a lot more boneless beef to get the calcium it needs than with the fried steak with bone thus putting on too much
fat in the process. That is the way it works.
The run of mill U.S. Nurse Practitioners year 2010 is a limited person totally incapable of medical differential
diagnosis and the United States in most of the world today is seen as a dog puke of old communist depraved medicine - the

else but the bottle of milk that says on its lable (or should say) DEATH I SATIN HAVE AGAIN COME TO THE TABLE AS IN THE
TIME OF JOB AND I HAVE YEAR 2010 BEEN GIVEN PERMISSION TO END THE WORLD AS I TOLD IT WILLSOON END AND YOU POOR DEPRAVED
THAT WERE ONCE GODS PEOPLE ARE AT NEAR END BY MY MASTER. There is no other reason for homogenized milk except that
one does not have to stir it.
Most nutritionists and dieticians are of an age where never in their life have they tasted fresh out of the cow milk
homoginized milk has been around so long. It was quickly discovered in the massive Finland studies it made people ill
and overall decreased their life span by four years. But by then the fad demand for a milk you did not have to stir to mix
in the cream had so taken the western world that all Dairies capitalized in homoginized milk and the two healthier milks fresh
from the udder and pasteurized non homoginized were not brought back. In real pasteurized non homoginized milk has its
bacterial load reduced 80% so that all peoples systems can handle it. Cows can not drink water with sewage in it
and not pass some of it through their milk. Where water is clean (clean water is running creek water with an occasional
cow plop loaded into it - it is still clean, contaminated water is something else) there is with sanitary movement to
the dairy no need for pasteurization. And there is never any need for homogenization as homoginized milk is corruptive
to the body. However 90 percent of nutritionists-dieticians have never in their lives tasted fresh out of udder milk or pasteurized
non homoginized milk. In the case of pasteurized non homoginized milk with its 80 percent reduction of bacterial load
it quickly builds back with the 20 percent bacterial left to fresh out of the udder milk. You must drink pasteurized milk
quickly to take advantage of pasteurization benefits. Both fresh out of udder and pasteurized non homogenized milk quickly sour,
fresh out of udder first, and when sour have a sweet sour smell turning basically into water with a mass of soft bland cheese
formed at the bottom of the bottle. Homoginized milk rots and does not turn into sour milk and cheese. It is the
most unimaginable gruesome smell on earth and has to be thrown away. This is because the molecular structure of the milk has
been changed to keep cream in it well mixed so you do not have to stir it. God has his revenge and Satin as in Job
comes to the table and points out the stupidity of mankind drinking pasteurized-homoginized milk. Asking God how can they
be so stupid? God says just look at yourself. Nutritionists and dieticians have never seen milk that turns into water with
a sour sweet smell and at the bottom of the bottle is found a mass of bland soft nutritious cheese. That is, they have never
seen the end product of fresh out of the cow milk, or pasteurized non homoginized milk which follows the fresh out of
cow to the same product end a few days later after it has built back up to fresh out of udder bacterial content cows milk. Yet
when at the table God says to Satan look at yourself he is not forgiving this stupidity in either Satan or people. There has
to be a punishment for it. It is appropriate there be punishment for stupidity. It is the way God sees it. It is correct. Pasteurization gives
you a margin of protection from berculosis only if you drink the milk quickly after it has been pasteurized and
not returned to the original state of fresh out of the udder cows milk. Because the berculosis infective load has been
reduced by 80% in terms of load immediately following pasteurization. Only on rare occasion is a bercular cow found in
the United States. Pasteurization did not do well in protecting against berculosis as people do not drink milk immediately
after it is pasteurized but let it linger returning to full load of fresh out of udder. A percentage of people can
not handle the load of bacteria fresh out of the cows udder, never, or at any one time. For them the milk has to
be pasteurized, and there is badly infected water sometimes cows drink passed on, and there is infective additions of
bacteria after the cows udder on way to and including in the dairy, more reason for pasteurization of cows milk. Pasteurization
has benefits if you drink the mild within four days of its pasteurization. After that you are simply drinking fresh out
of udder milk again. Homogenization has no purpose under God except that you do not have to stir the milk and with its
change of mollecular structure it makes many people sick and eventually kills them. You will live four years longer (massive
Finland studies) drinking milk that is not homoginized milk.
(I was in Quito, Ecuador spring 2007. It was unfortunate the redecorators in the Biblioteca Nacional were
called off after having begun to redocorate government offices. I went down the day after arriving and saw the truck
there with the tube loading it from upstairs in the library, but then in a day it was gone not to return and the library
not to open the metal door pulled half way down to duck under for staff to enter. In my study of Osteoporosis in Ecuador I
needed to start there. However nearby in the central park of Quito in the artists quarters a few Quito doctors decided to
try out their English asking me my project and I learned that in Quito diagnosing osteoporosis is not easy
as half the women with less dense bones than considered average have superior bones and half of women with less
dense bones than considered average have bones that are in trouble. Quito is a modern city but also traditional. Women
who faitfully stay with traditional diet whether college professors or sewing women and who have less dense dense than
average bones have superior bones and women who do not stick to traditional diet and have less dense than average
bones have bones in trouble. That is the way it works. Also that bones gobble up food additives like pigs at a trough
and become too dense. Women living far out in agricultural villiages do not have dense bones and most of their bones less
dense than average are superior bones. Osteoporosis, what it is and is not is not clear cut anywhere in the word
at this point in time in terms of who should be treated for osteoporosis and groups being treated for osteoporosis that actually
have superior bones. Which is damaging. THe situation will be no different than here in the U.S.). I will return to Ecuador next
year to clarify this in the villiages far out. There may be some studies here in the U.S. they have ahold of not well referenced.
Never never eat much boneless beef unless you suppliment each serving with old traditional beef bone gelatin.
If you are maintaining healthy normal weight and fifty percent of what you stuff yourself to satisfaction with is beef
- in the U.S. we love beef - and it is boneless beef then your calcium intake is half approximately what it should be. You
will catch colds more easily, have less energy never winning an olympics championship and eventually your bones will suffer
debility and a long standing clot in an injured bone can break off and go into your heart. To prevent this, suppliment
with real beef bone gelatin each beef serving. Actually you do not need beef at all. If you are stuffing yourself with
enough mixed vegetables and fruit (they being your entire meal) to achieve hunger satisfaction and maintain proper
healthy body weight then you are getting one hundred percent of your required calcium intake. All vegetables and fruits have
adequate high grade calcium for the human body.
Or try this to eat along with your enormous boneless beef intake - one half cup chopped spinage, table spoon, chopped
beets, grape fruit juice squeezed out of the grapefruit, tea spoonfull finely chopped almond or walnuts, one or two medium
size canned sardines with bones intact, vinegar, olive oil or heated with butter, salt and pepper, and consume this salad
along with your beef. You will never be lacking in calcium and not develope osteoporosis.

few and beef bone. The truth is the U.S. is a beef eater nation. We fill up on half beef and half the other foods. We
have a good weight in theory and feel full and this is good. Our stomach is what we listen to. But at the same time if half
of what makes us full is beef and the bone has been removed then we get only half the calcium we need. We have to suppliment
it back with beef bone gellatin. If no beef then eat your buttered potatos with a dab of beef bone gellatin and spinage and
cheese and you will never become ill with osteoporosis no matter what your age, uless you have many close together
colds which use up the calcium in your body. Eating like this is also the recovery to the optimum possible from osteoporosis.
Good calcium is everywhere. Two cans of bone containing sardines a week. But many people hate them. Remember that when you
are filling up on half beef without bones then you are getting in the other foods you eat given you are maintaining a steady
good weight only half the calcium you need. And that outcome is osteoporosis. It is that simple. People hate sardines.
They love beef. And the bones have to be with the beef in full. Otherwise real beef bone gellatin is needed.
Watch black women in their eighties and nineties in the southern U.S. bus stations. How at the restaurants they order
big gobs of potatos, spinage, carrots and corn and meat loaf. And woof it all down with their coffee. Black women in the south
do not have osteoporosis because they eat correctly. That is the way you do it and you do not do it any other way. Good nature
food, free of additives and not depleted, balanced, has everything you want to keep from osteoporosis and if you have
osteoporosis to get your bones back to the best state you can get them in eating like the older black women is the way
you do it. And having less dense bones does not mean you have osteoporosis as half the time less dense bones are
a result of excellent diet and are stronger than average bones, while bones showing osteoporosis, less dense also, are
an outcome of poor depleted diet. It is a differential diagnosis that can be accomplished in Ecuador. There is also osteoporosis
resulting from chronic colds etc which overtaxes calcium in the body, uses it up, takes it from the bones. This is
the easiest osteoporosis to cure. Most osteoporosis is from depleted food diets.
Get your bones analyzed in Ecuador where in many rural areas there is not choice but to follow this good diet. Ecuador
knows the difference in bones of less than average U.S. density comparatively that are healthier than U.S. more dense
bones and bones which show osteoporosis as example some bones of modern Quito. La Paz Bolivia is seeing the same phenomena.
Women who have led the good nutrition life get upset when the doctors treat them for osteoporosis - when they have
the worlds healthiest bones. It is not pardonable. Get your bones analyzed in Ecuador. Scroll far down my main page and I
have a sub page on Malaria with some osteoporosis information. Malaria was not my design. Osteoporosis. But the Ecuador
presidential election caused the Biblioteca National to close for reasons it was in the middle of being redecorated but the
crew was pulled off on redecorating presidential offices. I would like to get more on this but I can confirm from Ecuador
what I give you is correct. Do you feel stunned that in the U.S. perhaps half of women being treated for osteoporosis
have in fact the worlds strongest bones. Superior. Chemicals, minerals and vitamin additives cause bones to be unnaturally
dense and not as strong as by nature less dense bones which often means healthier better nourished bones. Absolutely.
Does that jog your mind. Women with the worlds healthiest bones look on charts like they are on the osteoporosis border
and are treated such and other women with less dense bones are on the osteoporosis border and are treated for osteoporosis.
No differentiation. It was a few weeks after I left Bolivia my first of four visits there that the U.S. Surgeon
General down sized HIV and raised Osteoporosis to the nations number on problem. But on the disorder they have never reached
basics. It is so convenient that osteoporosis charts are something good to give to the nurse practitioner. Something to keep
her happy. Although she is not versed in medicine differential diagnosis. Send your bones for analysis to Ecuador. Is
not this the communist medicine of the old Soviet Union we used to impugn - depraved, poor, not satisfactory. It indeed is.
And to impugn it was correct on our nations part. Where did it come from this day and age and why? Because it is truthfully
totally depraved. How did we lower ourselves to this level.The past year she now makes the decision in England to
pull the plug. In the less expensive hospital. It is cheaper to employ her. She comes for less and she gives much less.
