July 30 2008  BBC Panorama Nov 19 2007 presents interview questions to Jane Tanner of the McCann Tapas nine. About what were your thoughts about the girl you saw carried by the man at the intersection under the street lamps at the north east corner of the McCann apartment she responded as such "father you are not a very good father. It is cold out here. Get some shoes on your daughter or she will catch cold" after that she rounded the corner towards her apartment to check on her children paying no more attention to the man carrying the girl. The time frame is another question. The PJ inspector Gancalo Amaral who led the investigation a number of months now interviewing and who has written a book on the McCann case is sorely disappointed that the McCann Tapas nine and the Tapas restaurant staff, both, gave him a time frame of events only accurate within a half hour. Every one of them, McCann group and Tapas nine restaurant staff, had a different recollection of time on all events from  8:30 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. Thus they were confined to working plus or minus 15 minutes in terms of time frame on all events transpiring 8:30 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. The FBI historical statistics in the U.S. are 10% of abductions are stranger abductions, in 45% of cases like the McCann case one or other or both of the parents are involved and in 45% of cases someone other than the parents who know the family are responsle. These statistics can vary by nation. Generally not greatly in western Europe. And the physical situation is important. Bridget O'Donnel the paramour of Jez Wilkins who spoke with Gerry McCann outside of the McCann apartment for fifteen minutes just after 9:00 P.M. on May3, 2007 wrote for public presentation that even before the disappearance she felt glad that their apartment was more in the center of the apartment building and not exposed on street level on the corner of two main avenues as was the McCann apartment. It was an abduction that took 40 seconds at most by backing into the rear apartment alleyway by the McCann patio, lifting Madeleine McCann out of bed and putting her in the abduction vehicle still groggy from sleep. And the McCann Tapas nine sitting at their open air table 70 yards from the McCann apartment back outdoor patio and alleyway running along the patio could be viewed from dozens of upper windows to the north as to when all nine were sitting at a given time together and not checking on their children sleeping alone in the apartments. View of the McCann apartment rear patio was blocked by the alleyway walls and shrubbery projecting above the walls. There was only one or two windows of a few minutes the night of May 3 when all McCann Tapas nine were all nine together sitting at the Tapas restaurant table. Other than those few minutes someone of the Tapas nine was over in the apartment building. Thus their security was not perfect one hundred percent. And Gerry had to leave the back apartment door which exits to the patio unlocked as there were two walls and shrubbery projecting at the walls and from the Tapas restaurant table he would have to dash straight line in emergency and could lose his keys rolling over the walls. And judging by the blog of Gerry on his blog site accessable on the internet and currently ongoing "prima faci" it appears Gerry and Kate were aware that madeleine was after they left for the Tapas restaurant changing into cool weather pajamas. Thus she was going outside and walking west one could logically assume down the black alleyway west to a vantage point distant from an avenue where she could watch her parents, and peers at the cresch dining with their parents, and watch and listen to the entertainment. "Prima faci" this become particularly apparant on Gerry's blog of January 20 2008 when he mentions the man carrying the sleeping girl Jane Tanner saw as who they believe is the abductor of Madeleine and supports this by "Jane did not know what pajamas Madeleine had on that night but described the pajamas Madeleine was wearing as the pajamas on the sleeping girl being carried by the man at the intersection Jane saw (there has been much photoshopping going on and the only way to view these pajamas Jane saw on the carried sleeping girl is to get quadrangle expansions of the original sketch artists canvas, that artist being Melisa Little, world known as a genius in the field. The design on the pajama bottoms Melisa Little painted out of the head of Jane Tanner on the blown up on the screen artists sketch are much more like the the designs on the frock seen in photo of Madeleine McCann on the official McCann web site riding her trainer bike in cool England weather wearing this frock and warm leggings. And the pajamas Jane Tanner saw on the sleeping girl were ankle length appropriate to the cool Praia da Luz May 3 weather. And the ankles had prominent ruffles even making them warmer. The only part of the sleeping girls body exposed to the cold were her feet. They were bare. Whereas when the McCanns put Madeleine to bed she was wearing delicate pretty AAYORIE badge vogue pajamas ($44.00 pajamas) that were knee length with one inch strings at the bottom of the legs on her knees. These AAORIE pajamas are what the PJ has a photo of along with a photo of Madeleine herself on their Portugal  missing persons website. Thus the McCanns never informed the PJ they had seen Madeleing in long ankle length cool weather pajamas as the carried sleeping girl wore. At the same time Gerry has put on his blog that these long ankle length pajamas Madeleine had on and the sleeping girl wore the same long cool weather pajamas for cool indoor temperatures and cool outdoor patio temperatures. The pajamas Madeleine McCann was put to bed in to reiterate were heated apartment delicate knee length pajamas. Had Jane Tanner seen these AAYORIE pajamas her thoughts would have been to BBC Panorama "my God father put some shoes and leggins on that girl, you are not a very good father, she will become ill". Thus it does appear to be that there was a not very serious degree of "Abandonment"  whatever excuse there daughter gave to her parents for discarding her delicate pretty AAYORIE warm apartment pajamas she was put to bed with for the cool weather set. There had to be a reasonable suspicion Madeleine was leaving the apartment after they left for the Tapas evenings and walking down the black alleyway west to where she could view them at the Tapas. And it may have been a nightly matter.                                                                                                        A reasonable suspicion by parent they are leaving a child in danger is what is needed for Abandonment under Portugal law. Perhaps a week in jail given what happened. If a GNR officer had occasion to find Madeleine at her vantage point viewing her parents at the Tapas having been told she was there nights and found her parents did not pay attention to change in pajamas the penalty might be an hour in jail. There no problem occurred. The McCann case is closed. However Abandonment is seperate from that case. The changed to cool weather pajamas and that the parents "prima faci" knew about this has to be investigated as a seperate case. I will be for the best interests.                                                                                                                         July 27 2008    Critical is what Gerry McCann tells us in his blog on the official McCann web site still in full operating which blog as I recall was January 20 2008 (or within a day or two of January 20). What Gerry writes on the blog is the McCanns believe the Portuguese man seen carrying a girl on the street by Jane Tanner not long after 9:00 P.M. on May 3 2007 at near the north west corner of the McCann appartment was the abductor of Madeleine and the girl was Madeleine his daughter. Gerry says Jane Tanner never having seen a particular pair of Madeleines pajamas of Madeleine the girl was wearing described them exactly to the sketch artist. Apparantly eight months later Gerry had forgotten Madeleine had on very expensive and very pretty and delicate AAORIE badge pajamas when they put her to bed. They were heated apartment pajamas knee length with one inch strings hanging on the knees. They were not outdoor patio pajamas for early May in Praia da Luz. Instead Gerry remembered Madeleine wearing her long ankle length ruffles around the ankles cool weather outdoor patio pajamas which came in a sister set with her cool weather frock shown on the McCann official web site Madeleine riding her trainer bike with frock with warm leggings England being cool. The designs of frock and pajamas look identical. And the frock she wore with warm leggings. These ankle length  pajamas the carried girl is wearing are radically different in all ways from the pajamas Madeleine was put to bed with. It looks like the frock and pajamas the carried girl was wearing were purchased together in a set from a department store. The PJ Portugal missing persons website shows only the delicate and pretty knee length for heated apartment AAYORI pajamas Madeleine was put to bed with along with a photo of Madeleine. It appears after Gerry looked in on Madeleine at 9:00 P.M. on May 3 and went outside the rear exit and talked across the street at the rear of the McCann apartment with Jez Wilkins for 15-20 minutes that Madeleine got up as she always did with the twins beginning to whimper and saw her father and Jez talking across the street at the rear of the apartment. Madeleing then promptly put on her cool weather outside patio pajamas sisters to her frock and went out the front door to the main street running along the front of the McCann apartment which is avenue Doctor Agosto De Silva and walked a relatively few yards to where the street Gerry and Jes were talking on Doctor Francisco Gentil Martins intersects avenue Doctor Agosto de Silva and peered around the corner at her father and Jes. She then removed a few yards back west on avenue Doctor Agosto De Silva and listening to her father Gerry talking and with warm pajamas comfortably snuggled up against the avenue Doctor Agosto De Silva sidewalk wall and promptly fell asleep. A Portuguese man walking by or driving by saw Madeleine sleeping stopping the car a if he had a car a block farther up and walked back and picked up Madeleine and carried her sleeping she ending up at his destination unknown. The pink blanket around the carried girl above the waist puzzled the McCanns. No blanket of theirs was missing. The well know South Africa investigator Dani found a pink and white girls childs blanket in the Praia Da Luz Lynx gulch. However most girls childs blankets are pink and white. The lynx gulch is at the far eastern extreme of Praia da Luz beach where the fishermen fish and clean their catch and beach people do not use it except for a remote beach picnic. It is also a bit trashy otherwise. The ninety eight percent chance is a family had picnicked at the Lynx gulch and the mother decidede the blanket had become nasty and left it there, that it has absolutely nothing to do with the McCann case. The Lynx gulch which is as its name implies is where the Lynx from the National Forest two miles north come down to feed on fish nights and was gone over more than a dozen times by the police and there is no body buried there.                                                                                                                                                The Portuguese man never returned Madeleine. One must question whether the stories are true that in real there are dozens of stalls in Lisbon, Portugal the capital where children are sold daily. I have seen documentaries that Lisbon is the world capital of sedition and crime. What is the truth? Probably it is not the truth!                                                                                                                                               This is a case where the end is the beginning. From 8:30 P.M. (sunset for Praia da Luz on the U.S. Naval Observator computer on May 3 was at 8:23 P.M. with following enough light to complete a softball game for ten minutes) untill 10;OO P.M. the Tapas nine were always together. Robert Murat was at home with his mother. None of them could have abducted Madeleine McCann. At between 9:00 P.M. and 9:20 P.M. Jane Tanner spotted the suspect carrying Madeleine. Gerry puts on his blog January 20 2008 he knows this is Madeleine because Jane has described exactly her pajamas and he says Jane has never seen this set of Pajamas. That is these pajamas (prima faci) are the sisters to the cool weather England frock seen in the photo of Madeleine McCann on the McCann official website where she riding a trainer bike weareing frock and warm leggings. These are cool weather ankle pajamas with heavy ruffles around the ankles with the same designs as the frock and were purchased as a set. They are radically different from the AAORIE knee length delicate pretty pajamas for a heated apartment Madeleine was put to bed in. These AAORIE pajamas along with the photo of Madeleine are what Portugal PJ has on its missing persons website. However after eight months Gerry McCann forgot the AAORIE  pajamas as it became routine to seeing Madeleine in the frock set pajamas upon return from the cresch. ......Prosaic conclusion: Madeleine McCann would after parents left for the Tapas put on her frock set warm ankle length pajamas and go out the back door onto the alleyway and beyond to the black west direction away from avenue Doctor Francisco Gentil Martins. There she would find a spot where it was possible to view her parents dining at the Tapas and see what cresch peers were also dining with there parents (Bridget O Donnel and Jez Wilkins had one time brought their oldest child to the Tapas at night to dine with them but the cresch called asking them to come get their baby who would not stop crying. Bridget says babysitters were scarce. Which means the Foreign crowd numbers was at low ebb but May 3 but there was still work other than babysitting available to locals who demanded thus a high price for babysitting if you could find babysitters at all). Madeleine from her discovered position down the alleyway vicariously enjoyed from a distance the Tapas where her parents were. And when it became too cool she went back in the apartment and cried. There is the one page report in a leading British tabloid that on the third day of vacation the McCanns and locals searched one half hour for Madeleine to find her outside at the apartments hidden to escape bedtime. The suspect Jane Tanner describes with the classical piano player hands and neat musicians haircut is yet "salty". He has ocean salt written all over him by his common notable functional upper curvature of the spine, working since young man carrying heavy burden shore cargo loads on his shoulders. How many times in a week did he meet madeleine at her alleyway vantage point vicariously dressed in her warm frock set pajamas and carry her back to her apartment this secret friend. And then on May 3 decided to take her. Asleep in his arms he had become her good friend.                                                                                                                                                                   July 26  2008  The Madeleine McCann disappearance after 14 months of investigation produced no new reasonable evidences to make new individuals "persons of interest" in the case and it produced no reasonable evidences to retain those already "persons of interest" in the case as "persons of interest". The Madeleine McCann disappearance case has been archived. There are no "persons of interest" in the case presently known to police. This was in the beginning  a poor investigation. It is clear from the interview with Gancalo Amaral presented on Joana Morais right now that he was obeying the orders of the president of Portugal untill the British forensics experts began experimenting with a hypothesis that the only way the forensics in the boot of the automobile rented by the McCanns three weeks after their daughters disappearance could be explained was that Madeleine McCann died and her body was frozen solid - into an ice cube as Gancalo Amaral puts it - hidden in a local freezer and then in the boot of the car a small part of her body melted leaving residu. It was not a hypothesis the British team would have presented in the British islands. They would not dare. But this was Portugal and why not! Gancalo Amaral bought it hook, line and sinker and began to see red like el torro the bull that someone in Praia da Luz had rented their freezer to store the body of Madeleine McCann. He disobeyed the Presidents orders and made Gerry and Kate McCann arguidos. The British had a lot of words but it was entirely the president of Portugal responsible for the case. It was delicate. Persons from the British Isles figure in significantly towards the Portugal GNP figure.  Given historic crime statistics ten percent of these cases like the McCann case are "stranger abductions" and in forty five percent of cases the parents are involved and forty five percent of cases persons who know the family. The Government of Portugal however wanted the PJ to concentrate 90% of the case effort on the Vatican world wide stranger abduction and 10% of the effort on the 90% likelyhood. The effort should have been apportioned correctly. A case can not be brought to justice not doing so. Only GNP was served, mamon. Throughout the interview Gancalo Amaral regrets he was just getting around to obtaining critical information in the 90% likelyhood case when he was dismissed. To reiterate the British offered only words. The responsibility rests entirely with the president of Portugal and Gancalo Amaral and no where else. There are no excuses. Never are there any excuses. An excuse is a word concept that does not really exist. This went as far as to not bringing in when possible the F.B.I. with its team of crack polygraph team, auditors and crime investigation experts. That would have quickly solved this case. To keep it only between Portugal and the British, the blind leading the blind.  (the statistics given above of the categories "abducted by stranger", "a parent responsible" and "someone who knows the family responsible" are United States Federal Bureau of Investigation statistics for the United States. They can differ by nation. Most turning four year old girls are are abducted with the end goal being adoption. Most are not killed).                                                                                                                July 25 2008  There is an excellent Goncalo Amaral interview on Joana Morais yesterday. Gancalo Amaral discusses deficiencies in his investigation. One deficiency is the PJ never determined what other routes the Tapas nine might have used in checking on the children in the apartments other than exiting the Ocean Club main entrance and walking north on avenue Doctor Francisco Gentil Martins and then returning on the same route to the Tapas restaurant. It was assumed the Tapas nine used this route but Paulo Reis of Gazeta Digital presents in photos two routes (1) the main entrance route of the Ocean Club to the Tapas restaurant and (2) a back route down the alleyway for Mark Warner Ocean Club members that alleyway being black and unlit at night. In the daytime that alleyway route is open to the Ocean Club and the childrens Cresch and Paulo Reis has a photo of the McCanns walking down the alleyway with the twins to the Ocean Club during the day. If the entrance was open nights using it has the advantage that people outside can not see twenty visits combined each night by the Tapas nine to visit the children in the apartments. They can not draw conclusions that the Tapas nine are dining at the Tapas restaurant while the children are alone in the apartments. They can not make the connection. Paulo Reis shows this back alleyway route in a photo and the McCanns using it with the twins to reiterate. Gancalo Amaral says sadly the PJ never got around to investigating if that is the route the Tapas nine used instead of the shorter avenue Doctor Francisco Gentil Martins. If the Tapas nine did use that back alleyway route to check on the children in the apartments night given it was open to them they had to pass by a lit swimming pool away from the nearby avenues but Sergei Malinka at his upstairs apartment  near the catholic church could see them going and coming passing by the pool.                                                                                                       July 24 2008    Gancalo Amaral former PJ case head in the McCann disappearance is giving detail interviews now on the disappearance. He was convinced on the Forensics-DNA experts conclusion that Madeleine McCann died and had been frozen into an ice cube. That in the boot of the vehicle the McCann rented three weeks later a piece of her frozen body had melted leaving residu. The forensic experts conclusion this had to be the way it had to happen. Gancalo Amaral states he had been ordered from high echelons in the Portugal government above to stay with a stranger abduction and not involve the parents or their friends but apparantly Gancalo Amaral "flipped" thinking about Portuguese locals renting private freezer capacity for the body of the dead English girl and made the McCanns Arguidos. However it did not pan out.  From his interviews Gancalo Amaral is giving now he proves no genius. A genius is Dani the South African investigator suggested for the case by the McCann but protested to by Gancalo Amaral at first who then agreed to work with Dani. Apparantly Dani begins with a box full of microbes-insects he feeds one hair to from the searched for individual and then when they come across the scent of that particular hair the microbes produce a chemical that lights up a neon light on the box (a guess. I rank relatively high in the global research world so dare to make an educated guess. Nor one else seems to dare to). Besides his box of microbes Dani is a genius professional at meticulous visual search grid work using logic and experience.  He has expressed concern since his search wanting to return to the uninhabited Lynx Gulch which runs into the extreme eastern praia da Luz beach used by the Fishermen and where the Lynx come down at night from the National Forest two miles north to feed on fish. Here Dani uncovered a girl's pink and white child's blanket setting there in the Lynx gulch on higher ground back away from the east end of the beach by the cliffs, covered with weeks or months of rain wash dirt. He brushed a little of the rain wash dirt away to define the blanket and left the remainder buried under the rainwash to retain its integrety. He pinpointed it precisely on a map and gave the map to the PJ. Goncalo Amaral has stated in interviews in the past few days he recalls Dani asking him to reinvestigate the Lynx gulch and they did but found nothing. Dani more recently has expressed concern if the PJ recovered the blanket and would like to return to find out. Jane Tanner of the McCann Tapas nine saw a man carrying a sleeping girl with a child's pink blanket wrapped around her above the waist. Gerry McCann has entered on his blog he believes this is the abductor of his daughter Madeleine. The time this man was seen was about 9:20 P.M. at the intersection of the north east corner of the McCann apartment. We do not know yet if the Martin Smith family who are 70-80 percent certain they saw Gerry McCann carrying Madeleine near Kelly's bar near the beach heading to the beach about 10:00 P.M. saw a pink or pink and white childs blanket around the girl. Goncalo Amaral does say that if Madeleine McCann was buried it would be in an already existing hole someone had dug. He says the soil around Praia da Luz is very hardpan. What he is saying is that a pick ax along with a shovel must be used to dig a hole. And the top inches of loose dirt could then be used to fill the hole. Probably someone would have to know where the hole was in order to utilize it. Goncalo Amaral is saying dogs scent is affected out in that area because of the salt content. The Lynx gulch is where the women Portugal SOL newspaper reporters watched dogs and their handlers and searchers moving back and forth on as well as the beach. Nothing was found by the dogs. Probably better is sensors to define holes in the earth that have been filled in and bones. These were not used. The other alternative employing dozens of men with pick axes and shovels to dig up the Lynx gulch. This was not done. The genius Dani defined the Lynx gulch as the resting spot of Madeleine and expected all these things to happen but they never did. The Lynx gulch would have to be reached by vehicle navigating the non grid system Praia da Luz streets eastward then using short dirt roads into the uninhabited gulch and then parking the vehicle and walking down into the gulch. Or walking three fourths of a mile eastward on the Praia da Luz beach and climbing up into the gulch. Towards 10:00 p.m. that night of the disappearance it should also be mentioned the "slack tide" was beginning and with the surf now calm a boat could be rowed in and out without motors and motors turned on out of hearing range when the surf began pounding again. The investigation reduced to two beliefs (1)  The belief of the McCanns and other Tapas nine by Gerry's blog is the abductor is the Portuguese man carrying the sleeping girl at the intersection immediately up against the McCann apartment north east side seen by Jane Tanner at 9:20 P.M., that Portuguese man walking east carrying a young girl on the avenue Doctor Agosto de Silva. At the time Jane Tanner was heading to her apartment to look in on her own children or (2) the Martin Smith family of Ireland who believe but are uncertain it was Gerry McCann and Madeleine who they passed near the beach, Gerry walking towards the beach as they passed him around 9:50-10:00 P.M. These are both beliefs with other explanations. The case is archived, the McCanns are no longer arguidos. Robert Murat is no longer an arguido. There was probably a misunderstanding between the GNR and Lori Campbell and Lori believed the GNR told he Murat was a pretender and not a police employed translator while in real the GNR guard at the McCann apartment blurted out "don't listen to him" "I will take care of it" as Lori Campbell was telling him that Robert Murat was giving away a police mistake as a tip and she did not believe a translator on the payroll of the police would do that. Lori Campbell went away satisfied Robert Murat was a depraved man who attended crime scenes and made himself important by fictitious stories of being on the police payroll, he might even be the abductor of Madeleine McCann. She wrote him up in her newspaper the Mirror as such a man being supported by the GNR. Whereas in real the GNR was irate because he was on their payroll as a translator and was pledged to secrecy. It was a misunderstanding. Pagarette the lawyer for Murat has tamped the eyes of the police on this one probably more than the the tamped eyes of Lenore Cipriano. The time frame is approximate, within 10-15 minutes less or more. Gancalo Amaral in interview said yesterday (go to Joana Morais) the need for a more accurate time frame was recognized. This included time frames from the staff at the Tapas restaurant. Every single employee they interviewed gave a different time frame or could provide no time frame. The case as of this week has been archived. There are not Arguidos.                                                                                                                            July 23, 2008.........The Madeleine McCann case has been Archived by the Portugal Judiciary and there are no longer any Arguidos. A summary of the Inspector report is now on line on Joana Morais............Independent of the Inspector report by the reasoning of Gerry McCann as he entered on his blog the main suspect remains the Portuguese looking man who crossed the path of Jane Tanner one of the Tapas nine at 9:20 P.M. on May 3 at the street lamp lit intersection of the avenue Doctor Francisco Gentil Martins running north with the Avenue Doctor Agosto de Silva running west to east this intersection being up against the north east side of the McCann apartment. At 9:20 P.M. is when Jane Tanner told police she saw the suspect carrying a young girl in his arms cross in front of her. She says she reproduced the pajama design perfectly and the common $10.00 pajamas are radically different in every aspect from the expensive AAYORIE brand vogue $40.00 pajamas Madeleine McCann was wearing when the McCanns put her to bed. The PJ has on their Portugal missing persons website a photo of these AAYORIE pajamas next to the Madeleine McCann photo. They are very pretty and would be very noticable pajamas in the cool May 3 air as they are knee length with one inch strings hanging over the knees. The sleeping girl being carried by the Portuguese man had on ankle length pajamas appropriate to May 3 with huge double ruffles around the ankles lacking the tiny blue, green, red and yellow delicate flower prints on the pajamas Madeleine McCann was last seen wearing. Even then the thoughts of Jane Tanner were "portuguese father put socks on your daughter it is cold out what is wrong with you she will catch cold". Jane Tanner could not see the upper part of the girl above the waist as he had her covered with a pink blanket (it is interesting Dani the famous South Africa investigator in these types of cases discovered out in the Lynx gulch running into the extreme east Praia da Luz beach used only by fishermen three quarters of a mile to the east of the intersection of avenue Doctor Francisco Gentil Martins and avenue Doctor Agosto de Silva and uninhabited except by Lynx who come down from the National Forest a few miles north to feed on fish, a child's pink and white blanket mostly covered by the deposit of rain run off dirt. He left it in place in that state to preserve it's integrety covered by the original dirt of rain run off state he had found it in, reporting the precise location to the PJ. He discovered the blanket not many yards from the surf. It would have taken the suspect to his car five minutes, then roundabout on Praia da Luz unorganized street patterns to the dirt road to the gulch five minutes by car, then on the roundabout dirt road running on the gulch another five minutes, then five minutes walk down into the gulch which has much trash then to the surf at approximately the time a slack tide was taking place - that is the surf was becoming calm and a waiting boat could be rowed out and then the motors turned on and then to the mother ship and then many places, including foreign nations . It is probably not that pink blanket Jane Tanner saw covering the sleeping girl above her waste but it could be. This is how Dani has become famous with success. It is interesting. Just interesting).  The man carrying the sleeping girl was walking east on avenue Doctor Agosto de Silva at the intersection with avenue Dr Francisco Gentil Martins. Jane Tanner gave a very detailed description of him from his right side which she viewed. She affirms every detail is correct. He had a neat musicians hair cut, classical piano player hands, neat clothes and shoes and had a functional upper spinal curvature common to shore workers carrying heavy burden on their shoulders since youth. Did he play honkey tonks, did he play at the Cresch for the children or give them instructions and thus did Madeleine know him and like him. Was she really sleeping in his arms, was she drugged, was she dead and where was he taking her. These are questions. Gerry McCann according to the PJ report now released publically two days ago told PJ he could have begun talking with Jez Wilkins directly across from the McCann apartment on avenue Doctor Francisco Gentil Martins after looking in on Madeleine and siblings in the McCann apartment and seeing everything was fine, for as many as 15 minutes by 9:20 P.M. and it is known Jes was back in his apartment by 9:30 P.M. They may have been rotating while talking 360 degrees. By 9:20 P.M. the man carrying the girl had as many as 15 minutes to enter the front door of the McCann apartment with a pair of non stand out $10.00 pajamas meant for May 3 outside weather put them on Madeleine and take her away in his arms walking east on avenue Doctor Agosto de Silva and across where avenue Doctor Francisco Gentil Martins intersects to his car parked in a place where it would be least noticable. This man is probably who took Madeleine McCann from her apartment. He vanished with Madeleine into thin air. Gerry McCann came to the U.S. suggesting a transnational investigation as the U.S. investigates abductions of children in nations for sale for profit in another nation - as this has potential to involve U.S. citizens in the U.S. or abroad - but if a transnational U.S. investigation was scheduled it never happened and within a short time the U.S. Attorney General Gerry saw had been replaced. To reiterate the case is archived. There are no suspects as of two days past. On Robert Murat it was a mistake the PJ made making him Arguido based on the report of Lori Campbell. Apparantly the PJ got mixed up not realizing a GNR local police officer had told Lori Campbell Robert Murat was a pretender to being employed by the PJ as a translator and hearing this Lori Campbell went after Murat thinking him debased. Diane Webster in Praia da Luz lived in her daughters apartment and Rachael Oldfield the wife of Dr. Matthew Oldfield of the Tapas nine, both critical witnesses as well as Jez Wilkins and paramour Bridget O'Donnel, Jez talking with Gerry only a few yards from the suspect who passed by during their conversation at the intersection carrying Madeleine McCann. Robert Murat has a wealth of PJ information in his head.                                                                                                      There are signs in the McCann investigation that took place that Gancalo Amaral has a heavy drinking problem that impedes. Gancalo Amaral ordered Robert Murat be made an Arguido on the basis of the Lori Campbell report Robert Murat was a pretender to being employed by the PJ as a translator as the GNR police officer guard at the McCann apartment had told her but his PJ officers may have been afraid to tell him for five months that Murat was actually PJ employed. That they had hired a man, Robert Murat, with a bohemian life style. That Gancalo Amaral has a drinking problem is a educated guess. And the other is earlier in terms of the evidence presented or purported evidence - the PJ has never really presented any evidence keeping information in the case locked up - the array of motives by percentages as given in out FBI statistics favorable to the McCanns and not favorable (scenarios). I truly believe the Three Arguidos believes only in Fascist logic and our U.S. criminal Constitutional logic is not cognitive to them. It is irrelevant - they can simply not understand it. Gerry McCann came to the U.S. to our Attorney General who has the power over the FBI asking for help and I wrote Senator Clinton and my House Member McNulty that as the crime might be "transnational" in the future affecting the U.S. and U.S. citizens in other nations there should be encouragement through the FBI by the Attorney General to look into it more closely. We can do by law with transnational or possibly transnational crimes. The real McCann children bedroom in their apartment in Praia da Luz has been on line for two days now on Joana Morais Portugal site and News of the World. The photoshop photo of the bedroom of the McCann children on line near half a year, until now and the only photo available and believed to be real, which Sky News has called a "stitch together" of three photos taken in Nov 2007 through the apartment window of the children presents that Dr. Matthew Oldfield with the door to the children's bedroom door only slightly cracked could see only Madeleine sleeping and the door had to be opened more to see the twins. This has predjudiced the McCann case against the McCanns with debauchery for five months actively sponsored by the PJ if they are aware of the photo. If the PJ are aware of the photoshop photo they must go to prison. In the United States if such a thing happened the case would be immediately thrown out of court. Forever. As the McCanns could not in overall perspective have a fair trial. And the same should be the case in Europe. We do not want Europe spreading their disease in the U.S. The European press has started two World Wars and are working on the third. Without question there are better things to do now in the month of May than listen to any of this debauchery which must not affect the United States although I do not see how that is possible. The McCann must be released from their Arguido status along with Robert Murat and we must hear no more about this case. The reconstruction will take place mid May 2008. The Mccanns believe their daughter Madeleine is alive. Alipio Ribeiro believes that by taking place in the reconstruction the McCanns the McCanns reduce the chances significantly of being charged with a homocide thay did not do or in August when the case is put on the dusty shelf if there is no trial potential by then for the McCanns to be official Arguidos on the dusty shelf for twenty years. It will also improve the chances to locate Madeleine. It is clear that the Portugal DA wants the case put on the dusty shelf in August 2008 if the P.J. can not reach anything trial conclusive by then. It is of no concern to the Portugal DA if thereafter the McCanns remain official Arguidos filed on the dusty slelf for another twenty years into the future. At the same time if the McCanns come to the reconstruction mid May 2008, Praia da Luz and the planned investigative process goes against them Ribeiro is honest they may be put in jail or held in Portugal for possible trial........As the McCanns left Portugal as Arguidos with Portugal permission Portugal has the authority to call them back non voluntarily for the reconstruction but does not appear to intend to do so.                                                                                                                                                              There is a new perspective on the McCann case. The contracts of the Tapas Restaurant staff have not been renewed and they are breaking silence, the silence ordered by the P.J. or face jail. One speaking out this week is Manuela the cook who was at the grill three yards from the McCann table. Dr. Matthew Oldfield taking the shift of Kake McCann in children check found Madeleine not in the apartment returning to the Tapas to report this to the McCanns and Kate rushed over to the apartment searching about and then sounded the alarm at 9:30 P.M. To conclude it in other words all this the press has given us is untrue. This new time frame also puts Gerry and Jez talking tennis in front of the McCann apartment and Jane Tanner walking by at that time seeing that the beginnings of the meal were about to be served and she wanted to get back in time for them as happening at 8:45 P.M. when there was still ten minutes of twilight remaining in the sky - not enough to play a softball game in but not at 9:10 P.M. Thus Jane Tanner saw the man Gerry McCann has entered on his blog as who he believes was the abductor of his daughter walking east on the spacious and beautiful avenue Dr. Augosto de Silva carrying a sleeping girl in his arms at 8:50 P.M. and not 9:10 P.M. This girl was wearing $10.00 store bought pajamas o.k. for the Algarve early May weather in contrast to the stylish $40.00 store bought pajamas of Madeleine McCann meant for a heated apartment in early May and which were not large pink designs on white bottoms like the pajamas of the girl sleeping in the man's arms but were white bottoms with tiny delicate blue, green red and yellow flowers - expensive and bottoms with no pink. Dr. Oldfield had taken for Kate McCann the 9:30 look in on children shift explanation not explained. Not many minutes following 9:30 P.M. the calm predicted slack tide arrived at Burgau and Praia da Luz where a boat without motor operating could be silently rowed out into the Atlantic. Then Madeleine put on a larger craft to Brazil or Macau to be sold illegally for adoption. Not many minutes after 9:30 P.M., around 9:45 P.M. the Tapas nine were all sitting at wine at the Tapas table. Kate killed Madeleine and carried her to the long vacant field with trees and brush to the west of their apartment building, a field that reaches south to the church, or Kate carried the one minute it takes to walk the 300 feet east on avenue Dr. Augosto de Silva over to the nurse Jennie Murat for help. Or Kate carried Madeleine the 300 feet east on avenue Dr. Augosto de Silva to near the small pretty circular park with water fountain in the center that adjoins the huge Murat casa Liliana grounds and placed Madeleine over the Murat casa wall or handed her to Robert Murat.................It does not make any sense and leaves a strong suspicion Dr. Mathew Oldfield and wife Rachael Oldfield sold Madeleine McCann to world child marketeers for illegal adoption for a good sum of money with the predicted slack tide to arrive in a few minutes following the time Dr. Oldfield volunteered to take the child watch shift of Kate McCann and entered the McCann aprtment. The P.J. are wrong. The Arguidos are Matthew Oldfield and Rachael Oldfield, not Gerry and Kate McCann, and Robert Murat. Early in the McCann case the press reported Dr. Matthew Oldfield was in a lawsuit over the death of a patient. Wife Rachael Oldfield may be of African origin in poor nations where stealing and selling children on black market for adoption is as common as the numbers - and may have contacts. It leads to doubt Madeleine McCann is dead and the crime is transnational although it has not been investitgated by the U.S. as transnational. Most stranger abductions of three year olds are for illegal adoption. Of those for profit most are quickly gotten rid of (which is the safest way) for the transfer of cash to the illegal parents. If this was the case with Madeleine McCann she was gone within a few hours to a few days and most likely a few hours. In the McCann case if this is the case the nation in which she was illegally adopted would most likely be Portuguese speaking Brazil with it's Amazon Basin which comprises much of Brazil (the Amazon Basin comprises in total an area in square miles the size of the 48 states Atlantic to Pacific, Mexico to Canada slightly more or less depending on how it is drawn out). Brazil has half of the world's wealthiest men. As an illegal daughter present to his wife Madeleine McCann would be a rarer type proof struck coin, blue eyes, blond hair, pretty with both parents doctors. So much for that. Then why did Gerry and Kate McCann stay local in their search, exception of the U.S. and their meeting with Attorney General Gonzalez with no real information coming out Gerry sought from the Attorney General a transnational crime investigation on the abduction. However it has seemed odd to me that if they believed their daughter alive they would have chanced the woods. The Amazon is not a social trip. It is odd. But many people are odd. The British have also become depraved in the past year. The most a nurse can be with all her education and experience is forty percent a doctor. But now it is new British policy to give nurses authority to pull the life plug this being the choice of the particular hospital. What this means is that life has a cheap price. It depends on the wealth of the Hospital and what you can pay. In wealthy hospitals doctors will continue to make that decision. I am all in favor of programs that make it financially easy for nurses to become MD's. New British policy does not call for that first however. New British policy seems to want to make clear that there are the scab people and the golden people. The scab people will be whipped on the public square for letting their shadows touch the golden people. Finally they have gotten rid of the scab people for the next thousand years. No matter how you doctor it up a smelly skunk cabbage is not a rose. The program is to get people to believe it is. And even if they have I do not want to see that nurse authority to pull the life plug happen in the U.S. Recent polls for the first time in U.S. history have shown that significant numbers of people believe the U.S. is beginning the slide down the slope into Hades. And from that there is no return. This was my biggest interest in this case. And from a medical research point of view the fact that certain physical problems pertaining to the heart, hearing, breathing, stomach and cerebral problems are with a significant increased frequency associated with eye coloboma. When three of these exist at the same time it is known as CHARGE Syndrome. When three or more of these physical problems exist at one time in small children fifteen percent will die before age five, mostly of heart defects. With increase in age CHARGE Syndrome improves itself. CHARGE Syndrome children need special educational help. Many will go on to become doctors.
