Looking at the title it's meaning is clear. It is a plan for a drastic reduction in HIV. The writer
is not from 19th century U.S. President Martin Van Buren but is from Christina Van Buren the sister of the
old Martin Van Buren who is both the writer's uncle and ancestor of the president, Christina and the old Martin
the children of Maes Van Buren. The writer believes the thinking of President Martin Van Buren would be the same:
That is (1) do not discount the church and church preaching for abstinance. Certainly that solves the problem well. But
also religion and state are seperate constitutionally in the U.S. and there is more to it. Thus (2) do not have
sex with an unhealed common venereal sore or infected tissue debility as you will spread it to others and regarding yourself
and others that is how HIV invades the human body. And it does not need be venereal specifically. Any sore (another word
for sore is lesion) or infected tissue debility (also a body lesion condition) anywhere on the body must be counted. That
is, HIV invades through the sore or infected tissue debility. Otherwise, in the absence of the sore or infected
tissue debility, it will not invade your body and infect you. Once the sore or infected tissue debility is healed HIV
will not invade. Unless (3) anal intercourse is practiced as the anal route is not defended by God or evolution
against HIV invasion and resulting HIV infection of the body - a sore or infected tissue debility is not necessary in this
case for HIV invasion of the body and resulting HIV infection. Using the anal route the body is infected easily
by HIV where at the same time HIV will not infect the body in vaginal intercourse with good sexual health.
Or (4) drugs are injected directly into the body with dirty HIV infected needles - a sore or infected tissue debility
or use of the anal route in sex is not necessary in this case for HIV invasion of the body and resulting HIV infection. And
(5) recognize condoms were invented for birth control which they do well at but do poorly preventing HIV infection
as in erotic heterosexual intercourse there is much touch near unconcious and the partners smote themselves with HIV infected
body fluids thus. Although on the average condoms will or may give you a few good years untill you settle down (not necessarily
many good years on the average. They are risky in erotic heterosexual intercourse with a risk factor more
than persons who are sexually erotic in intercourse should be willing to take ). Getting venereal lesions and
infected tissue debilities medically cleared up before sex and not using condoms (unless you are looking for birth
control) is much safer in preventing HIV infection. The condom is not necessary. And (6) Insure the blood supply is clean.
And (7) have mothers with HIV feed their infants with bottles as their breast milk can infect their baby. And
(8) make certain mothers with HIV near delivery take HIV Inhibitor medicines to reduce quantity of HIV reproduction
in their bodies which lessens HIV in the blood and body fluids and much reduces the chance the infant will be HIV infected
at birth. And (9) have individuals with HIV infection take HIV Inhibitor medicines as these reduce body HIV
reproduction thus reducing HIV in the blood, semen and vaginal fluid and a reduced body load (quantity) of HIV overall
makes HIV more difficult to spread to others, as well as protecting the individual with the HIV infection from body organ
damage and resulting debility. And (10) give HIV Inhibitor medicine immediately to those who believe they may
have just been HIV infected as if it turns out to be the case it will reduce HIV reproduction in their body allowing
the body to throw off the HIV virus naturally with less trouble and help avoid HIV seroconversion and life long HIV infection. Approach
this via the same parameters you would use in deciding if you should get a tetanus shot - this will assume in the
future extrordinary importance in HIV reduction. Altogether this is ten steps to eliminate HIV in the U.S. and they
will be successful. From basic HIV prevention in sex given the brilliant, sophisticated and through west African HIV prevention

Wessels Ten Broeck Sr. was his father and I know Dutch Naval Officer Peter Van Den Broeck was the natural father of Wessels
Ten Broeck Sr. Wessel's mother may have been a native of Brazil, but I do not know. Wessels can be seen in two paintings dressed
in white satin by the master Hendrick Pots both named "The Saint Adrian's Guard of Harlem, Holland" of which
Wessels is the central figure. He was a short man and was captured in one painting on a stand in order that I
would suppose for one thing his importance not be lessened by his height. Probably this is the first painting but
then Pots captured him in a second masterpiece standing level. The first painting by Pots is additionally a degree of humor
pun at my grandfather that many generations back of standing on the slaveblock. In the United States and the Americas it

It is a step down but we must build these to remain strong if they continue wanting marriage. Yet it is necessary
to be humane to these people who are of the sex they look like but have a dyslectic wiring disorder much like reading
dyslexia. Gullags will accomplish the objective. Five years of hard labor without pay and a few tokens to spend
in the commissary may help develope different thought on their part. Our friends the Russians and Chinese
