The Writer is a U.S. New York State "Licensed Master Social Worker" being licensed to do medical research (a broad range of medical research specifically under NYS law) and all counseling that falls under social work in NYS, and other types of social work. He is in private practice.                                                                                                                               The writer is a descendant on his mother's side of Colonialist Simon Hoyt the maternal ancestor of General William Tecumseh Sherman and Maes Van Buren ancestor of the president, whose daughter Chritina married Dirck Wessels Ten Broeck, the Indian Commissioner of old Colonial Dutch Albany, New York who was the son of Major Wessels Ten Broeck Sr. an explorer in the indian lands of the Mohawk and Seneca in the second decade of the 17th century who interspersed with returns to Holland settled in Kingston, N.Y. Wessels was the natural son of Dutch Naval Officer Peter Van Den Broeck (see portrait of Wessels by the master Hendrick Pot, "Guard of Saint Adrian", the major in white satin). The Ten Broecks were of the Dutch West Indies Trading Company, a company which before coming to Albany, N.Y. maintained it's post in Brazil over a long period of time. On the side of his father he descends from Captain David Melvin (Melville) of Rogers Rangers, older brother of later to be Major Eleazer Melvin of Rogers Rangers. The story of "an unloaded gun carries authority" originates with David Melvin who while leading men against the French of Canada was ambushed and managed to escape by "swinging the gun" as he gives in his report upon return, which gave him the few moments necessary to disappear while being pursued by French indians. He is a descendent of James Anderson a baker and member of the Dublin Odd Fellows Society and through him through the Navarro family. Other names from Ireland are Maloney, Conway, Coffey, far back from County Tyrone Aron Crawford and Agnes Wilson through the Vermont Colonial Samuel Lawton Sr. family. Through Carr family related to the Almys and Rothchilds he also descends through a second family of Lawtons, the family of George Lawton and Isabel Smith of Rhode Island. General George Lawton a descendant issued the order for Theodore Roosevelt to take San Juan hill. .                                                                                                            The writer grew up in a small city and on the farm in New York State. He is divorced and has three sons by his former wife who he met in college and married in l961, ages 43, 41 and 39. His ex wife died in 2005. He has degrees from the State University of New York at Delhi,  Syracuse University, The Rutgers University Graduate School of Social Work, and graduated from from the United States Air Force School of Radar Electronics, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi where his specialization was at graduation in the classified field of long range air defense radar, as well as civilian air traffic control radar. He earned a 5 level and was an officer trainee two years following. On his final physical into the ending phase as an officer trainee he had developed a heart murmer and borderline anemia - and probably had a series of very slight strokes (Possibly from the radar. Our Klystron put out a peak of five megawatts of pulse power accelerating energy and creating via in one hour the quantity of x-radiation that all x-ray machines in the hospitals in the U.S. put out combined in four months. I was late this year 2007 looking at an old high school history class essay dug out the attic and notable my good handwriting. After Air Force service in radar the handwriting regressed and remains regressed, but the mind has progressed. I have never collected nor attempted to collect given it is an Air Force problem being happy the damage was not greater) being discouraged and did not do satisfactorily. Subsequently in civilian life he was a parole officer-social worker and in similar capacity a number of years with New York State. He also worked part time at Bellevue Hospital Temporary Psychiatric Admission in New York City.By social work education the writer is trained in the Freudian school of psychotherapy which all social workers in the 1960's were trained in which will see a comeback with knowledge integrated into ongoing science.                                                                                     He is a self trained social worker researcher. His nerves began to fray in the mid 70s as a result of abusive persecution being used as a goat resulting from being descended from that part of the Van Buren line which is part negro, the Ten Broeck line.........(This even resulted in the Jewish newspaper the New York Times to redirect liberalism to Jewish liberalism going back and changing an article in their microfilms which a Washington County, N.Y. serial murderer in the course of his murders picked up on later subsequently murdering four teen age girls in Vermont's south east quadrant and Ellen Fried, a nurse in her mid 20's in New Hampshire. The writer reported it in a number of times cognitively, comprehensively and conclusively to the New York State Police whose responsibility it falls under principally in conjunction with the F.B.I., and reported to local police some early cognitive but not near conclusive information, but law enforcement has done nothing about it  - the murders remain unsolved - and the New York Times goes unpunished.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    The author Philip Ginsburg, in his book THE SHADOW OF DEATH wrote extensively about the Ellen Fried murder and may offer a fleeting glimpse of the murderer but remained local in search in the puzzled sense. In the very late 1980s, before the publication of THE SHADOW OF DEATH, local nearlby T.V. stations including north eastern N.Y. stations had given up broadcast time at the request of the F.B.I. to do a special presentation of the four murders of the teenage girls age 15-17 in the Vermont south east quadrant where we hike on the combined Appalachian-Vermont Trail running through it and peripheral murders such as the Ellen Fried murder a few miles across the border from the south east Vermont quadrant in the state of New Hampshire. Yet the murders were not solved. Philip Ginsburg did not later include in THE SHADOW OF DEATH the F.B.I. presentation the most likely reason being he lives out of the area and did not view them and was not aware of them. The murders after the T.V. station presentations stopped and then in not many years began again in a probable continuation with a bazaar twist.                                                                                                                               Claremont N.H. where Ellen Fried worked in the Hospital as a nurse is on the Vermont border and Vermont is narrow at that point only 35 miles across to the west to Washington County, N.Y.). He taught himself research and is one of the top in the world now.  Most social workers of his age who are researchers are self trained as social work schools generally did not have research specialization departments in the 1960s being late comers to research, having a good disciplined background in research techniques at the undergraduate Syracuse University College of Business Administration.                                                                                                     His first interest was Chagas Disease. He first became interested in Chagas Disease while taking a Spanish language course in Guatemala during the war there. Chagas is a prevalent Disease in Central America. And had a goal of travel to the Amazon Basin and study directly why the uncontacted people of the Amazon are free of Chagas while those living on the fringe of civilization have the highest rates in the Americas. Whether it is a particular bark, wood or flora they burn in their center of dwelling cooking fire that drives the insect that carries the disease out of the thatched roof where it dwells. Or flora planted around the villiages of these uncontacted people that repels the insects as many insects are repelled by certain flora. Or another reason. The writer turned age sixty four June 9, 2005 and is in good health. This project remains open. It is an expensive project however and he has been limited so far in travel in the Amazon to gaining his knowledge on the fringe of the uncontacted Amazon (those areas once primative but now settled to one extent or another).                                                                                                     During one year he was in Guatemala he learned of an early HIV population rate and possible cause of spread study in Honduras done in the early mid 1980s that was contradictory to other HIV studies as the sexual revolution had not yet arrived in Honduras. And he traveled to Honduras and read this study in the library the Honduras Department of Health provides for the public in its building complex. He will also be doing research in Iquitos on plant medicines one such medicine being una de gato.                                                                                                                      The writer will be sixty five years old in June 2006 being in excellent health and will relocate sometime soon in Santa Cruz County, Arizona exact time not certain continuing his medical research full time and purchasing or staking a gold claim..He had planned to settle in Santa Cruz County late 2006 but for the next year beginning late summer he will be residing in Latin America. He can not enjoy dry rocking gold with 20,000 of the Guard walking about..                                                                                                       (however 6,000 is a good figure which will permit two shifts a day of troops, with each troop spread out along the border watching the border 250 yards to right and left with communication equipment to contact border patrol, night vision equipment and loud speaker for the order to turn back, being relieved every three days for three days off, if kept to just the immediate border tier and not multiple tiers. I don't know if it will work and if you want to keep jobs for U.S. citizens and the money in the U.S. then the ranchers and farmesr are going to have to turn over an acceptable profit at U.S. legitimate labor market costs, $8.00 per hour and not $3.00 per hour, elsewise fold (five wetbacks working 50 hours a week each at $3.00 per hour rather than $8.00 per hour, at same work efficiency, yields the border farmer or rancher an extra $64,000.00 dollars per year for the bank. In terms of this if going to mechanization will equal this figure remains to be seen. The border is a different culture. The land may have to go back to the coyotes and the U.S. purchase more meat and vegetables from Mexico and if this is the case the U.S. Government shoud be ready to pay the fair price for the land for the destruction of the culture). And if they fold none of that money will be made here at all in the U.S. and the U.S. deficet of balance of trade - Mexico sell the U.S. a great amount more than it buys from the U.S.- will become even worse than at the present outrageous level as the U.S. will have to rely more heavily on Mexico beef and vegetables. We need heavy thick rolls of compressed barb wire that falls back in upon itself along the entire 2,000 mile length of border placed about 100 yards to 200 yards back from the border. Do it right or do not do it at all and leave things as they are. And get away from the vigilante committees idea of dark skinned people raping white women. Illegal Mexican migrants with exception of their crossing the border are no more criminal on the average than U.S. citizens. Most believe in Jesus and at least fifty percent make the sign of the cross while passing a church.).                                                                                                                        The Fall of 2005 when he bought bread, peanut butter and blackberry jam at Wall Mart in Mexico City the writer emailed well over 100 of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House that the same weight in glass jar blackberry (zarzamora) jam that costs approximately $8.59 per jar in a Wall Mart grocery store in New York State, U.S., costs $0.97 per jar in a Wall Mart grocery store in Mexico City, Mexico. There is some justification in the 20,000 troops. How can Mexico get away with this? Now all we need is Pancho Villa to begin the Zarzamora War.                                                                                                               (The problem with the Spanish American War is they didn't do it!  Divers have found the Main  totally  free of implosion  marks with  explosion  marks around  the area of  the ammunition storage room  next to the coal bin room. Well, what ar you going to do! Is it the movie CONSPIRACY where Heydrich says to  the young  major already "evacuating" the Jews  that " politicians get us to do the unthinkable.. But we need the  politics". The Jews didn't do anything either. It  was a mistake. But they did  teach gentiles Jesus was not the messiah. Untill a lot of gentiles believed it. That was a mistake.. We are held up by one man. There is nothing anyone can do nor should we want to do being of sound sense. And as is given in the true Old Testement the ancient Hebrew Septuagint he is commanded by God in chapter Zachariah to limit himself as God was with the old Jews also (the messiah was to create the world as Jewish meaning through the Christians on who God imposed limits in Zachariah having much favor also of the old Jews who had served him well and had their area of competence - although generally to the time of Zachariah they were incompetent. Still God remained loyal and had much favor towards them as well as the Messiah to come some year in the future not too distant in years or centuries who God could already see a number of in terms of potential still light enough to be riding on a colt.                                                                                                                                                   As to the putting  to death of  Jesus the Pharisee Josephus who was a Jewish General in the Jewish war of 70 A.D. writes that it was political Jewish business, the principle men of Israel believed Jesus was not to the best interest of Israel and had him put to death. Interpreted the Greeks in Israel were going over to Jesus and the Messiamists and leaving the Pharisees and the Sadducees. The Jews were dependent on the Greeks who they were closer to, as a bridge to offer them some security and protection  from the Romans. Nothing would have changed as with Messiamists, or Pharisees and Sadducees, Israel would have still been dependent on the Greeks. But the Pharisees and Sadducees considered themselves the better choice for the good of Israel. That is what it was all about. Were they right? Not so far. Let history judge. The Jews in the U.S. have just put to death a long standing culture along the Texas to California border whipping up a political frenzy to help justify the Palestinian Wall being constructed with eighty percent of them vehemently denying Jesus as the messiah. They have affected the mind of the President George Bush Jr. who although he likes President Fox is uncomfortable around Mexicans who do not speak English or do not speak it well although he does not hate them. And Senator Hillary Clinton of NYS hates Mexicans wheras Geroge Bush Jr. simply feels uncomfortable around them. There are individual differences in gpverment leaders and nothing can be done about that.                                                                                                                                                   In the United States our constitution seperates for the most part religion and state but does not prevent honoring religion by the state and give it it's place as many convince  foolish Judges it does. Who were the Pharisees and Sadducees anyway. They are not in the Old Testament. The Messiamists are in it. ("I know Jesus and I know Saul but who are thee"). And with these foolish Judges the Jews as Satin has entered their mind (he entered 2,000 years ago) become Muslims who believe the angel Gabriel who told them God had changed his mind because of a series of Jewish mistakes and thus made Ishmael the chosen of God and all  preceeding thought had been erased in the heavens. The Jews do the same thing in this Christian nation the U.S. as the Muslims have done believing a phantasmagoria the Pharisees and Saducees implanted in their dull minds twenty centuries ago..                                                                                                                                                   It is truth the Pharisees and Sadducees appear nowhere in the Old Testament yet the Messiamists do..And the Septuagint points the way to how much the Jews were dependent on the Greeks even before the Romans and with Jesus and the Messiamists the Greeks in Israel were simply returning to the word of God. Yet how does humanity handle a smote to the face of God by destroying the sub culture that God created in the border region from Texas to Caligornia that harmed no one. It does not. It only waits. It can neither go right nor left, it can not go up or down, it can not go backward or forward. It can only wait for the inevitable from God which will occur because of it's dull mind, to the dull mind of the Jew and the Christian as dull by nature as the Jew, after the fact of the smote made to the face of God. Which is the reason for the messiah as announced by God originally written in the ancient Hebrew Septuagint.).                                                                                                                                       In the end of all this however the Dow jumped back upon hearing the Presidents "actual" plan for closing the border. That plan is to put up enough additional high board fences for the public to see in places where they can be seen which are the easier places to cross generally, and leave the remainder of  the fencing  four strand barb wire pole fencing as is. That is,  a warning to illegal Mexican workers to restrict cutting  fence with their wire cutters to the actual border fence ( which Mexico pays half  for) and not to go "lazy loco" as Mexicans have a propensity towards in view of the hard work in store for them cutting  ranchers and farmers fences as they proceed hiking  northward - which if it continues to happen will cause the entire border to be high board fenced.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            There is felicitidad as the quantity and quality of wetback labor available to farmer and  rancher on marginal lands will not change and the balance of trade which year after year  far  favors Mexico will not change but the U.S. will be able to unofficially counter that all is not seen in the balance of trade with the Mexico picture and what is not seen is that the U.S. steals a great deal of half price labor from Mexico bringing  the balance of trade back to the U.S. side in view of this stolen Mexican labor and the fact that Mexican wetbacks spend a high percentage of their earnings in the U.S.  And to put it another way expanded  the land worked by the wetbacks is marginal and although marginal it is yet  producing to increase the U.S. balance of trade with Mexico and the balance of trade would be even worse than it is now  were the land withdrawn from production by its marginality.  So all is well, with a smatter of politics, and warning  to wetback laborers to refrain from cutting  fence above the actual border fence or things will get bad and all illegal wetback  passage will be closed off. And perhaps existing even a rational on the U.S. side for  ranchers and farmers not to increase wetback wages for the next few years untill cut farmer and rancher fences are paid  for. As to Zarzamoras I am certain by the taste that those are Mexican zarzamoras being sold for $8.57 a glass jar in NYS (even though they have U.S. Minuteman writing and U..S.  flags on the jar)  for the same net weight sold for $0.97 a glass jar in Mexico City -  and what happened to NAFTA? Certainly both sides have to be crooked for this market situation. It costs less than half to ship a T.V. assembled in Mexico to NYS than it does a net pound or thereabouts of zarzamoras in glass jar from Mexico  to NYS.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Hopefully then things will be as they  have been in the past as I  have witnessed myself sitting on the hill at Carrols hamburgers in Nogales and watching Mexicans coming north  through the hole in the fence up from the Puerta gate and U.S. bikers avoiding the Puerta gate traveling south through the hole.  Then with quiet night having come on having coffey at Carrols Hamburgers and walking downhill 100 yds to the massive Mexico iron revolving gate giving it a push, and as Aduana have now all gone home and turned all lights off  walking the two blocks of blackness and coming out in to the light and  Mexican music. Buenos noches!  New York State unless Mexicans are crossing the border illegally and making their way to work in NYS it is none of your business. You say "we are a part of  the United States".  Yes but you are not the United States and this is a different and valuable U.S.-Mexico  sub culture. Buenos noches.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Do not neglect the Zarzamora War.
