The Governor of the U.S. State of New Hampshire will approve this slogan "Live Free Or Die" on its State greeting signs. Despite advances in health the facts remain that overall on balance our U.S. state of medicine has shown a remarkable regression back to poor and sloppy old communist era medicine of the Soviet Union. Simply seeing cost savings it has been made to look good. Many of us can remember the year after year U.S. downplay on old Soviet communist era medicine. And we were correct. But now we have it here. It is "cheap" in both senses. And those in positions of authority over this poor medicine will just look at you in disbelief if you point it out. Very poor old communist era Soviet medicine is becoming an integral part of the United States of America. No one should complain is the way it is looked at - that is "America, Love It Or Leave It" (this slogan leaves no room for complaint about freedom lacking).                                                                                                        The War in Afghanistan and the War in Iraq have cut down further on the progress of and regressed the state of medicine in the U.S. and will ultimately cost hundreds of thousands of U.S. lives in health and sickness. For what purpose one may ask? Is is to gain a nation (Afghanistan) where the death penalty is currently automatically imposed on any person converting from the Muslim faith to the Christian faith. The last we know of a personal contact with Bin Laden was when his biographer and Pakistan newspaper editor Hamid Mir interviewed him after his famious blind folded ride to meet with Osama Bin Laden into prima faci the Hindu Kush mountains directly up against the western Wakhan Afghanistan narrow corridor to China. U.S. troops do not even go there although there have been reports of select Navy Seals in the region. Farther to the east in the corridor Chinese troops from the province of Xinjiang regularly come across to hunt for recreation. Are we losing out minds? And off the record taking him aside Bin Laden related that day to Hamid Mir - not many days after the U.S. versus Taliban Afghanistan war had begun - that in reality his entire nuclear arsenal consisted of "one suitcase nuclear warhead sold to him by Russians". Good Jesus! If it is true! Maybe he has a good sense of humor.                                                                                            The visit of Hamid Mir with Bin Laden just mentioned is the last we know of Bin Laden actually being in Afghanistan. Where is he? Is he at his purchased from the Russians in the 1990s former Soviet nuclear missile storage site near the town of Buzai Gumabad in the Afghanistan Wakhan corridor. Which is some thirty miles from the provence of Xinjiang, China? U.S. troops do not go into that area of Afghanistan and never have - there are reports of Navy Seals in Tadjikistan on the south border with Afghanistan and the villiage of Buzai Gumabad and watching with binoculars the villiage from the slopes of the Pamer mountains on the Tadjikistan side, some twenty miles north of Buzai Gumabad. Definetly the Seals have been there. Whether they continue to be there is an unknown.                                                                                                                  Tourists were even during the U.S. versus Taliban war traveling through the narrow Afghanistan Vakhan (Wakhan) corridor to China listening to the boom of the Daisy Cutters in the very far distance. China does not want U.S. troops in this far eastern corridor area of Afghanistan. It cuts down on tourism to China via this remote mountain pass region and it is a China trade route to the beginning of the Kyhber pass in Afghanistan and southward. Another reason it disturbes the ecology of the pristine area and their (China) big game hunting in the Little Pamer mountains near and in the greater area of the Afghanistan villiage of Buzai Gumabad and the former abandoned Soviet Nuclear Missile storage site, now in the possession of Bin Laden. Nor is the site fictitious. British Intelligence reports in the 1990s following the Clinton bombing of an Afghanistan Al Qaeda site mention Bin Laden as proprietor of this site near Buzai Gumabad and work on it being done by Al Qaeda. Right now Navy Seals do not get within twenty miles of this Bin Laden site nestled in the Little Pamir Mountains of Afghanistan and it sees only Chinese soldiers on leave hunting big game recreationally (at the beginning of the U.S. versus Taliban war 1,500 Chinese troops suddenly appeared between Buzai Gumabad and the Navy Seals position on the Tadjikistan border to the north. And then the Chinese troops withdrew.).                                                                                                              And Israel based security news reporting agency DebkaFile has since the very beginning of  the U.S. - Taliban War reported the unnoticed for some reason evacuation of thousands of Al Qaeda troops from U.S. controlled air fields under the watch of the U.S. military to muslim nations, many in Asia and Africa - by transport planes of Bin Ladin. And this trend continued to include the evacuation under like circumstances of the Al Qaeda troops which had withdrawn from Toro Boro. (Conclusion: Twice we thought we had killed Bin Laden at the beginning of the War).                                                                                                            Are we certain that the video we have of Bin Laden is from mountains of Afghanistan, Pakistan or western China, or from Alpine regions of muslim nations of Africa (such as an 8,000 foot altitude region of the Sudan as example). A "flora" expert is needed. What can "flora" experts point out to us. Have they already? Where are their reports?                                                                                                                 The writer voted for George Bush this last election but it was hobsons choice although he hoped he might have a plan. After what happened after Afghanistan and being convinced by the Generals a major war was necessary (to try out their new weapons and for glory and rank) and then that we conquered Iraq to make it the "New Panama" of the middle east where flow of information would be free and counter terrorism. Saddam Hussein was not dangerous but neither was he cooperative and his cooperativeness would have come at a great price the U.S. was not willing to pay. So we created democracy. But Al Qaeda wanted democracy in Iraq also (they say they do at least). Al Qaeda standing by and letting the U.S. accomplish it - religion and state are not seperate in the Muslim world. (Addendum: April 23, 2006: speaking on tape broadcast by Al Jazeera T.V. one day earlier (information Debka File) Osama Bin Laden reminds followers and those being recruited on the words of Ayman Al Zawahiri of the taboo on "infidel assemblies" - referring most recently to the Hamas election in Palestine and outcome in terms of western world response. However the writer reading the MSN transcript interprets the Al Zwahari words alluded to by Bin Laden were "not to join the joined" in zionist-crusader democracies and if these democracies were not zionist-crusader juntas, emotionially directed against muslims, they would have spent some time trying to get  Hamas to see their side. But they did not and now see the proof.)..                                                                                                           Then ending the tape Bin Laden goes on to oder Al Qaeda to commence during the rainy season in Ethopia (the first year it occurs which in Darfur Sudan major where the problems are centralized - south of Shamal Darfur where rains are unpredictable - is every year beginning mid June ending mid September ) when dirt roads are always washed out, to commence with the occupation of Darfur Sudan and then Sudan as a whole and the toppling of the government of Sudan replaced by a more Koran oriented muslim government to Osama Bin Ladens liking. Which will probably preoccupy Al Qaeda in the immediate future rather than terror in the Americas. The day following April 24 2006 Egypt received a believed to be Al Qaeda warning to stay away from the Sudan by Egyptian resort bombings killing 24 tourists and April 25 for the first time in a decade Musab Al Zarcawi showed his face on a web site video made in Iraq announcing no let up in the terror in Iraq and presenting more formalized structure and concomitantly Hamas accounced it does not ascribe to a zionist-crusader plot against Palestine but there are serious Israel-Palestine boundary problems to be resolved.                                                                                                            It is most likely Osama Bin Laden is already in the Sudan waiting and Al Qaeda may be feeding the reported starving in Sudan Shamal Darfur, that northern one third of Sudan Sahara Darfur which gets drought almost as frequently as rain. While the southern two thirds of Darfur which stretches down to and borders on the Congo always receives dependable clocklike rain and always has abundant food. The belly of a man can determine his politics.                                                                                                                      Thus Al Qaeda will walk in during the rainy season that begins in two months. The western flank of Darful Sudan is secure for Al Qaeda. Thus it appears it is going to be a long drawn out war in the Sudan with Osama Bin Laden in Sudan reaching finally for the status of a commander Omar in Afghanistan. Al Qaeda communications for Osama Bin Laden once he is established in Sudan will be 1,000% easier as well as coordinated efforts. It is a smart place to set himself up as a regional power to begin with given the Al Qaeda secure west Darfur flank. It is extremely unusual for an invading force to announce its military invasion plan ahead of time. The most prosaic reason being Bin Laden does not see much in Darfur Sudan to oppose him and a redeployment to Darfur Sudan would draw Sudan military forces away from the major cities and make the Sudan government vunerable.                                                                                                 April 28, 2006 the United Nations announced it was doing "the hardest thing it had ever done" putting Darfur Sudan on a 1,050 calorie a day diet per person in donated food to counter the drought which is half of the  "minimum health diet" of 2,100 calories the average person should have. Praying now for the rains to come - the hardest thing it has ever done reiterating and doing it because of lack of funds the reason for the food cut being wealthier nations who contribute to the Darfur drought fund have lost interest in Darfur. And it is not said but the truth greater Sudan produces abundant amounts of grain which is sold at a premium and not designated for the drought plagued upper Darfur, or lower Darfur which receives enough rain but where revolutionaries confiscate beasts of burden for themselves - much the same as in the U.S. confiscating our tractors - affecting the supply of food in that way.                                                                                                               It is "ripe".                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     And the price of gas at the pumps seems to be relatively in the furture stable, inflation adjusted. Or in more plain language it appears prima faci Iraq following the first war under George Bush Sr. was pumping a huge quantity of seditious very very cheap illegal crude barrels and the U.S. benefitted by this at the gas pump but now with Iraq oil at true competitive market we are seeing the real price of gas.                                                                                        I think we can leave out the present price of gas at the pumps. It is prima faci interpretation right now. And there is the question of how relevant it is anyway in the legitimate sense.  But as far as Bin Laden goes we had to capture him or kill him. And we had the Afghanistan Northern Alliance to help us upon promise of correct payment for the task working along with the CIA. Without the noise of war which made this task impossible we would have captured or killed Osama Bin Laden like we got Che Guevera in Bolivia. But without the noise of war. We needed silence. But we listened to self centered bad military advice costing us in outcome too much money. Far more than it is worth. And now we will pay for it in the U.S. health area in terms of many lives and in sickness.                                                                                                       We must remain in Iraq militarily in full force another two years and then get out entirely. That is justice. But how did the United States, a Christian nation where religion and state are seperate, ever get the idea we could establish a democracy in a muslim nation where religion and state are not seperate. We can do not more than provide "limited" advice. That is a parameter.                                                                                                    June 1, 2006 Now we have in Iraq the Haditha massacre by the U.S. Marines. The Haditha massacre is a loose warning to Iraq civilians by U.S. troops that Haditha can happen to them if they do not turn in "bombers". It is serial probably and only the God above right at this moment knows how many Hadithas have taken place since the first Haditha - which was during the battle for Baghdad itself the missile attack on the apartment complex that bordered the upbeat al Saa restaurant popular with foreigners including the press who dined their daily as well as Iraqis.                                                                                                                The day before the missile strike on the apartment bordering the al Saa restaurant Saddam had drove up and began shaking hands on the street by the al Saa restaurant with friendly residents in this catholic upbeat section of Baghdad, then drove off in his car. Withing 24 hours it was determined by U.S. military intelligence Saddam had a secret bunker under the al Saa restaurant and returned that night to re enter his bunker under the al Saa. That it was the perfect hiding place with Americans, European and Austrailians taking their lunch above him and Saddam sometimes taking his lunch there also before the battle for Baghdad had begun. Thus within 24 hours of the hand shaking four missiles were fired at the al Saa restaurant in the middle of the day. One hit the street in front of the al Saa restaurant where Saddam had been shaking hands and the other three missiles mistakingly it was said incorrectly because of faulty city government of Baghdad map coordinates hit the apartment complex bordering on the al Saa restaurant. The death toll of families was about the same as at Haditha.                                                                                                     That section of Baghdad, the upbeat al mansour section, had previously been left untouched militarily and it is fortunate for the Austrailians, Europeans, Americans, the world press, that the government of Baghdad had so called faulty city of Baghdad map coordinates, but not fortunate for the families living in the apartment building bordering the al Saa restaurant. Fortunate for the U.S. also because if they had hit the al Saa they would have blown up two dozen of the world press and it would not have been taken lightly as there was no Saddam bunker under the al Saa restaurant. But it worked out exceptionally well for the U.S. as now rather than shake Saddams hand people would turn him in if fear of these missile strikes happening to them and their families if they did not. There was a U.S. feeling of jubilancy.                                                                                                               Is it the case that in truth the city of Baghdad map coordinates were not faulty and the U.S. missiles were intentionally aimed at the apartment complex bordering the al Saa restaurant to serially kill families to encourage turning Saddam in? How many serials have there been between al Saa restaurant incident in the military taking of Baghdad and Haditha, all with the same general purpose? This is all the same as happened in south Vietnam. And we lost that war. Now do we lose to Al Qaeda which certainly we will if these are serial. "To those much is given much is expected (words of Jesus)". Not that much is given Al Qaeda and not that much expected. God will give this to Al Qaeda if these have been serial. The Lord Jesus has watched all of it. If it is true there will be nothing in his mind except disgust against the U.S. to who much has been given. God is not a man but a spirit and God does not choose as a man chooses. Have we lost the war like we lost Vietnam> The day of the missile strikes President Bush was in Ireland having left the night before a few hours after Saddam was shaking hands in daytime on the street by the al Saa. Did the U.S. military believe the President would not thus be implicated by this missile strike since he was in Ireland. And go ahead with it on their own. Or did the U.S. military "hog tie" the President knowing it could make the President look guilty to open the incident his having left for Ireland. Or did the President himself give the order to kill families next to the al Saah restaurant to provide economy to shorten the war by instilling the fear necessary to turn Saddam in.                                                                                                               Or is this THE TAILOR OF PANAMA (movie). Twenty four hours is a very short time for THE TAILOR OF PANAMA. However a THE TAILOR OF PANAMA flap must be viewed in terms of a highly significant probability of cause of the missile strike on the apartment complex next to the al Saa restaurant. What is the case. Was it the first serial and Haditha the last and how many dozens or hundreds in the interim. My personal thoughts are it was likely a THE TAILOR OF PANAMA flap...........(in the movie the TAILOR OF PANAMA Pierce Brosnan is a British Intelligence Agent, a ladies man and a maverick in intelligence,  who believes the time has come to retire in some far away place while he is still young and gets the Panamanian Tailor who has a criminal record in England and is now a citizen of Panama, and who has recently lost in investment his wife's money and is being called in on it to create a story about the "Silent Oposition" who can thwart a Panamanian government plot he Pierce Brosnan has turned up to sell the canal to China. As this is the biggest of stuff Pierce then convinces superiors in Intelligence to send huge sums of money which the "Silent Opposition" of Panama needs to thwart this Panamanian government plot to put the Canal in the hands of China. Pierce gives the Tailor enough to pay off his debts. The rest Pierce keeps for himself. With the "Silent Opposition" that does not really exist in place and with British-U.S. Government communications the U.S. President with military advice orders an invasion of Panama. A few air to ground rockets are fired but fortunately the Tailors wife works in the Panamanian Government and is close to the Panamanian President, and the Tailor confesses to his wife that he made the whole thing up to Pierce Brosnan, British Intelligence Agent on the take. The Tailor's wife immediately goes to the Panamanian President with what has happened who in turns calls the U.S. President and in the middle of the invasion operation all is called off). But to reiterate even though 70% to 80% of U.S. CIA intelligence operations parallel THE TAILOR OF PANAMA it took a lot longer than 24 hours as is the case with the al Saa restaurant in Baghdad, on the order of months in THE TAILOR OF PANAMA, for U.S. air to ground missiles to be fired at Panama City.                                                                                                                 There are a number of other possibilities besides THE TAILOR OF PANAMA. And reading farther up on this page it has been irking my mind as to why when in December 2005 flying out of John F Kennedy Airport La Paz Bolivia crossing the 21,000+ ft Cordillera Oriental mountains of the east Andes we never got above 19,000 feet flying through a pass although it was announced we would be reaching 33,000 feet ceiling. It comes to my mind that perhaps American Airlines was really trying to save fuel money and it was not security from a Russian Strella missile somehow obtained by radicals whose radar would be confused by the low flying of the Boeing 757. But then a few days ago President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela and a good friend of Evo Morales president of Bolivia, the news media announced, made a public statement that Carlos The Jackal was a good friend. He is probably just poking the U.S. in the eye with some imagination.                                                                                                 I have to say that American Airlines Office acted during the demonstrations nearly a year ago over petrol-gas and nationalization as the American U.S. Embassy. I still have street grit in my scalp from the dynamite in that one but the American Airlines Office in downtown La Paz Bolivia did not board up but remained open throughout acting as agent for Taca and Lloyd Aero Boliviano but not selling American Airline tickets as American did not fly, and acted as the U.S. Embassy to reiterate. During this time I walked down early afternoon one day to the U.S. Embassy to see what was going on but found only a large sign with an Embassy E-mail and to use the E-mail, and a Bolivian clerical worker woman around age 70 at the main gate along with a gurard about the same age. She was upset and did not understand the gas-petrol situation. I never did find out where the U.S. Embassy was. A couple of months later walking up Avenida El Prado in La Paz I noticed the U.S. Embassy Sign was down but could not find out what happened to it.
