This Is Tiwanaku, Bolivia, highest community in the world. It sits above Lake Titicaca about twenty miles to the south and all people of the ancient world have visited here at one time or another before and since Jesus. It is on the northern border of Atlantis written about by the Greek Plato a world wanderer central Atlantis being  south at the volcano island community surrounded by water part of the year of Pampa Aullagas on the  flat lower altitude altiplano in the rich tin mining area of Bolivia.
