(If
you have a chicken or duck farm you still may not have been exposed for immunity to Avian H1N1. Be on the safe side
and take the annual flu vaccine. The Avian H1N1 lethal strain Spanish Flu of 1918 did not come. It comes early.
Right now October 20 2011 signs are up everywhere get your flu shots. It is well to remember some milk maids in France caught
smallpox, not many. Do not smoke Israel studies show your chances of catching AH1N1 are double if you do. Remember smallpox
vaccine is still pure cowpox.)
Swine Flu (Spanish Flu) is actually at origin a harsh to lethal Avian bird flu. ducks, geese and
chickens infect pigs with it. I do not know if Holistic medicine even generally recognizes the need to keep chickens and ducks
to infect with lesser flu to create immunity to lethal strain of Swine Flu-Spanish Flu. You must not smoke although
one or two cigaretts a day may be good for your immunity system but no more. In 1918 doctors chewed tobacco to avoid
the lethal Spanish or Swine flu (it is called both) AH1N1 (hp-high pathogenic) in contrast to the common AH1N1 (lp-low pathogenic)
strain. Tobacco leaves as animals lick them produce rabbies antibodies humans can use and probably also H1N1 antibodies
where ducks flying overhead deficate on them. It is relatively good news if true, which it probably is, as the defication contained
not AH1N1 (hp) but only the 1917 common AH1N1 (lp). Thus AH1N1 (lp) vaccination prevents AH1N1 (hp). There should
be good nutrition of fresh vegtables and fresh meats and fresh out of cow unpasteurized non homoginized milk. And the attenuated
virus of the H1N1 (lp) vaccine to suppliment one of the most important factors in H1N1 flu prevention of loss of chickens
and ducks and geese kept in the back yard. The vaccine takes over for these. That is what it does. That is all it does. It
is not dangerous but no vaccine like it is totally safe. It is safer than not taking it if you don't keep chickens
and ducks. Chickens and ducks are a most critical factor........the pasteurization of milk has its origin in milk babies can
tolerate the bacterial content of and also milk in Europe used to have a high bacterial content due to the high bacterial
content in the cows drinking water resulting from sewage. People need very much the bacterial content in raw cows milk
where drinking water is clean. What pasteurization does is reduce at around 145 degrees farenheit the bacterial
content of milk about 80 percent. From milk of cows that have polluted drinking water pasteurization is a very good
process From milk of cows with clean drinking water pasteurization is harmfull to the average person. Homoginization
is always very harmfull to everyone. It changes mollecular structure of milk. It deceives by making the milk taste sweeter
without mixing in the cream. Modern Family Health magazines will tell you pasteurization destroys the more harmbull bacteria completely.
The opposite is true. In the case of the most dangerous, botulism, pasteurization does not destroy any at all. Botulism is
destroyed at 249 degrees farenheit (121 degrees celsius) the temperature of the pressure cooker - which once a household word
in the U.S. has now been put away because of our excellent modern piping. However it is wize to always keep the pressure cooker
on order. The U.S. now only sees botulism in earthquake zones that fracture pipes or in Pennsylvania where the ancient
clay piping is retained forever although fractured, as it imparts good taste to water where metal piping does not. In
Family Health journals botulism is gotten around by saying the mothers breast milk does not carry botulism bacteria.
The first thing an intern learns in medical college is that the mothers breast milk to a degree contains everything harmfull
found in the mothers circulatory system. The mothers breats milk does not contain much botulism where botulism is present
but it does where botulism is present contain enough level of botulism LOAD to kill a very young baby without immunity system
developed and it does make sick and kill these very young babies. Some suffer crib death not even making it to the hospital.
Not only very small babies. When the LOAD of botulism in water gets very high adults can be infected. This happened just
east of Gloversville, N.Y. where I live in the late 20th century at sister NYS cities near Saratoga and Glens Falls. There
at a public Fair the cows plopped and urinated in a wet depresssion, And the LOAD of a virulent strain of botulism
built up with the rains raising the level of the infected water untill it spilled over and out getting into poorly constructed
piping for drinking water for those participating in and visiting the Fair. Several people of much older age than very
young babies died and became deathly ill because of the great load. Mothers who drank of the water were told to immediately
cease breast feading. There hydraulics and poor construction contributed. These happen now and then despite our superior
pipe construction for delivering pure water.
