(Usa Google por Traducir por favor)    When we were young and happened to be in Fonda, N.Y. after a flood and the Cayudetta creek had receeded we used to laugh with glee at the human excrements stranded on the rocks. This was where the creek crossed under the bridge on Route 5 through Fonda and then not many yards farther on under the New York Central Rail Road which runs through Fonda and then some fifty yards distance flows into the Barge Canal (Erie Canal, Mohawk River). The human excrements originated in Johnstown, N.Y. the twin city of Gloversville, N.Y. both cities through which the Cayudetta Creek ran, the Cayudetta first making its way through Gloversville which at the time had a sewage treatment plant for human sewage. But the Johnstown human sewage went directly untreated following the toilet bowels being flushed into the Cayudetta Creek. Then the human excrement material made its way down creek two miles to Fonda, N.Y. flowing into and dispersing into the Barge Canal (which is the Mohawk River and the old Erie Canal) which then flows thirty miles downstream into the Hudson River and the Greater Capital Albany, N.Y. area to then flow south to the Atlantic Ocean at New York City. There was never any worry because Gloversville and Johnstown were leather tannery cities and the chemicals and maggots out of the tannery pits were discharged directly into the Cayudetta creek providing a type of condom protection against microbe life disease. The chemical discharge concentration in the Cayudetta creek it was said and which probably is the truth made it impossible for any bacteria to flourish. Neither did any fish flourish or exist. This was not however be the case following the Cayudetta waters dispersing into the N.Y.S. Barge Canal. There was no longer any chemical condom concentration. But this was ignored. About thirty five years ago Johnstown, N.Y. in a compulsory action built a human sewage disposal treatment plant and the tanneries of Gloversville and Johnstown were prohibited from discharging their chemicals into the Cayudetta creek. Today year 2007 the Cayudetta creek has trout in it.                                                                                    There is a problem today year 2007 on the New York State Hudson river. The Hudson River has large power plants and in order to cool these power plants down hugh quantities of Hudson River water is gulped in and run through the power plants as the coolant. Then this water is directly discharged scalding hot directly back into the Hudson River killing massive amounts of fish life and all aquatic life. Because of this massive destruction of fish and aquatic life it was mandated in the 1980's that cooling towers be constructed into which first the hot water could be discharged. And then when cooled down discharged into the Hudson. But these cooling towers never materialized. Power plant administration pointed out costs of the cooling towers would be passed on to energy consumers and the profits of the power plants would also be deminished. It was thus decided to permit the power plants on the Hudson river to continue discharging huge qauantities of hot water into the river and when those plants depreciated to non profit levels new plants would replace them that would draw in much less water from the Hudson for needed cooling and thus discharge much less hot water into the Hudson. However as of the year 2007 the old power plants remain efficient producers of electricity and power plant profits. Thus massive amounts of fish life in the Hudson River is still being destroyed.                                                                           In year 2004 the Courts ruled these power plants "illegal without cooling towers" but the court ruling is being ignored. No end is in sight. Power plants without water cooling towers are Cheap. They make the stockholders of the power plants profits and they keep the cost of electricity to the consumer down. And we do not really need the fish. In reality the chemicals poured by the tanneries of Gloversville and Johnstown were as much of a condom against disease from human excrement as are latex condoms against HIV and as effective. However once the human excrement was dispersed into the N.Y.S. Barge Canal - was no longer in a chemical concentration in the Cayudetta creek - there was a serious problem potential this being the problem in the drought year. The Cayudetta creek chemical condom was really not that effective. It was more towards imagination at some point as are condoms for HIV. What was critical was that discharging mill chemicals directly out of the vats into the Cayudetta creek, and human excrements directly from toilet bowl to cayudetta creek, was cheap. It saved the taxpayers money, the tanneries could stay in business and make profits, there were jobs. These problems - exception the jobs have gone - have been solved but the depravity in legislatures, and governments on all levels exist. The question of what is cheap is what is important is the central issue. This has been the case with condom programs to prevent HIV. These condom programs to counter HIV are a bit "slimy" like the condom chemicals and maggots out of the tannery pits poured directly into the Cayudetta creek to reiterate which also became a condom program on about as effective a level as condom programs for HIV.                                           In reality condoms were invented to prevent pregnancy and not venereal disease HIV included. In erotic heterosexual intercourse there is much touch near unconcious and the partners touch the body fluids rich in HIV virus and thus smote themselves, and this is the case with all venereal disease. Condoms will give a person a few years on average being HIV free and maybe they will not and then they give out because of this near unconcious touch and smote factor common for HIV and common venereal disease. And how HIV actually invades the body is through unhealed common venereal disease lesions (sores, any sores) and tissue debilities (any). In the absence of sores and tissue debilities HIV does not invade the human body as it is a specialized lesion invasion disease. This was all wrapped up for the world by the exaustive and sophisticated West Africas Studies 1981-1984 which proved conclusively and which none have ever challenged that HIV does not invade without an infected route present for it to invade. That it is a highly specialized lesion invasion disease which we are now seeing because of the increased frequency of sex without proper education and attitude towards disease and especially the state of Medicine lacking in nations that are poor and are unable to cure the diseases causing sores and tissue debilities the HIV invades and people not having enough money to get them cured. That was twenty three years ago the West Africa HIV studies were concluded, which are correctly accepted univeresally as Old Testament Septuagint Bible by the conservative and respectable world medical physicians. Thus the reason we have condom programs rather than leaving condoms for birth control and getting down to the nitty gritty is that condoms are cheap. They are "dirt cheap". So dirt cheap attractive that looking at the long range deleterious costs of employing condom programs was never considered. And helping is the attitudes towards negros. I was just reading a report this decade 21st century on Quito, Ecuador of a young black woman in the general field of social work in that city and not a native of Ecuador. She came to hate Quito. Women who work as prostitutes in Ecuador are considered honerable the same as women who work as prostitutes in the United States in the state of Nevada. But as a black woman in Quito men on the streets literally stamped their feet up and down with confusion because she did not fit into their perceived jati (however now I have arrived in Quito and this day April 16 2007 I just walked down from my hotel to the Santo Domingo Plaza bordering the old historic church by that name in the old city which is quite a distance from my hotel and I have seen nothing resembling that sort of thing. Her contention was that prostitutes where she worked in Quito were tall black women and she was a tall black women. That is however not the case in the old historic Quito section. I have not been up yet to the more modern Mariscal section of Quito. (today April 18, 2007 I was in Mariscal on avenida Juan Leon Mera paralleling avenue Amazonas. I did notice a few exceptionally tall black women dressed as such I could not tell it was not a religious sister order or dress or prostitute. There are many beautiful women prostitutes on Amazonas dressed traditionally with the tight short skirts. I do not know the answer. But I do know from what I have seen blacks are not discriminated against in Quito although this tallness may have caused confusion.). It may be the case there. Also there is a tourist website on line that states that the Santo Domingo Plaza by the Santo Domingo church is full of black prostitutes moved up from Guayaquil but I see nothing like that. Also there are other tourist sites on the web and one I read is that coming into Quito in the early morning the only women on the streets were prostitutes, stating this was being guessed at). There should be prostitutes on the street as it is healthy and normal and a good business for some women. That is the way God has made it.                                                                                                And on bird flu the halocaust if we have one will come with the ducks, geese, terns and gulls in late summer coming down from their nesting areas up against the north polar ice cap. By the summer of 1918 the waters of that area had shown a phenomenal warming for that area by warm waters from the south being pumped northward by the exploding naval munitions of WW1. This warm water sloshing at the shorelines such as western Spitsbergen and far north Greenland caused a strata of old bird flu recombinant viral material to be leached out of the freeze to create the high pathogenic strain of H1N1 Spanish Flu - Spanish Flu being the world's most ancient flu going back to before the Mastondons -  that infected the nesting ducks, geese, terns and gulls which in turn very late August early September upon their return south hit the world like two hundred nuclear warheads, a flu halocaust. Even worse H1N1 Spanish Flu is a Bird Flu and in 1918 we raised chickens, ducks and geese in the back yards and developed some immunity from these birds. No longer the case today. In the 21st century we include in the United States Annual Flu Vaccine a low pathogenic very highly attenuated strain of H1N1 (lp) Spanish Flu. It is a common strain of Spanish Flu that has been in the U.S. since the colonies and and is slightly harsher than the Hong Kong flu in the number of people it kills per 1,000 infected. In some of the 50 states Spanish Flu H1N1 (lp) accounts for eight percent of flu cases. It should prevent 80% of  high pathogenic H1N1 (hp) Spanish Flu strain if it should appear again. But our present stock of Annual Flu vaccine is only 30% of U.S. population. Again "cheapness" is an economic parameter. This one (H1N1 (hp) will be a problem however if it comes from the Arctic again brought by the ducks, geese, terns and gulls. The bird flu haloucaust of late summer 1918 had it's origin with exploding WW1 naval munitions pumping warmer waters from the south to the far north arctic. Today we use depleted uranium in shell casings of weapons we explode because of it's hardness and other desireable qualities. Depleted uranium is in another use not as good a "tamper" as natural uranium. But of the largest nuclear warhead the U.S. has ever exploded of fifteen megatons five megatons of energy was produced by the plutonium core which then set off a ten megaton explosion produced by the natural uranium wrapping (tamper) surounding the plutonium, which prevents plutonium fission escaping thus increasing much the value of the plutonium core in TNT killoton energy or megaton energy with the plutonium core explosion then setting off the natural uranium wrapping or casing(natural uranium being uranium just as nature produces it in the ore mountain with no processing at all towards industrial or weapons grade). Depleted uranium used in building casings of explosive weapons and Sherman Tanks is very close to a natural uranium tamper and can in itself be used as a tamper although it is inferior to natural uranium in TNT explosive value.                                                                               Leaving this behind natural uranium and depleted uranium is "toxic" when too much of it as a dust is inhaled and causes diffuse sickness. It is not desireable to advertise the results of warfare other than the war itself. It is not economical. It is not "cheap". And like the exploding naval munitions of WW1 pumped warm waters to the far north arctic causing the Spanish Flu haloucaust so today it is not war but Arctic industry that is dangerously warming the region. Another strata freeze of bird flu recombinant viral material we no longer have immunity to may be opened up by the sloshing warmer waters in turn infecting the nesting birds of the far north Arctic. But to be truthful about it we must be honest about the non war after affects of war on the world. And that is not cheap. (A note: The young black tall woman college student working for the summer 2003 as a social worker in Quito with disadvantaged street youth went into a psychosis during her summer 2003 in Quito believing all black women in Quito were tall black prostitutes. She then gained additional education and two years later returned to Quito to see that things were good there although not ready yet to believe she had been in a psychosis. It is easy to go into a psychosis in Quito. I did not but I could have imagined the police were all FARC with AK 47s had I not attended mass at Santo Domingo church one Sunday. And had I woke up to see a fragment of something resembling it, wondering if the FARC had made it's move unexpectedly on the Capital.. It is unlikely however from the quality of Santo Domingo church service they could take over the Quito police. But one never knows for certain. I did see a Watusi like very very tall black woman on avenue Juan Leon Mera but she dressed in a bouncy blue outfit with white collar was probably a sister of mercy. The real case is most black women in Quito (who are numerous) were born in Quito, attended school there, and are store clerks, secretaries and bank tellers and have been all the 21st century, and average height of a Quito black woman is about 5 foot 3 inches. As the tall young black woman student summer social worker left Quito the first time there in the late summer 3 years and 8 months ago and high school graduation in Quito is early many of the black women working as store clerks, secretaries and bank tellers today 2007 were working in the same jobs the summer of 2003 and are still only twenty or twenty one or twenty two years old as was the case but two years younger when the young black woman college student returned in 2005 after intense further education seeing all was good in Quito, but unready to admit that there had been not much change in Quito and believing ot was a result of a progressive black movement over a two year period September of 2003 untill year 2005. Her changed perceptions are exceptionally interesting in terms of the curing aspects of education on psychosis................My personal interpretation here is that it is a matter that Quito does not have a specifically defined black culture as does the U.S. Quito blacks do not have a black accent or black ways of thinking and are simply Spanish speaking and thinking Quito residents. The ajbect isolation from a specific and definable black culture as exists in the U.S. threw the young black woman college student her first summer of 2003 in Quito into a psychosis of denial of blacks period in Quito with exception of as a guess African born religiousWatusi sisters of  mercy definable as culturally in some way Afro black and not Spanish Ecuadorian no color relevant people. The clutching of men may have been for mercy, acceptable by motive they clutching a sister of mercy. Also presently 95% of Quito marriages in which there is a black person in the marriage, which are numerous, are integrated marriages and half have children born before 2003. And 95% of Quito marriages in year 2003 in which there was a black in the marriage which were many, were integrated, and 70% had young children. The couples with children stroll much and near all strolled numerous year 2003 in the central Parque Carolina and when the integrated marriage included a black spouse her average height was 5 foot 3 inches. So the U.S. young tall black college girl arrived in the summer of 2003 in Quito and became petrified lapsing into a psychotic fugue state finding no defined black culture in Quito as a black person has in the U.S. Basically all of Quito's colors are a single unit and are not much different than white U.S. society and are far removed and far different from U.S. black culture. Blacks in terms of color of skin ceased to exist for her. She did not see them.......Also in terms of different reports of others such as concern the Quito Plaza Santo Domingo being full of black prostitutes one early morning with black prostitutes from Guayaquil one can not say this is not a factual isolated phenomena seen one or two days of the year. Prostitution is a legal and honerable profession in Quito and most are nice women who go to church. However one can say it is not a common phenomena for most days........ Again reporting to her college upon return from working with disadvantaged youth in Quito the summer of 2003 what a report it must have been, leading to professors and advisors recommending more intense study and after the intense study returning to Quito the summer of 2005 and finding it a wonderful place for black people.). (I can not also help but suspicion that somehow, although colors are a single unit in Quito, that Quito blacks now with the Ecuador bank's cash machines dispensing the U.S. paper dollar as the Ecuador dollar (in actuality more than half of Ecuador dollars are coins distinctly Ecuadorian but still the same value of the U.S. dollar dispensed along with U.S. dollars - which are less than half of dollars - but still a large percentage of U.S. dollars floating about) that Ecuadorian blacks fearing they will now become U.S. blacks have caused some of the confusion to keep U.S. blacks out of Ecuador fearing this will aggravate the equation.)...................................................................................................................       The hub of Quito is the very large Parque Central Carolina which connects old Quito with new Quito and along which are located the Government cultural centers of the city and the Ecuador National Library. On the new city end of the Parque Central Carolina across from the Hilton Hotel the many dozens of Quito and Ecuador artists (black women among them, 5 foot 2 inches tall, some who attended college in Quito) display their work. Families with children stroll about the park in great numbers always with some amusements going on and there are numerous blacks seldom married to blacks but integrated. Older photos show this to be the same case in the Parque Central Carolina in the past century. Ecuador is the most integrated non black nation in the world.).
