I was last in Mexico City 2006 investigating Osteoporosis trends and statistics at the Biblioteca Nacional in Mexico City. Their data was up to date. Osteoporosis is increasing in Mexico City. Back in the mid 1990's Mexico City had wonderful nutritious street food that was unbeatable for nutrition and price. Now it is reduced to hot dogs, pork without meat and stale bread and anemic type vegetables. This could have something to do with the flu outbreak as the street food is no longer good body fuel to counter flu. Perhaps it does and perhaps it does not. It is not the central question.                                                                                                      I was in the Mexico City subway 2006 near Bellas Artes and walking distance from the Zocalo and I think it was the day there was a big communist party tent on the Zocalo on one side and on the other a convention for the deaf disabled as I recall. Down in the subway I do not remember where I was headed for perhaps my hotel but I saw a boyfriend in his early 20's take his girlfriend by the wrist also in her early 20's and swing her around and around to gain centrifugal force and then fling her at the open subway car door to make a dent and he then got into the dent and they traveled away on the subway train. That is being packed like sardines. If you open a can of sardines you will see the Mexico City subway. It is vogue today to call this in terms of flu spread "fissioning". In real fissioning is about compressing through implosive explosives a plutonium ball of say eight pounds so that it becomes more dense and explodes at a critical mass of density. And a plutonium compression bomb has a tamper casing to help hold in the fissioning. Without the tamper you will get 4kt whereas with the tamper 20kt with the same size ball of plutonium.                                                                                                  A subway car sardine can is very similar but not literally to a plutonium bomb. People so compact and near each other a cough or sneeze delivers an exceptionally high viral load of swine flu to a number of people. Exceptionally high viral loads of virus are dangerous. And in 2006 it was a ticking time bomb to the year when the bumper crop of geese and ducks would occur and at such time the greater congestion of these birds which are the carriers of H1N1 (some call Swine Flu and some call Spanish Flu) in their coughs and sneezes, and the greater densities of geese and ducks would cause them to be more infective to each other in spreading of H1N1 (lp). Then in the Mexico City park lakes they cough and sneeze giving it to people feeding them. These people go home and give H1N1 (lp) to those at home and in the neighborhood and when the adult workers are in a sardine can Mexico City subway car it is a "lethal" situation if H1N1 (lp) were lethal - which it generally is not. But at the same time be aware that in the United States 40,000 people die each year of H1N1 (lp) + H2N2 or H2N3 Hong Kong flu not knowing exactly how many of each - many more of Hong Kong flu on loose research. Hong Kong flu is a visitor flu from the orient and Spanish Flu or Swine Flu depending on which you call it is native Americas flu here before Columbus. You can die of Hong Kong flu and Spanish Flu or Swine Flu as many call it and is more correct (it is not clear how Swine Flu got to be called Spanish Flu but both are H1N1 either (lp) low pathogenic or (hp) high pathogenic strains. In actuality H1N1 low pathogenic or high pathogenic strain is Bird Flu). H1N1 (hp) was seen in the Americas beginning August 1918 when the ducks and geese and gulls came down from Spitsbergen. By 1918 the shore waters of spitsbergen and north eastern Greenland had been artificially warmed by WW1 exploding naval munitions to the south pumping warmer waters north. This warmer water leached old bird flu recombinants out of the shore freeze people no longer had immunity to which the ducks and geese picked up and beginning August 1918 and for the two years following over 100,000,000 people in the world died of the Spanish-Swine flu (hp) high pathogenic strain and then it ran its course and disappeared 1920. If you want a description of the high pathogenic swine flu people began feeling slightly poorly on their way to the park and sitting on the benches in one half hour they were laying on the ground with a blue coloration and bleeding from the mouth. Immediately upon the flu striking the United States a number of classrooms at Cornell University had to be converted to morgues. My stepfathers father attended Cornell as did my mothers uncle. We have not seen H1N1 (hp) since. Should it strike us from Spitsbergen again given world population increase all things equal it will kill more than one billion people on earth. But these geese and ducks in Mexuco City are heading towards Spitsbergen and not returning from it and although Scandinavian industry has warmed up Spitsbergan waters it remains cooler than 1918. Thus this Mexico City Swine Flu is just an ordinary H1N1 (lp) flu with more ducks and geese this year. Mexico City must put on more subway cars and busses so the sardine can no longer exists. And most of the geese and ducks will be on their way north to nest leaving Mexico City many not stopping untill they reach Spitsbergen, or leaving the rural lands where they infect pigs who in turn infect people. Pigs and people catch the same diseases. For most people these geese and ducks are harmless right now. I know Mexico City has the extra subway cars and busses in the storage yards. It reminds me of the classic book by Bernal Diaz de Castillo THE CONQUEST OF MEXICO where he and Hernan Cortes and group are on an exploratory overland voyage to Nicaragua and on route a bounty of good food is brought to the expedition but the men eat all of it and Hernan Cortes gets nothing. But instead of getting angry he believes Bernal Dias has stashed some away. So he says "brother Diaz is there any food I can eat" and then fills himself with the good food.                                                                                     I used to take the old Mexico Ferrocarril passenger train from Veracruz across Chiapas during the revolution to Tapachula on the Guatemala border and there were many cars on that train. But on the train from Mexico City to Veracruz sometimes there would be ample cars and sometimes only a few to save pesos and the sardine can effect. I know Mexico and I know they can find around extra subway cars to put on and extra busses. Also I might mention as to world warming that man is creating it - except locally - is baloney.                                                                                                Warwick Hughes has proven it is baloney with the Armagh Ireland records - which are granite. It is a huge globe. Towards this issue almost none of this is money well spent but is money for television publicity and peoples pockets. It is true some of the money is being well spent for local conditions being caused. Warwick Hughes concentrates on air temperatures. H1N1 bird flu and the (hp) strain is more contingent on ocean water temperatures.  And no one can accurately predict mother nature. You have seen the Europe lowlands paintings of people dying and ducks and geese falling out of the sky. There are volcanic vents at the bottom of the Arctic ocean that often warm the waters. Where I live in New York State is free of rattlesnakes but every 10-20 years a suddenly growing mouse population and then mouse decrease causes rattle snakes plentiful in the nature caves around the city of Herkimer, New York to move thirty miles to my area. And then in a year they are found again only in the Herkimer area. That is the way it works.
