It is standard proceedure. It is as effective as preventing lockjaw. With the pregnant mother it attests to the brilliance of these HIV inhibitor medicines as that passage of blood is a lot more than the blood on an accidental hospital needle stick. The credit has to be given to the PhD in science Jerome Horowitz who was the pioneer in HIV inhibitor medicine taking where he had put it on the shelf experimental cancer medicine AZT and finding it inhibited HIV virus reproduction the HIV virus adopted and reproduced in the human white T-4 blood cells by T-4 cells, subsequently destroying that category of human cells which are essential scouts that direct the giant human white blood cells to the infection so they can rid the body of it (without the T-4 cells the giant human white blood cells are effectively inactive not knowing where to go and body infections are left unchecked), as well as cancer viruses.                                              Nor will it be a burden on the medical system if people are told the truth. I am a heterosexual and I know the truth as I do medical research. You are a heterosexual but no one tells you the truth that the vaginal sexual route is perfectly defended from HIV virus by God in absence of an unhealed venereal sore or tissue debility as a route to permit the HIV virus to invade through. HIV virus is a very weak virus. It is a lesion invasion virus. So people knowing the truth will not be burdening the medical system for HIV shots.                                             Were this the Nation's HIV program new HIV cases would drop in a few years to the level of new lockjaw cases. The cost savings to the United States in health is enormous. But there is no action there is inaction. The United States Congress must seriously begin investigating itself, NYS must seriously begin investigating itself. The sound of the hammers must be heard building the gallows. The next decade is the decade of hammers building the gallows and polygraphs. Before it is ended we shall know the truth. Past is prologue. The truth must be known. Phamaceudical  companies put on their HIV medicine boxes their medicine will not cure HIV. It is a lie. In the very very early stage it cures HIV outstandingly. But you the public are left out in the cold. Why is this? The answer United States blacks at the beginning impeded other blacks (Africa blacks) as regards the exaustive and brilliant west Africa HIV studies 1984 that in heterosexual vaginal intercourse (the God given route as opposes the homosexual anal route) blacks believed disclosure of the West Africa HIV Studies publically would cause blacks to become more conservative sexually and reduce black child production and future votes. It is not only adult lives affected by HIV but HIV medicines made it possible to save an additional 825%% of babies born to HIV infected mothers by in the final days before delivery reducing the load of HIV in the mothers body to reduce her viral LOAD and concomitantly and additionally if she passed blood in the womb to the baby the baby would have these medicines in his or her system and survive not seroconverted to HIV. This has worked brilliantly but the impeding by democrats has caused not to maximized saving infants. Barak Obama and Hillary Clinton are now the leadership and because they impeded having no input when they knew better for reason of future increase in democrat votes this infamous and deceptive stance which will go down in world history as one of the worst has killed thousands of infants in cold blood (I wish I was a good editorial cartoonist - not a common species - and so much could have been done beginning more than 20 years ago and along the line. Barak Obama and Hillary Clinton are newcomers on the scene. Just a few editorial cartoons in a few good newspapers along the line. However I have no talent as an editorial cartoonist being lacking). I am in favor of self decision abortion option for the mother in the first two months but not afterwards. Truely it is beyond past is prologue infamous. And as for the George Bush troop they took money under the table from the HIV pharmaceutical companies so that HIV and profits would not diminish for the pharmaceutical companies and HIV business would be good and the money for their bigger swimming pools would keep coming in under the table. As it could have easily HIV would not pass away on the level of new lockjaw cases. It was Adolph Hitler who said "if we did not have the Jews we would have had to create them". The same can be said of HIV "if we did not have HIV we would have had to create it". And the same has been said by George Bush Sr, William Clinton and George Bush Sr. On this democrats also joined partners in crime and took under the table money from the pharmaceutical companies to perpetuate HIV forever for profits. We became a honeycombed degraded society. They can not be permitted to get away with this one. It is the greatest against the grain of our U.S. Constitution crime ever committed. For the first time in U.S. history polled U.S. population in significant numbers believe the U.S. is in decline it will not recover from and the Constitution will become useless. There must be the Judgement of Cambyses, except gallows, with Barak Obama and Hillary Clinton on the table hooked up to polygraphs. Because this was an infamous process of deluding the United States population of their rights to good medical care. And by both Republicans and Democrats.                                                     Ronald Regan promoted the 1984 West Africa HIV Studies and sent them to the States as brilliant. But following Ronald Regan George Bush Sr. quickly covered the West Africa Studies as Africa negro garbage to pass money under the table from pharmaceutical companies to fellow republicans for bigger swimmg pools but mainly to cover up the U.S. was having a problem curing common venereal disease the same as west Africa. And they will be continued by Barak Obama as Africa negro garbage. Thus we have seen three evil men in the U.S. presidency in a row and we are simply seeing another one the same exact level coming into the presidency with Hillary Clinton - as U.S. Secretary of State it appears prima faci.                                               Also from the Syracuse University lecture-class I attended yesterday November 21, 2008 it would seem in the field of mental health doctors believe people should stay on medicine all their life. I worked many years as a parole officer - social worker at the New York State Otisville Training School which had male residents to age 17 years. About 15-20 percent of our residents had earlier stays at Creedmore or Central Islip psychiatric hospitals for dementia. At Otisville they were given no psychiatric medicine when they arrived and most during their stay at Otisville never used medicine. They were the group on average that made the best adjustment and most progress at Otisville benefitting the most from it. They made the best adjustment and progress after release from Otisville as a group. On the other side of the picture 15-20 percent of our residents ( my residency halls were both groups) had a 2-4 month stay or more at New York City Rikers Island prison (being born in the south) until their birth dates were confirmed then sent Otisville. Central Islip and Creedmore were good schools for Otisville residents putting them ahead as a group on average for profiting from Otisville and doing better than others upon release. Rikers Island was not a good school for residents.
