffee
land is too expensive near Antigua Guatemala. Antigua is a short commute from Guatemala City. And the Guatemala City airport
is becoming plush for businessmen with their businesses it expects to attract and who will retire with a coffee farm in the
cloud rain forests. It has been suggested I search as far away from Guatemala City as possible where communte is not desireable
which is also a volcano soil region of the Antigua area where hectare prices may be more reasonable. Antigua
Guatemal has the best coffee growing volcanic soil and cloud forest climate in the world for quality coffee. Is spent
some time at the famous Dalton coffee finca near Antigua and they sell coffee to Japan. It has to be perfect 299 perfect
beans per 300 beans. The Japaneese are tea not coffee drinkers. From the information I got there there is cheaper
coffee land around same volcanic, cloud forest quality land of Antigua Guatemala.
To view the 774 A.D. commorative gold coin to the Muslim-Jews minted by the vatican England Saxon King Offa
go to http://www.nylicsocialworkeramazonas.com/id202.html and view the earliest minted coin of the Vatican 772 A.D. I purchased in a dish of old coins at an Antigua, Guatemala
flea market July 2009 for $13.00 and donated to the Antigua Guatemala San Francisco church. The gold coin
of Offa commemorated the joining together of Muslim-Jew at Medina, Saudi Arabia year 622 A.D. in the first world
constitution. Offa minted the commemorative coin 774 A.D. meant for probably Baghdad. It is believed the coin was also
meant to be inspirational for profitable commerce between England and Baghdad. Baghdad was very wealthy.
Year 772 A.D. was the year Adrian the 1st became Pope at Rome and 772 A.D. was the first year of an operational Vatican
Mint. The vatican mint was made possible beginning 772 A.D. under the protection of Charelemagne with no fear of bandits.
The beginning vatican mint under pope Adrian the 1st employed hot strike Byzantine minting, hot strike originating
in ancient India. Following Pope Adrian the vatican no longer used Byzantine minting and coins thereafter
appear more modern. This bronze coin dated 772 A.D. is Byzantine mint, large and very heavy, very very complex
in its design showing Adrian with multiple crowns, with Jesus symbolically as the pelican fishing in the sea and taking
up serpent like fish this being the words of Jesus to go forth and take up serpents and they will not harm you. The copper
ore used in the coin has a particularly high natural gold content. My best guess is the coin was
presented to Bernal Diaz de Castillo of Antigua, Guatemala on an honorary visit to Spain folloing the conquest of Mexico
under Hernan Cortes and the settlement of Guatemala. In his classic book on the conquest of Mexico which he lived through Bernal
Diaz mentions he had a chance to read Josephus and it is believed he was talking about reading the classic in Spain. As it
is not probable this classic existed in Guatemala at the time in history. His grandchildren playing in the yard with
the coin lost it there. It is a guess only.
August 5 2009 The time is going fast. I fly home out of Guatemala City this afternoon August 5 to Newark Airport to
return to Costa Rica Central America November 2009 or Mexico. I have been in Honduras for a few days
to get what advice I could find and already knew of on purchasing 25 hectares of hill-mountainous remote land in
the Honduran deep interior a mule travel day west - north west of Valle Bella Honduras. It is very remote area of
mule travel. It is good to cover all angles for property owership security. A foreigner can purchase and legally
own all the land he wants in this part of the Honduras interior by simply purchasing it like a Honduran
citizen with the exact same rights - but a Honduran may be more experienced in his own personal dealings and thus
it is time to learn from Hondurans. It is a necessary safeguard. (most interested in Honduras probably know it that on
Rotan Island a foreigner may purchase only 3/4 of an acre and along Honduras borders with foreign nations the first
twenty five miles inward no one but a Honduran may own Honduras land. The justification for this applies to ramifications
of war with nations across the Honduras border). Costa Rica seems generally a lot better for the profit picture
in coffee farming examining Honduras. Mexico is probably the best for me although it does not produce the
fine grade of coffees as the Central America high rain forest. Mexico has excellent and cheap land title insurance in case
one runs into a problem in one of the lold land grants. Guatemala is o.k. in terms of land security but its cool high coffee
producing lands beneath and part of the volcano rain forests are located near its tourist and world retirement areas and a
person will pay an arm and a leg for coffee growing land in Guatemala. Land in Honduras is generally cheap but lawyers earn
eighty percent of their money figuring out old land grants. Coffee land in Costa Rica costs money. It is priced at about
the right level in Mexico and returns good profits even though the coffee is of a cheaper grade.
July 25 2009. In amazement today looking over old coins for sale at the Antigua, Guatemala Zocalo I
spotted a very choice circulated very unusual bronz coin in with very old but common Central America and a few Mexican and U.S.
coins. Looking at this coins worn edges I could see a slight content of gold thus thinking this must be
a very very old central america coin before they had the process of refining all the gold out of the copper as raw copper
always contains a very limited quantity of gold. The date on the coin was 772 not 1772. And the coin looked to be struck by
a church group. And as said it looked very early in type. I looked it up on the internet and it is a coin
struck by the 772 Pope Adrian. The first Vatican coins were struck by Adrian in that decade of year 772 A.D. and although
crude he put a lot of work into them very much interested in them and it is christian work the authority of Jesus. No
coins on earth are more interesting that the coins of Pope Adrian 772. How the coin got to the Antigua Zocalo weekend
market mixed in with old Central America, Mexico and United States coins I have not an idea.
The coin is holy. Value placed on it is personal value. I paid 100 Quetzals for it. Knowing what it is it should
not be sold. I will have photos taken of it and put it on a CD and on line on my sub pages of my research site then give
it to the Church Museum. I was going down to Copan, Honduras for a few days. I may not now have the time now or
I may have. Not to look at stones as I have seen them already but at coffee finca land. I had the coin put on CD across
from the Dona Angelina where I am staying. Besides the owner of the CD shop I will not show it to anyone but higher
church authorities. It is the property gratis now even though still in my possession untill I can see an authoritative
priest of the Antigua Guatemala San Francisco church to turn it over to him or a high nun. It is now the property
of the San Francisco Church of Antigua Guatemala and their business. My best guess is however when Bernal Diaz Del Castillo
was in Spain a few years before returning to Guatemala and reading Josephus as he increased in maturity years after
the conquest of Mexico City by Hernan Cortes who later made him a captain (brigadeer general) the coin was presented
to him as a gift from the Vatican and he lost it in his yard as people lose things. That is simply a guess. On non guess
areas I am one of the top researchers in the world and do not make mistakes.
July 24, 2009. I am here in Antigua, Guatemala. I have decided to purchase $1,000,000.00 Quetzals ($130,000.00
U.S. dollars) of prinstine volcanic soil Bosque (that is high jungle rain forest and Antigua, Guatemala sits between three
active volcanos and was the capitol of Guatemal once untill a lava run down reached the edge of the city). This because I
am an expert with the chain saw and want to create my own shade for the coffee trees growing below and beginning from seedlings
an Arabaic coffee grafted to roots of Brazil robusto coffee which the worms in the ground just do not like. I will do the
work with the chain saw and will have to marry a young San Felipe de Jesus woman and she can handle the seedlings and grafting
as I can not see myself much good at this.
I am in good health presently with no illnesses and if I live to age 88 the plantation will be worth $3,000,000.00 U.S. dollars,
a million and one half for her and one million an one half for my three sons now 43, 45 and 47. It takes four to five
years after planted before seedlings coffeee trees begin to produce a cash crop and they are fully productive by
seven or eight years and for twenty years thereafter. Guatemalan coffee is the highest quality in the world. Most persons
never get to taste it or perhaps a 5% quantity of it.
Honduras produces a high quality coffee also but maybe not the quality of Guatemala. Today the deposed president
of Honduras is on the Nicaragua border with Honduras it is said, with president Daniel Ortega of Nicaragua, ready
to cross. Whether he will be permitted is a question. There will be a special issue of Prensa Libre when and if it happens
some time today. The situation basically is the same as the situation that has shut down the Government of New York State
in the United States for two months. The liberals in control in the New York State legislature took all the money for themselves
giving none of the money to the conservatives - and that is what happened in Honduras the liberals of president of Honduras
Zelaya taking all of the money for themselves. I have to go into Honduras for a week to look at coffee land prices there. I can
not see paying double for land in Guatemala for the same production. I also want to go to the Public Library at the Tegucigalpa
Department of Salud if it still exists. A study there made me world famous and I retain that fame. I am the el commissario
of social work world research. No one else seemed to see the value of it or take an interest in it - including Honduras. It
has saved hundreds of thousands of lives and peoples health throughout the world but not in Honduras. My principal interest
now however is Coffee land. I have about $150,000.00, perhaps more to invest. I will be crossing the border at San Pedro Sula.
Should a national revolution break out It will not cost me much to delay my American Airlies ticket out of Guatemala
City with a border crossing problem - I was just through this in 2005 in La Paz, Bolivia with the roads on fire,
dynamite and no passage possible - or change it to Tegucigalpa airport. I am accustomed to it.
There is also the investigation into the murder of the head of the Guatemala City Garment Industry and his daughter while
they were shopping, followed by the murder of their family lawyer. The Garment District has moved from New
York City to Guatemala City and there has always been mob involvment in Garment Districts. It appeared the mob opportunized
on this case for their own increase. That increase being as always money. If they are New York City people then they
will know the number one rule of the world. Which is never monkey with a U.S. citizen. I am not certain our new president
Barack Obama understands this number one world rule. But our U.S. Congress understands it well. This is a Guatemalan
problem now, not a U.S. problem.
I do not think these murders have anything to do with drugs. Instead they have to do with shirts. There is
a lot more money for the mob in shirts than in drugs.
July 18 Sabado 2009. Monday at 8:30 A.M. I am going to take a tour of the famous Antigua Guatemala Dalton coffee
plantation. It is said by some to be the most famous in the world - which means it has the best sloped, well watered,
well drained at under three feet coffee land away from the cooler winds and with well growing shade trees. I do not want anything
as big as the Dalton plantation and can not afford one anyway and will settle for making a cash payment of one million Quetzals
for that value in hectares. I want the best coffee land in the world. I could afford more than one million
Quetzals but then if I marry a woman this area (I am a catholic and my wife a protestantant who divorced me
died of brain cancer four years ago) she might not like living in a tent. As for me it makes no difference.
At 1:00 P.M. my Spanish lessons begin at the Cabiguil language school of Antigua Guatemala. I left my Applied
Bank visa card accidentally with one o
