These combined into one photos I took you see above are part of the Maya Palenque Palace outside the city of Palenque in the southern state of Chiapas in Mexico and the sketches are sketches taken from ancient stone glyphs. As you can see by  the Maya Palenque stone glyph the Maya sailed the Atlantic between the Yucatan and Africa (and were even familiar with the Ross Sea of Antarctica). Many ot the Maya children toys excavated in the ruins are African elephants, hippos, lions and other far away animals as well as local animals. Usually toys found are pull toys employing wheels. No other May use of the wheel has yet been authenticated. Perhaps they used the wheel from time to time for specialized jobs and then smelted the iron and made it into large stele. You can view large ancient Maya moulded iron stele at the Mexico museum of anthtopology in Mexico City. But then the Maya with an advanced (very advanced) system of mathmatics and knowledge of weight scales required each bean seller at the market place to count out each bean.  

Incredible as it may seem the average age one could expect to live to in France in 600 A.D. was 27 years of age. Rarely did people in France at that time live to the age of 40. Much Medicine and good styles of living has been lost. Ancient Maya Palenque (Cimatan) located in the jungles of the lowlands of the state of Chiapas in Mexico was a christian city although all Maya cities may not have been christian or held christian elements. The most brilliant ancient Maya structures were constructed under the king Hanib (Pakal) in the seventh century A.D.                                                                                                              The Maya calendar gives the year 2012 as the year the Corn World will pass away and be replaced by a different world. And this was not preventable. The significance of this is a Maya interpretation of the combined writings of the phrophet Zachariah in chapter Zachariah of the most ancient Hebrew Septuagint old testament bible and the writings of the prophet and apostle John in the Revelations of the New Testament. That is, that messiah will come again after the saints of the first 1,000 years and saints of the second 1,000 years have paved the way, beginning from the birth of Jesus. And the Maya added on to year 2,000 the age of 12 of the messiah God says in chapter Zachariah that he can see a number of still light enought to ride on a colt.
