We know by the CDC this is not tolerable. The question is will the rate come down to normal rate? How did it get where it is now. Homosexuals have had unions very close to marriage but the rate has been increasing with HIV medicines getting better and less fear of HIV. That is year 2011 HIV in homosexual males who do not use dirty drug needles is 60,000% (sixty thousand percent) higher than in heterosexual males who do not use dirty drug needles. This rate must come way way down or homosexuals are in grave trouble with the great train robbery they just pulled off in New York State. If it turns out to be the Great Train Robbery not coming way way down. For a workable plan for them they are going to need a well studied myself and others like me and not homosexual advocates who purchase homosexual gidgis to go to sleep with on their pillows. In fact with homosexuals who envision sex with their own sex unions which are non sexual in nature are critical to keep them from having sex with their own sex and living a normal live not having to go to THE AREA FOR SIX YEARS FOR THE CURE TO BECOME NORMAL U.S. CITIZENS. However as said it is totally contingent now with the GREAT TRAIN ROBBERY OF YEAR 2011 IN NEW YORK STATE THAT THIS RATE OF HIV 60,000% HIGHER IN MALE HOMOSEXUALS THAN IN HETEROSEXUAL MALES COMES WAY WAY DOWN. And things be normal as they always could be with the grass green. That we define what we are looking at. And all this works out to be some kind of an altruistic dream. As if it does not come way way down and things remain the same it will be Gods will that Adolph Hitler takes over.                                                                                                                             Unions should be encouraged in a legal contract no strange flesh activities. They can visit their partner in an auto accident in the hospital. They can live with all of us as normal people. George Bush Jr. may have had the best idea. Those In New York State they have just pulled off the Great Train Robbery. Four years ago the Democrats in the NYS Senate were saying "no way it will never happen here". But the money is good. Only one did not vote against homosexual marriage 2011. We have to get rid of the Achans. And with the homosexuals imagine men and women who are just men and women but have a dyslectic wiring glitch perfectly correctable now being married.  Homosexual sex not unions is a real brain ripper. There is nothing wrong with unions. With their stupid MM FF sex they are the Jack The Rippers of New York State. They make me sick. These Achans will ruin the U.S. destroy it. I am for homosexuals having unions as they have inherited a freak  wiring glitch dyslexia. But I favor putting them in prison for practice of homosexual sex because it is lethally dangerous in becoming HIV infected and it rips the minds apart of heterosexual people like myself. Keep it to themselves. It is an abnormal circus side show in terms of sex. The New York State Legislature is depraved. Do you know they are not even aware of the Nations CDC (Center for Disease Control) that homosexual males have 60,000% percent more HIV infection per 100,000 than heterosexual males in the U.S. And the same in Spain. Not a pretty picture and no need for it never having been any need for those figures. The NYS Senators do not even know the CDC figures and are so latched onto the Achan cash cow that they do not bother to find them out. It is a terrible situation. At least 40 States of the U.S. states will always be free of Achans disease of this particular strain. Homosexuals come from these 40 states to New York State and bring their money with them. The NYS senate can not gobble it up fast enough. They have no self respect. Catering to the homosexual marginal voting group the democrats believe they have found a way to stay on top forever. Let us hope the republicans do not follow them. I don't give a dam really. I am moving wanting a coffey farm in Honduras.                                                                                                                          My idea of a legal under State stamped union between two men is simply that, a union. They want to live their lives together in a special dyslectic sense like two men who have reading dyslexia. No sex involved. If one gets pregnant by the other then we know there is sex and that means two to four years in prison. But if one gets HIV we believe they caught it at the distressed damsels whore house and not pay attention to their neurosis telling us they had sex with each other and that is how they caught the HIV. If I had to take a polygraph the only one I could pass is that I believe they have a neurosis saying they had sex with each other and caught the HIV. I do not believe it. What I do not believe and do not see can not hurt them and what I do not believe and do not see can not hurt me. However if one of the men turns up pregnant then I will have to believe what I see and it is prison two to four years for having sex with each other. Otherwise it is a neurosis of their imagination. That is my idea of a homosexual union. I am just one person within New York State. And every State has a different idea of what the legal and protected by law stamped union should be. I have been out of the country much and this is what I remember was the idea of New York State. Not before.                                                                                                          Honduras in the early 1980's was a lazy place where burros were hitched in front of the government office buildings and when a man went to a prostitute half the time he went to sleep. Honduras was the one place in the Americas remaining in the early 1980's that was a lazy place. The government librarian Tegucigalpa handed me the study. At that time the Honduras study investigating HIV infection in the population showed no relationship of HIV infection to sex more than dentistry, or ear piercing as examples. The program was doing very well and would have been the future program for the U.S. fifty states had things worked out for Honduras and the Clinton administration. However just at the time I arrived in Tegucigalpa there was discontent in Comayaguela barrio about having the prostibulo there with strong feelings the prostibulo should locate over on the other side of Tegucigalpa and Comayaguela was taking legal action to close down their historic in a sense grand prostibulo. President Carlos Flores of Honduras who was a saint did everything a man could do to convince Comayaguela to keep their prostibulo for the good of Tegucigalpa and national interests of Honduras as the other side of Tegucigalpa did not want them and the mujeres would be scattered to the wind with no medical clinic and place for socialization and education to keep down venereal disease including HIV. Vilma Castellano mayor of Tegucigalpa and good friend of Bill Clinton also tried to convince Comayaguela to keep its barrio. But to no avail. Comayaguela closed down its prostibulo. Prostitution is correctly considered good and healthy in Honduras but thing were going wrong in the prostibulo of a diffuse thinking. Jesus was in command but in this case the prostibulo should be closed down was the thinking. And Comayaguela closed it down sending the mujeres to the Honduras Nicaragua border. Today Honduras second decade of the 21st century has a high rate of HIV as a result. Medicine at that time was precious in the treatment of common venereal diseases due to cost and the poorness of Honduras. I watched government office people at end of work pick over the trash bins in the central park for usable writing paper. And HIV medicine was nearly non existant. The United States did not provide it to the mujeres. The very most the government of Honduras would provide was one dose of collodial silver in the last HIV stages.
